Ok, this is how it all goes down. I decided to allow the Family tree to move to this part of the forum because I liked the idea, didn't want to see it go down the toilet, and because I have A HUGE amount of respect for Don. Now, I thought that this would promote friendship between members of the forum, and for the most part it bloody works. But THEN I see what I see now. At least 7 people pissed off because one of their parents are being ditched for what I can only describe as inane reasons, the goodwill here completely gone and Don in the middle of it because I didn't realise what was happening or was bothered to check. (Yes, I do blame myself partly for this, I should be a better mod here).
So, this is what I am going to do. I'm not going to take the cowards way out by either shutting this down completely, or by taking power from Don; what I WILL do is to enforce Don's actions. If he does decide to do something, it will be done or there will be consequences. That includes day and week bans from CR. Yes, it sounds pretty harsh, but people are forgetting that people really cared about this whole thing. Look at Tuesday's response to the whole incident and tell me that no-one cares much. :/
(And Aviv, this is the fourth freaking time you've run in with me over something. Don't cross me a fifth. Just don't. Arguing with me counts.)
