Come to think of it, he did remember Phoenix mention something about tea. He wasn't too keen on the idea of Truth or Dare, but if it meant he could keep watch on Eva's condition, then he'd stick around. He stared into Phoenix's eyes for a few moments. He trusted the man and he knew his intentions were good. Perhaps his anger and worry had indeed clouded his judgment and better thinking. "...Fair enough." Slowly he released his hold on Eva's wrist, bringing his hand to his arm and casting his gaze away.

He heard a series of yelling from the other room. As curious as he was, he couldn't avert his eyes from the boy in front of him. Giving him a quick visual inspection it appeared like he was pretty harmless; didn't seem like he could be carrying anything remotely dangerous with how his clothes were fashioned, although the possibility did exist. Must have been here for the party, Klavier thought, because honestly he had yet to see anything in the house worth breaking into.
"My name is... Hawkins," the boy started. "And I'm just checking the vents for disrepair. Did you know that 80% of household fires could be prevented with an adequate vent system?"
"Oh... Aren't you a little young to be a repair man?" Trucy asked. The boy's expression changed for a moment, and he did not answer. Klavier couldn't help but chuckle.
"Ja, it's as the fraulein says. Herr... Hawkins, was it?" The blonde prosecutor began to pace towards the boy as he reached into is coat. "I always have a pair of these on me... just in case." He pulled out a pair of handcuffs. "Had you been more truthful things could have ended in a different tune, but I'm afraid now I'll have to introduce you to a few good friends of mine..." He stopped just a few feet in front of the boy and smiled. "...down at the precinct."
Klavier was convinced that this Hawkins kid's reason for breaking in was innocent enough, but he thought that maybe if he was made aware of the severity of what he had done, in the future he'd think twice about doing it again.

"To hell with that." Cody leaped over Pretty Boy's head, landed, gave Trucy a quick wink and bolted out the door. It wasn't long before Cody realized something that he had previously overlooked. He didn't know where the front door was!
((Is there any chance that Cody could stay....and not get arrested? Maybe Phoenix could talk some sense into both Cody and Klavier. Edgeworth could back him up...maybe. It would also be cool if Phoenix recognized Cody.))

Apollo was finding it harder and harder to concentrate. The noise from Trucy's party was getting harder and harder to ignore, and Apollo found he was reading the same line of text from the case file over and over again. maybe he should give up, as Mr. Wright suggested, and just join in the festivities. He could hear lots of voices he didn't reconise, maybe it would be good for him to just relax and have some fun with Mr. Wright's and Trucy's friends.
CHERRY:
"Amy!" Cherry said, once again destracted. "I told you Iwas coming with Mystic Maya to surprise Trucy! Remember?" Then going right up to Amy, and whispering she said. "Mr. Wright and Maya are really getting on, but we need to try harder to get them together. Remember what Pearls said?"

And Gumshoe didn't leave. He's just hiding from Edgeworth. As big as he is, I can't imagine him hiding anywhere too well. once everything settles down a bit (regarding Cody) it'll be fine if someone just notices him. And if it's ok, I'd really like Phoenix to stop Cody, recognize him, and attempt to fix this problem. He seems to be the most level-headed person here.

It’d be good for someone only playing a youngster to play her. I can handle 4 characters… I just might have to cut down on how much I rp certain ones if I can’t think of anything for them to do XD ))

I think Franini got a few points wrong though, reading back at what she wrote. Eva skipped back inside and hugged Maya, Eva, and Trucy. If it were Maya and Cherry only I'd assume they'd be by the door and it would be feasible, but Trucy was in the kitchen.
So I guess we can say that at least Miles and Phoenix are outside at the moment? I was waiting for Phoenix to do something too, by the way. xD But if you'd want Miles to react to Eva that'd be fine too. Which do you prefer?))

Cody dashed from room to room, desperately trying to find the front door. He opened one door and saw that spiky-haired lawyer that's been the news so much recently. He looked up ((He was distracted from his work, and weird kid burst in the room. I'm assuming looking up is natural.)) and Cody stared at him for a moment. Then he turned around and ran off. He finally saw a pretty, blue-haired lady storm in carrying a big bag of food. He dodged past her, nearly knocking her over, but that didn't matter. He could see the door.
Finally! Cody thought.
"See ya later, Pretty Boy!" Cody taunted back at Blondie.
But as he turned his head back to give his victory shout, he wasn't watching where he was going.

Cody fell back and looked up at another spiky-haired man. A different one.
A frighteningly familiar one.
((Hopefully this will move the story along as well as give Apollo incentive to join in.

Maya looked at the young boy who was running through the room.

She looked to Nick in a kind of 'Do you recognise this guy' kinda way.

Grinning as he realised what Cody was here for, Phoenix chuckled to himself. Looked like his daughter Trucy had charmed another boy at school. Either that, or he had overheard about the party, and wanted to join in. What ever happened, Phoenix was astounded. Trucy had her first Gatecrasher.
"Cody Hackins," Phoenix stated firmly, "Gosh, everyone is coming out of the woodwork for this party!" Chuckling to himself, Phoenix passed half of the groceries onto Maya and bent down to talk to him. Dipping his voice, Phoenix tried not to sound threatening, "Did you hear about Trucy's spin the bottle party, and wanted to join in?"
