(Probably here. I really could imagine Gant inviting himself to Lana's home. x3 )

A loud knock on the door was heard at Lana Skye's house. There were two people standing behind it, one being of an average height, awfully busty lady in a bright orange tail coat, her red classes at the end of her nose, he hands gracefully behind her back. In front of her, The other was a tall, well built man, he two was wearing an orange colour, this one a suit. His purple glasses resting perfectly on his nose. He had a wide smile on his face as he once again gave another loud knock on the door. This man, was only known to most as Police chief Damon Gant. And that name wasn't really ever a good sign.

(I'm off to bed nao.~ Sorry for the long post, I'm always long on firsts. xDDD)

Lana yawned as she got up to answer the door. She walked over, turned the doorknob, then gasped. "Wh-...what?" she stared in disbelief, peering into the glasses of both unwanted visitors, hoping it was all a dream.

Gant gave a hearty chuckle, his hands clamped together and that grin on his face, "Suprised to see me Lana?" Lana was one of the only people who he hadn't given a nickname. Most probably because, amazingly, he had an inkling of respect for her, and Damon Gant had respect for no-one.

Jade didn't move much, she just grinned and nodded politley "Morning, Miss.Skye.~"

Lana began to stutter (a rare event). "Uh-...wh-what brings..." her face twisted with malice. "... you here...and wh-who is she?!" She pointed a pale, shaking finger at Jade.

Gant gave yet another hearty laugh and tilted his head slightly towards Jade. "You might not remember her, since it has been a while... This is Jade, Edgey's little sister and my... Heir if thats what you would want to call it. Shes changed alot, but the little girl that hung around outside my office, normally wore purple... But It has been a few years since then. What am I here for? A visit of course. You never visited me for my short stay in prison did you Lana?" He looked back to Lana again, and gave her a cold hard stare as he waited for her reply.

(The timing and the current setting makes no sense that I'm using older Jade, since she should be 16 at the time. xD But oh well. PHOENIX WRIGHT IS ONE BIG TIME PARADOX! D: -Does the Time warp again.- )

Lana, actually satisfied with Gant's face being greeted with the door slamming, smiled at Kit. Not that she particularly liked Ty either.

Tyrey was trying to slip by Gant and his friend, but the door being slammed caught him off guard. "Hey!" he yelled.

Lana was a bit out of it. The sudden appearance of her mortal enemy on her doorstep, put her in a bit of a stressful situation, rendering her oblivious to the outside world.

Ah, damnit... Just thought to himself, as he turned around, and sat on the doorstep.

"I still got it." Kit said with a smile as she walked out into the back yard, and was tackled by yapping puppy. Kit let out a high pitched shreik then ran back into the house. "HOW COULD YOU LET THAT LITTLE MONSTER LIVE AT YOUR HOUSE!?!?" Kit said obviously frightened.

Kit regained her composure and pulled the loose strands of hair from her face. "They are just evil little animals." Kit said with a very cold look at te puppy outside as it pawed at the door.

Kit screached and jumped up on to the window ledge. "I'm fine go agead let him in see how I care." Kit said in an utterly hysterical voice as the puppy ran toward her. "Go away. Go away! GO AWAY YOU LITTLE FLEABITTEN MONGREL!" Kit said in a terrified voice.

Ty got an idea. He'd come in the same way he did the first time.

He hopped up off of the stair, and sprinted 'round back. He began climbing up to Ema's window again, and ducked inside. Score! he thought to himself, with a smirk.

In the meantime, Lana was distracted from the spectacle of Ema and Kit fighting by a curt knock on the door. She opened it, partially surprised to find a teenaged girl on her doorstep, but yet, not too surprised. All kinds end up on that doorstep.

Lana looked down at the dog disdainfully. "...sure." she said, slowly. Dogs were mess-machines to her, but hopefully this one was well-controlled. She opened the door wider, and stepped to the side, as to beckon the girl in. "Ema!" she called.

No response.

"Ema!" she called again. She heard sounds of distant arguing. ((Lol, stalling til investigator_ema gets on. I called her. It might be a while, lolz.)) Specifically Kit's and Ema's voices.

"Looks like she's a bit...caught up...at the moment. Feel free to take a seat, make yourself at home.", she said with her even voice.
