Looking around to the man that Sean was indicating, Kristoph laughed again - he couldn't help it. "You don't know him? It seems everyone else here does." He chuckled to himself. Phoenix really did look different back in his lawyer's suit, so it was understandable that he wasn't recognised.

((Rarikou- If I make him a little too game then I'm sorry. That's just the characteristics of how I play straight men ^^; Most of the straight men I know... which are 20+, are alot more casual towards their friends even if they are VERY straight. Some of them like to feed the crowd a little if they're as confident in themselves as Miles would be :) ))
((Btw- if you're into Greek Gods as much as I am- SEE THE LIGHTNING THEIF. It's like, a fanmovie on them or something XD I left with SUCH a big grin on my face when I saw it!))

Turning from panic mode to "What did I do now?" mode as she quietened off, Alex glanced aside a few times, not sure what to do.
"W...well..." Alex started, "No offence, but your timing was crap. You scared the living heck outta me. I..." Looking pass Tascha, Alex looked extremely uneasy. Considering thinks better for a moment, Alex shifted to pay attention to the game again. "If you're going to do that, atleast give me some warning."
Phoenix
Noticing Kristoph summoning someone in the lounge, Phoenix paused his journey to where the kids were. Frozen in fright, the first thing that came to his mind was that he had stopped their game to watch their dare. No- SURELY Kristoph isn't that cruel. I thought he was innocent... and maybe... maybe we're still friends? Considering it further, a sly gmirk appeared on his face, Well, he still needs to go under a retrial. I could slip myself into his trial and talk them into putting him back in jail if he has. Heheh
Giving Miles a tug again as his conviction returned, Miles gave Phoenix an odd look, "Wright, what are you smirking about? Have you forgotten why we are goign to the lounge already?"
"Ah..." Glancing at Miles as he said this, he could see why Gumshoe always wore a sulk putting up with Miles busting his happy thoughts all the time, "Don't worry about it."
Spotting Sean beside Kristoph Phoenix breathed a sigh of relief. Oh- it's that girl that Apollo dared to confess her love to Klavier... Walking past the two of them, Phoenix let go of Miles hand, hoping that he would take the initative and follow him on his own. Glancing around, Phoenix placed himself in the far corner of the room. Miles stood in front of Phoenix with a tense expression again.
"Can we get this over with?" Miles asked with a quiet, but urgently. Phoenix glanced behind them. One of the girls briefly noticed them, but he didn't know if it was enough to strike any interest. Hopefully two fully grown men together was a boring subject for her.
"Yeah, just... Try not to make it so obvious this time, k?" Phoenix replied grimly, "It's bad enough that my daughter's friends have to see her daddy kissing another man as it is. You know how much she talks to them about wanting a Mommy?"
"AWKWARD. MOMENT. WRIGHT." Miles hissed, grabbing his shoulders firmly, "Can you NOT be yourself for once?"
"You were always nervous at Spin the bottle," Phoenix smirked, "Fine then. Just do it already."
Composing himself once more so that he wasn't doing the kiss on WRIGHTS' command, Miles straightened up his suit for a moment and took a step closer to his old firend.
"I'm going to be spinning that bottle next, and it better land on Kristoph," Miles murmured, finally pressing his lips to Phoenix's.
Zeth
Following Miles and Phoenix to the lounge to watch the dare, he spotted Sean standing there at the door watching Miles and Phoenix bickering with each other. Tilting his head to the side, it was odd to see him wearing that suit. Seeing him in it, he could finally imagine Phoenix in court being a lawyer. All the stuff he had been told and found out about Wright before that seemed pretty far fetched till now. He hadn't seen the two of them in the same room together till now. They seemed more argumentative now Phoenix was in a suit. Or maybe it just seemed that way because of the dare. Turning back to Sean, he noticed that her and Kristoph were having a conversation.
"Did he believe you?" Zeth asked Sean when there was a pause in conversation. Noticing Phoenix and Miles finally completing the dare, Zeth's eyes immediatly when to the spin the bottle game for the first reaction. He wondered who would spot it.

Hearing her name called, she turned around, smile on her face. She saw Nadine gesture over in a certain direction, and turned her attention to where she had indicated to see her Daddy kissing Miles. Trucy blinked slightly in confusion. Daddy wasn't gay...right? He had been with that Iris girl before. She looked back to Nadine and shrugged. A dare, I'm guessing.

"Excuse me, you two," Aphra called out, "I realise that is probably a dare, but could you do it in another room? You're upsetting Trucy."
Phoenix froze, pushing Miles back as he realised that the whole group were watching them now. Red faced in both embarrassment and anger as the dare backfired on him somehow, as WELL as his daughter, Phoenix's eyes glazed over to a serious expression.
"No, you're right Miles. This is war," Phoenix whispered, finally glancing to Trucy and her friends. Trying not to have noticed that he just had to kiss his best friend, Phoenix wandered over to the group, and knelt by Trucy, "It was just a dare that I had to do in front of your friends. I'm sorry about that Trucy."
Miles in the mean while headed back off to the kitchen, giving Kristoph a cool glare along the way.

Phoenix's face went limp as she said this. So she DID think we were gay. Urrrrghhhh...
"Who dared you?" Turning back to Trucy, Phoenix tweaked her nose cheerfully,
"It wasn't my dare, actually. That was a dare for Uncle Miles. Mr Gavin dared him to kiss me in front of your party." Hoping she'd thing that it was Klavier that dared him, he felt a white lie was better than reminding her of Kristoph's name. Just for now. She hadn't had enough time to get use to the idea of Kristoph potentially NOT being a murderer.
"Well, I think a standard kiss on the cheek would've been better than make out central in the corner," Aphra butt in, crossing her arms, "That was a pretty mean dare for poor Trucy. I think that the person that dared she should apologise instead."
"Oh, really now?" Phoenix replied to the very pretty girl kneeling beside a guy that should've been on the cover of a magazine. Crawling over to her, Phoenix narrowed his eyes and lowered his voice, "The man that dared her is on parole for killing her birth father. It think it might upset her JUST a little bit if I brought him in here to apologise to her. Don't you think?"
Aphra looked up at Phoenix with wide eyes, not sure what to say.
"I... I'm sorry. I didn't realise..." Aphra replied, covering her mouth, "I knew she was adopted, but..."
"It's fine," Phoenix smiled, giving her a nod, "Trucy is a strong girl. She'll come to terms with him being on parole fine. I just want her to enjoy her party," Aphra nodded back with a smile, as the man in his early 30s crawled back to his daughter, and gave her a kiss on her cheek.
"There we go. That cancels out the boy germs. Does Daddy get the clean bill of manliness from his daughter now?" Phoenix asked, smiling at his daughter. He wanted to make sure she was comfortable with his dare before he went back to face Kritoph once again...

The look of utter surprise that had spread itself across Theresa's face when Phoenix and Miles did the one thing she had least expected them to do, slowly dissipated and her features ironed themselves out into their customary quizzical smile.
She caught her cousin's eye across the room and saw him smirk at her. You should have seen your face... Rowan mouthed at Theresa. Who of course returned this with a glare that could have frozen over boiling water.
She glanced over at Phoenix and Trucy- the sight of them together was almost enough to make her wish she'd had kids of her own. It was obvious which Gavin Phoenix meant- Mr. Rock Star didn't look as though he had it in him to be cruel. Theresa guessed Phoenix would be heading back into the kitchen to confront Kristoph Gavin and she intended to be there when it happened.

Tascha was almost regretting being so hasty with Alex- he was such a nice guy- and she was beginning to worry she'd scared him off for good.

There was a thoughtful pause, a small subtle shift in his expression, before he spoke again. "...How is Kristoph?"

"Well excuuuse me for being so uninformed." she retorted, aggravation only heightening upon a certain two-toned detective's interjection. Did he really have to rub it in? No way in hell was she coughing up that twenty bucks now. That oughta teach him. "'The hell should I know? If you want to know so bad, go ask him yourself."
With a scoff, she directed her attention back to the group, immersing herself in thought. Yeah, come to think of it, that was a pretty good question, and despite her not giving it much thought at the time she provided a pretty accurate answer. Did the boss believe her? With that sorry excuse for a confession, she highly doubted it, but he did seem to believe her towards the end. Ah well, hardly mattered now; what's important was that she's got that over with. Man... if she had that much trouble with Gavin, how much more with--
"...Woah." Man on man action? "Didn't know you were into that sort of thing, Kristoph. Something you picked up in solitary?" That sly grin didn't last long, though. Sean narrowed her eyes at the man in the blue slacks as he trotted over to the group of teenagers. It was clear to her that he was no stranger; the little magician girl seemed comfortable enough around him. Where has she seen this guy before...

As he noticeably deflated and gave up the charade, Ema sighed as well, somehow relieved that he wasn't putting on a false face in front of her. It was always...unsettling. The last question, however, came as a surprise. Ema raised her head slightly, her face mirroring her confusion. "He...seems quite relaxed. But...he kind of always does, doesn't he?" She let out an awkward laugh, scratching the back of her head. She realised that she wasn't exactly sure what answer Klavier wanted, and her face fell into a more serious expression. "...Are you worried?"

Kristoph raised an eyebrow, smile falling from his face. "I learned many things in solitary, Sean, but I assure you, it did nothing in terms of...sexuality." At this last word, he pointedly looked between Sean and Zeth, amused smile returning to his face. Of course, it was clear the two had been dancing around each other all night. Even the stupidest of onlookers could tell that.

Trucy wiped her cheek, laughing and pushing Phoenix away playfully. "Ew, Daddy! You put his germs on my cheek." She smiled widely to show him that she was joking. "Yeah, if Klavier dared you, then it's fine. It's a bit cruel for him though, so..." She tailed off as she realised she had the wrong Gavin. She forced another laugh. "Oh, right then...yeah it's fine."

Alex looked at Tascha with an odd expression, wondering why she felt the need to do an all out confession like that. She was a jittery chick, that's for sure.
"Take a chill pill, seriously," Alex replied, leaning back on his hands casually, "You chicks take things too seriously. You just need to sit back and take it easy. Relax. THAT would be why you missed your cue. Not cause of your timing. You're too rigid." Glancing towards her, he gave her a facial shrug, "You say that kisses are better than that? Sure. I believe ya. I haven't exactly kissed a huge number of chicks so I wouldn't know. That's probably why Darren conned me into coming here- so I could learn a bit. Too bad he's the only one I've kissed so far." Scrunching up his nose in disgust, Alex tried to purge that memory. He was a better kisser than most girls he had kissed without trying, and he didn't want to admit it.

Zeth snuffed a laugh as Kristoph defended his sexuality. There was probably a bit left in him that was bitter with Wright because he had forced him to spend so long in solitary. He probably let that unwisely slip. Oh well, it could only lead to more drama in the end. Noticing Sean watching Phoenix with a questionable look, Zeth leaned closer to her.
"You know, Wright, right? Phoenix Wright? That ace attorney back when we were kids that was on tv for that big trial years back who forged the evidence? That's the guy, except he didn't forge any evidence," Giving Sean a smile, Zeth's eyes glittered at the remembering the details of Kristoph’s case files, "There's a big mystery about the details of the forgery, but it's a cold case that I'm working on right now at the precinct. The one I'm not allowed to give you details about, remember?"

Trucy trailed off at the end, as her eyes seemed to glaze. Phoenix smiled slightly in pride. No, Trucy Wright was FAR from oblivious to things. She had figured it out. She always did. She probably noticed it from his mood. There wasn’t a lot he could do about that now though.
“Try not to be too concerned about him, k Trucy?” Phoenix asked his daughter softly, “I’m keeping an eye on him. And he sound like he wants a second chance. Try not to take his dare too seriously.” Giving Trucy a quick kiss on the top of her head, Phoenix got to his feet and headed back towards the kitchen door (towards Kristoph, Zeth and Sean).

Dawn was doing her hourly stalk of the Wright household. She knew not to enter but she wanted to one day. And today had to be the day. The front door was broken, and she could hear the party inside. She grabbed her umbrella and put it up as she walked out from under the tree. She walked up to the door and knocked. Hopefully, the man himself would answer.

"The truth is, I'm not sure I know all that much about relaxing." she smiled.
Though surely it was something you shouldn't have to learn? Unless you'd spent most of your life being told that relaxing was the number one thing you shouldn't do if you were to keep on the ball. You didn't make Junior Champion five years in a row by relaxing.
He's right. I need to stop worrying so much. Tascha decided to try and switch to a more "relaxed" posture and slid onto her stomach, propping herselfup with her elbows.

Hearing a knock at the door, Theresa decided to leave Phoenix to it for a moment and go answer it. She opened the door to see a curvy ginger woman who clearly wasn't expecting her to be answering it.
"Can I help you?" she asked coolly, disliking something about the new arrival but not knowing quite what.

Then she saw the clothes Theresa was wearing. She tried to hold in a laugh. Her idol lived in a house like this and yet he had a maid? Amazing. Did Phoenix make any sense at all?
"I assume your his cook and maid. Now, please take my umbrella," she said as she handed her umbrella to Theresa when she walked in. "Where's Mr. Wright?"

"I do have a package. It's a pad with some drawings. I'm sorry to have offended you miss, I just misunderstood based off your uniform," lied Dawn in as much of a forgiving way as possible. "My name is Dawn Trite. I'm a prosecutor who only just finished my first case. I am also an avid fan of Mr. Wright, and want to deliver him my drawings so I can get my opinion. I studied art like he did in college, you see, and I suspect that he'd be an expert in these things."
She walked over to Theresa and stuck out her hand for an apologetic hand shake. She hated hand shakes but the best way to get to someone you love is to befriend their friends. Dawn learnt that at quite a young age.

Is this possibly guilt of doing the deed? OR guilt that the deed happened, Gavin? I’d like to think you’re innocent like you say you are, but your actions are those of a guilty man. You’re going to have to atone to your own feelings before you’re going to convince everyone else of your innocence.
Spotting Phoenix striding up to Sean and himself, one of the ladies from their game went to answer the door for him in her little waitress outfit. Muffling a grin to himself, he wondered what the person at the other end of the door would make of that.
"I think the crisis is adverted," Phoenix said to Zeth, glancing at the group for a moment, "At very least, I think people realized that it was a dare. I would rather that dares weren't done in front of the kids though."
"You better bring that up at the time of the dare then, Wright," Zeth grinned, straightening out Phoenix's tie for him, "You smell like you've hidden under a bed for a week by the way."
"So would you if you wore a suit that you didn't have time to wash," Phoenix grinned, "I can change back to my underwear again if you want."
"You tramp," Zeth replied, "First Miles, now me. Are you going to start making out with Kristoph next?" Laughing, Zeth gave Phoenix a light push through the door to move him on, "Get to the table already. I think Miles is plotting revenge."
"Onto it," Phoenix smirked, adopting a spot at the table.
Turning to Sean, Zeth lowered his voice again, softening his expression to a slight smile.
"So, did he buy it?" Zeth asked, "Or did you have to break the bad news to him that your heart belongs to another or something?"
Way to be smooth, Gant...

Yeah I'm aware of that but I never said that did I? Plus Dawn walks in and is hit on the back with the umbrella then turns around to face Theresa who is now in the doorway which logically means that she is in the hall itself.

((New map of the house looks lovely Arkillian. Much clearer now and it's not a problem. I've been clarifying my position with the map (saved in Pictures on my computer)ever since I started RPing in this thread in case this ever happened. It never hurts to be prepared.
Aha, Ptapcc does mean something. I can't be bothered explaining it in full detail but it is a shortened version of my email address which is an acronym. Pt represents patamon from Digimon and apcc is an acronym for an event I went to in 2006 held in Japan. I was lazy and couldn't think of a name for my email address when I was younger so I just used the initials of that, though you can call me Tap Arkillian as everyone on CR does

Theresa frowned and glanced at Dawn's outstretched hand as though she couldn't quite make up her mind whether to accept it or flip it back in her face. Finally, she nodded briefly and shook it just as rapidly.
"Sure. I'm Theresa Kelly and amongst other things, I waitress at the Wonder Bar. Hence this atrocity." she muttered, plucking at her ridiculous frilly getup. Why hadn't she just changed after work instead of going straight there?

"We're resuming the game in the kitchen- I guess you'd better join us." Theresa said, motioning Dawn in the vague direction of the aforementioned room.

"Worried?" he echoed, lifting his head up to face the ceiling. "I'm not sure if that would be the right word for it..." Not another word was spoken after that, and in its place arose an unsettling silence, disturbed every now and then by a... lively exchange just by the door.

There was something about the way he left that looked... suspicious. Not that he would've looked any more innocent otherwise. Her eyes followed Kristoph as he went back inside, listening to Zeth jabber on all the while, turning back to him with an incredulous look. "Of course I know who Phoenix Wright is. You think I'd be here if I didn't?" her head snapped back towards the kitchen for a quick probe. "Speaking of which, where is that old fart..."
By the time she turned back around Zeth had already been engaged in a conversation with Prosecutor Edgeworth's boytoy. She hadn't paid much attention to what they were talking about, really; Sean was too busy trying to figure out who this guy was. From what little she gathered though he most definitely knew Zeth, and by the sound of it they were quite close. Just as she'd done with Kristoph, she followed the man back inside with her eyes.
"I already told you, I don't know!" she snarled, "Now shut up. I'm trying to concentrate." No way was she having her thoughts derailed now; she was onto something, she could feel it. Crossing her arms, Sean made for a more relaxed stance, eyes still trained on the stranger. "...I don't trust that guy. He looks like trouble."

Miles grabbed the bottle , "Very well... let whatever god that maybe give me a hand." He said, and spun it with an hopeful spin. It began to slow, and slow down, and slow down.
"Come on..." Miles whispered to himself, almost silently.
It passed Kristoph once...then twice... thrice...

"Damn... I fell asleep..." Cody thought. He opened his eyes, but still was unable to see a thing. Cody tried to remember where he the hell is.
Cody took a second to recover and looked around. He had at last recognized the Wright's place. "W8, lol, what was my person doing here?" After thinking theese funny thoughts he noticed the bottle. "Ah yes, my person was playing Spin The Bottle game."
After the quick waking Cody's eyes were still foggy, so he couldn't see who's near. After a few seconds the former sleeper realized, that noone's actually concerned about him sleeping. So he just sat as he was, trying to find out, what has happened recently.

"Why? Cause he kissed another man for a dare. You hold some prejudice there, Sean." Turning back to Sean, she looked far too preoccupied deciding about Phoenix to listen to him, so he sighed, "Fine. I'll assume that you tried to do the dare, and failed, and don't want to admit it." Turning to walk over to the table, a small part of him wanted her to complete the dare just so he knew that there was a side of her that could be sensitive to another's feelings. That, or maybe Klavier was just that good. I'd like to think that he was just that good, but she just couldn't convince him. Smiling to himself, Zeth's eyes unfocused as he sat down beside Phoenix. That's right. She does have a sensitive side. I've seen it before. It's just hidden behind all that army training.
Glancing back up, he then realised that Miles had given the bottle a firm flick. Watching it spin around, the bottle bounced to a slow at Phoenix before bumping a few times, pointing at him. Zeth's eyes widened in surprise. I have to do a dare? Or tell the truth. Truth or dare? What would Edgeworth ask? Glancing up at Miles, he knew that he wanted to dare Kristoph after that last dare. Should he play pawn? Or take truth? Did he REALLY want a vengefull Miles shaking his fists at the heavens yelling how he was his one last chance for... Or maybe... Maybe Miles hed his eyes open, and knew that he liked Sean. Miles wouldn't play match maker... would he?
He was meant to be one of the best prosecutors in the country. Perhaps this meant he was more observant than not?
"Dare- I chose a dare." Zeth piped up before Miles could ask.

((All spins that have been done can't be redone till round two though. Oh, Klavier and Ema will need to rejoin the table at some point so they can be reincluded in the game. Nii- do I assume that Sean is still leaving? :( I'll include Thalassa in these spins even though she's not in the house yet.))
<edit>Updated the game mechanics so it's a little clearer wording wise, and updated the rolls to include Dawn and Thalassa. Miles roll has been updated too- I've givven him Zeth as a choice still, and two new ones. The other new rolls are:-
Miles Edgeworth- Zeth, Ema, Dawn
Ema- Thalassa, Miles, Apollo
Thalassa- Theresa, Apollo, Miles
Theresa- Phoenix, Ema, Dawn
Zeth- Apollo, Theresa, Miles
Dawn- Zeth, Theresa, Kristoph
I am SO going to get Theresa and Thalassa mixed up. You two, if I get you confused, apologies in advances. I'm TERRIBLE with names, and they're too close. I wont force either of you to change. Just be understanding if I get you wrong.</edit>
