He didn't realise he broke his own rule, maybe the long period without human contact made a change in him "...well, my wife was part of the army, her name was Chloe, Chloe Sullivan of course... the funny thing is that it was the last mission of her service then she was going to invest to start a restaurant here in phoenix I guess it was to late..." Then he looked away and said "Well, I think I'm talking too much a pleasure" Then he headed for the bathrooms and left Luneth alone wih the others.

(I'm still watching this section. I just have no need to post at the moment until the story begins moving)

Ethan was startled awake. The beretta was already and hand, and he was pulling the trigger, but there was no bullets coming out. Ethan had taken the clip out of his gun the night before, because he knew that he was a bit jumpy when he woke up. His eyes glared at the gun, and then he looked forward. Suddenly the memories of the previous day came back. The fatigue wore off quickly as he rose from his resting position.

He muttered, "Right. Time to get started."

First thing he did was head to where the radios were and broadcast out on all the frequencies. If there was any survivors out there near a radio, they would be able to hear him, "If there is anyone out there who can hear me, I am Ethan Redfield. I am housed in a local safehouse at the downtown Phoenix Police department."

He went into greater detail, telling them where other afehouses were located around the city. They were scattered all over the place. He also listed off what to do when dealing with certain special infected. He then gave said a quick prayer and wished any and all survivors good luck.

And you will know the truth...and the truth will set you free.

Victor ended up washing his face to awaken completely, then he went to around the station and ended up by following the noise of Ethan sending a broadcast with instructions for survivors: "Well, how is it going Ethan? Something came up?... well, anyway come and we can all eat something, like a nice piece of crap courtesy from the army rations"

Alison yawned having woken up and stretched satisfied I'd never think you could get such a good night's sleep on one of these beds she thought brightly to herself before striding out to where the others had congregated "I see we're all up and ready....last night seemed to have gone surprisingly well...despite obvious problems in our fortifications" she said looking at the evidence room "Still what should our plan for today be?" she said rolling up the map on the wall to take with her as well as pinching a few pens from the drawers.

As he pointed a point in the east side of the city"...it'll be a long trip so we'll need a few hours or even a vehicle to get there fast and this is..." As he pointed to a facility at the north "... it's not too far away so I say that we should split up or we could go there first and then to the airport"

Alison shivered knowing the facility "Are you sure...do we really have to go there? It seems a tad more dangerous splitting up. I mean what if there is a plane ready to go but we're not all together?" she said passing Victor a pen "We need to plot a quick route there anyway, ideally avoiding some massive hordes" she said noting the map's previous owners had marked locations of hordes on the map, but these locations were surely out of date by now.

"I know that, the thing is to look for a way to get out of here and then gather everyone to escape, maybe if we move through the buildings it could work, some buildings are half destroyed but those holes make great routes out of the streets" He thought it could work but maybe there was a slight chance some other infecteds were in the buildings by now "AL¡lthough we could always check the parking lot in here to see if there's a car or truck available for driving, I have my knowledge in mechanics anyway" When it was about cars, Victor would always trust his skills, he even grew up with a father who was a mechanic.

Alison frowned "Reconnaissance?" she muttered not entirely too sure about what the term meant "A car might be a good idea provided we can avoid Variants 5 and 6 along with other traffic that has been abandoned....we may be able to....mow through...." she shivered as she said the words "The other common variants with little trouble but there's still the question of how far or well defended our vehicle would be" she said retrieving her glasses and equipment from the cell.

(sorry, been busy with working on a paper due by Friday and forgot to come on over the last couple days)

Ethan didn't operate well in the morning. He was prone to splitting headaches. So, he pulled out a couple of asprin and downed then quickly along with the rations. He finished his usual radio activities and returned to the other survivors just in time to hear Luneth talking about SWAT vehicles. Ethan said, "Impossible. We don't hold SWAT vehicles here. They're located in a warehouse elsewhere in the city. Cars overall are out of the picture, unless we have a vehicle fast enough to outrun a tank or charger...or a rocket launcher of some sorts."

Ethan looked at the map and noticed they were looking at the airport. He thought Yeah, there should be planes on the ground somewhere.

"Don't worry, It'll be okay" Then he stopped checking the first engine because the coolant conduit and the battery were missing and as he kept checking the cars he realised none of the cras had them and one didn't have an engine. "What the hell is going on?! Dammit!" Then he hitted the wall and looked at the rest. "All the cars have the batteries and coolant conduits missing... and one doesn't even have an engine" He was wondering why would someone sabotage all the police cars.

"Hmmm, they could have used it to make something that would ward off the infected. Or the infected have gotten so smart that they have been able to pilfer those things. But why not the whole engine itself? Why just take an engine and the batteries and coolant conduits but not all of the parts in the cars?" Luneth mused. "Well, why don't we look somewhere else?"
Then she remembered something. "Ethan, I remember that your friend is a helicopter pilot and he was supposed to pick what survivors was left and take them to the base. Do you have a shred of an idea where the copter could be? He wasn't at the hospital, but where's the copter?"

"Alright well we should move on anyway...." she said frowning at the guns she carried "Um Luneth....could you please show me how to work these....weapons, just for like reloading and things, I'm not that great with them" she said heading back towards the station before ducking down as a body flew through the wall a few feet back crashing into the car that they were examining previously. Alison stayed low thinking the monster outside may not have spotted them "Variant 5....tank" she whispered as she slowly backed away towards the station since it seemed the monster wasn't going to enter through the hole.

He moved while carefully taking cover and he whispered to Luneth: "You go with Doc to get the weapons. Give me a few grenades and I'll slow him down here" Victor whispered while he took cover behind a wall.

Certainly, the cars had no batteries. He thought, Why would someone steal all the car batteries? For that matter, who could have done it?
