((Sorry Blade- I'm not sure where Phoenix ignored you, but it wasn't intentional ^^; You probably made some small talk that I missed ^^; Most of my posts are at lunch breaks at work so I can keep up with you guys >.> I'm 1/2 day ahead of most of you cause New Zealand gets the day first. Also, it's a little hard to focus alot on ALL the characters at once if it's just convo not action ^^;))
"Oh man, I'm gonna regret this..." Darren growled to himself, turning his whole body away from Julia, and looking at Nadine with a grim face, "Make sure I don't look away, k? Even if you have to forcefully stop my head." Checking Julia one last time, Darren took in a deep breath, letting it out slowly to focus. Finally opening his eyes, he gave Nadine a half smile, "So, which of the team is it that you follow if it isn't them?”
Julia watched Nathan's face seem to work something out in his head. She was afraid to interrupt his train of thought in case her nerves got the better of her and she finally freaked out in front of him. Instead, she waited patiently till finally, his eyes focused back onto her with a look that he was ready. Feeling slightly flush at him looking straight at her with the intentions of kissing her, her nerves almost completely collapsed right then in front of him before he took the initiative and got to her first.
The world felt like it slowed down for a moment as his lips pressed onto hers. A sharp flush of surprise shot through her body for a split second then, before she realized that his kiss was a little different to the others. He was alot more gentle, caring, considerate.
Closing her eyes, Julia held onto him more firmly, joining in on the slow kiss. Eternity seemed to pass as their lips touched, his hand on her face, the warmth of his body on hers...

Bizzaro noticed her twirling her hair. He quickly pulled her hair back behind her head, but not violently.

Connie giggled a bit, her fake innocent laugh that worked on several occassions. "Oh, that's just my brother. Kissing some girl who's name escapes me." Connie then turned slightly, obscuring half her face with her shoulder faux-casually. "Oh, you wouldn't want to know what I was thinking... It'd probably just bore you...~"

Darren gave Nadine a strange look at her answer... or.... her question. A little agitated that she was being so obscure about it, he shrugged,

He'd be annoyed about it, but they were pals, right? Couldn't complain too loudly.
Turning around, he spotted his sister sitting there trying her best to hide her blush also. Darren smirked to himself. OK, out of all the kisses she's done and gotten today, this is the first one she's blushed on. She must definitely have a crush on him. Giving her a jab in the side, Darren grinned, "Hey, squirt. Give the man some room to do his spin." Motioning to Klavier, Darren nodded, "He said he wanted to spin next."

"Mia Fey..." Sean muttered as her face twisted in thought. "Nope, haven't heard of her. Sounds familiar though." She placed her hands down firmly on her lap. So he had his whole life planned out at such a young age. She could relate to him up to some extent. "Ehh, being a detective wasn't my original career choice. But I get to do what I do best, get paid, and get to help people out to boot. So it's all good." Being a detective had proven to be a very rewarding job, true enough, so she should be happy.

Sean ran a few fingers through her hair, eyes closed. "I'm still spring chicken to all this but I've been around long enough to know how things work. And I hate to admit it, but the Skunk's helped me out tons ever since I got the job." Zeth... Opening her eyes again Sean gave the circle a quick scan; he still hadn't come back from his smoke. He could play with his cancer sticks all he wanted, for all she cared, if that was what it took to get some weight off his chest. Scoffing, she rubbed her hands against each other. Was it just her or did the room get chillier for some reason? There didn't seem to be an air-condition unit around. It was then that her eyes caught sight of a curtain half-closed. Sean stood up and walked towards it, lifting the curtain to see that it was raining. It wasn't just a light drizzle either. Only an idiot would walk around in this kind of weathe-- Her eyes widened.
"That IDIOT!!" she cursed, shoving the curtain close before running for the front door. Looking out the window, sure enough, there he was sitting on his yellow Vespa. And with no shirt on. "IDIOT!!" she cursed again. Looking around, Sean spotted an unused umbrella leaning against the wall. She grabbed it, opened the door, pushed the umbrella open, and marched over to the drenched bastard. "Are you high!?" she scolded, giving Zeth's arm a good smack, pointing up to the sky. "Black clouds mean mother nature's telling you to get the fuck inside!" Raising the umbrella over both of them, Sean shoved her free hand into her pocket and leaned against the scooter. "Or bring a damn umbrella with you. Jesus..."

"Are you high!?" Feeling a sudden sting flush down his arm, a females hand left a stinging impression on his arm. Glancing over to the owner of the hand, Zeth glanced up to Sean standing there with an agitated look on her face. Giving her a smile Zeth continued to lean over the handle bars.
"Hey there, Sunshine," Zeth replied, taking the cigarette out of his mouth, "Not quite, the rain took care of that."
"Yeah, well, black clouds mean mother nature's telling you to get the fuck inside!" Sean snapped, shoving her free hand into her pocket and leaned against the scooter. "Or bring a damn umbrella with you. Jesus..."
"I quite enjoy the rain," Zeth hummed, Sean's umbrella barely covering her in effort to cover him. Noticing this, Zeth sat back upright again, letting out a big stretch, "I have alot of happy memories as a child when it rained," Zeth continued, over flexing his back back still to wake up his muscles, "I use to be one of those kids that rain out into the rain and jump into all the puddles with my good shoes on. Sometimes if I was feeling specially happy, I'd do a dance." Getting up off the bike, Zeth did a couple of loose circles, bowing a courtesy to Sean, "Wish to join me? I warn you though, it's strictly no umbrellas allowed."

Watching as Sean bolted out of the house, Klavier couldn't help but chuckle. She had always had her own special way of showing concern for others; it was a pity that only very few realized this. He turned back to the crowd after an encouraging nudge from Apollo, a confident smile spread across his lips. "Well, frauleins, looks like you're in luck!" Klavier exclaimed, snapping his fingers. "That's one less competition. I wonder who among you lovely prinzessins lady luck blessed today. Only one way to find out, ja?"
There was no way he was spinning for a guy. Not now. Leaning forward the rockstar slowly pushed the bottle to the middle of the circle. "But before that... Herr Laws," Klavier called out, his head lowered. "You were lucky enough to be granted access to Fraulein Skye's lips, and yet you fail to acknowledge this fact with your actions." Klavier raised his head to look Justin in the eye, his expression stern. "But this can be remedied, ja? Before my turn is over?"

Sean raised her brow warily. Zeth was being cheekier than he normally was. She wasn't a smoker so she wouldn't really know, but if it was possible for people to get high from smoking, well... that probably explains it. "I didn't go out of my way to bring you this just so you can toss it aside. Now get your ass back over here." she said, giving the umbrella a light jerk. Turning her head away she raised her free hand to rub the back of her neck. "'Sides, I got... something to tell you." She wasn't sure how to go about it, but since they were alone Sean figured it would be a good time to bring it up.

"Something to tell me?" Zeth echoed, doing a twirl back to Sean, and around her to get to the Vespa. Opening up the boot of the car slightly, Zeth fished around his gear with his hand, looking back at Sean with a grin. He could tell she was slightly nervous about what she was about to say, "Ok, I'm intrigued. You have my attention." Finally placing his hands on a bag, Zeth's face lit up happily, fishing out a few mints. Pulling them out, he popped two in his mouth and offered some to Sean, "Want a mint first? I've got plenty here..."

"Huh? Oh. Yeah, sure. Thanks," she answered as she took a mint out of Zeth's offering hand and popped it into her mouth. It might help calm her senses down a bit; didn't want to sound like a bumbling idiot. She leaned against the yellow Vespa more comfortably. The mint was starting to take effect. Yep, now's a good time as any.
"I'm gonna need you to shut up for a couple of minutes, alright? And you better listen good 'cause I won't say this again." Placing an idle hand on her waist, Sean took a deep breath. "Look, man. It doesn't take a genius to know something's been bugging you. I know what's on your mind. And I just wanted to say... I'm all for second chances." Feeling the heat rise up to her cheeks she turned away, her hand found its way to the back of her neck yet again. This was more embarrassing that she thought. "It may not have worked out the first time, but hey, 's not like trying again is gonna kill you or anything, right? You ain't living forever either." Bringing her hand back down Sean closed her eyes, her furrowed brow twitching. "Look, all I'm saying is just because you got your heart broken once doesn't mean you can't do anything about it. If you really got your eyes on the prize then just go for it, y'know? Screw everything else." Pushing herself off the scooter, Sean tossed the umbrella over to Zeth, her eyes turned away in embarrassment, her cheeks an obvious red. "So get that stupid look off your face and cheer up already." Sean, not waiting for any sort of response, shoved her hands into her pockets and headed for the front door. She swung it open, stepped in, and just before closing it yelled, "And put a damn shirt on!"
What was it with men and shirts that day? He's been hanging out with the ex-attorney in the pajamas for far too long. Shaking a bit of the dampness away from her hair Sean paced along the hall and eventually back to the circle. She set herself down where she was before she left and raised her hands up to her cheeks; they were still warm. Eh, it'll go away eventually. "Sorry 'bout that. Something came up. Oh, and sir?" she said, setting her arms down on her lap as she turned towards Phoenix. "Someone might be needing a new change of clothes soon. Just saying." Leaning back on her hands Sean let out a exasperated sigh. That sure was awkward. She made a mental note not to do something like that again any time soon. If Zeth wasn't such a good friend then she never would've bothered; it was never really her thing to poke into other people's business. Watching Dawn through her peripheral, Sean narrowed her eyes. She wasn't sure if Steel Melons was the best match for Zeth, but he seemed... happy with her. She just hoped that her sorry attempt at giving advice was going to help.
((Ark, I hope you got that last bit. >u> And Justin, might I request that Justin voices out what he thinks Klavier is planning? If it isn't too much trouble. x3))

Zeth listened to Sean's speech, blinking his eyes as if he were nodding when his mind slowly switched off as she spoke, before he no longer registered words by the time she finished. Catching the umbrella without thinking, Zeth didn't even realise he was holding it as she walked off. Blinking his eyes in shock, he wasn't quite sure what he said to him.
Was she... asking him to hit on her again? She never once used the words 'me' or 'I' the whole time, so how could he be sure? What was with all the blushing? Touching her neck? Was she making a confession? Or was she just.... talking.... what was on her mind?
Switching back to reality, Zeth rolled the mints around his mouth sucking off the mint taste as he thought about it some more. So, she's been watching me cause she knows I've been upset... damn, that woman knows me too well if she can spot that... Upset... she hasn't brought it up till now though... Collapsing the umbrella, Zeth tilted his head back, feeling the rain patter down on his face, Maybe it's something that happened this afternoon that she think I'm upset ab.... Dawn. Does she think that was all for real?! Or... maybe she did see through me and she could tell I was upset case of her watching me... Hugging himself, Zeth's face frowned heavily as he considered this theory, What... does she PITY me now? Does she feel sorry for me because she thinks I'm still hung up on her and wants to make me think there's still hope?
"WHAT IS IT WITH YOU DAMN WOMEN?!" Zeth yelled, tugging on his hair slightly. Dipping his voice down as he realised he said that out loud, he realised his inner monologue was no longer working, "I have been out too long," Zeth frowned, glancing towards the door. Before he walked off, he glanced towards the sky, and at the falling rain, "The rain... the rain reminds me of her..." Zeth murmered, closing his eyes one last time as he let the droplets collect on his face and trickle down like tears all over his face, "So cold, yet she makes my skin burn hot... but the longer I say, the colder I become." Bowing his head, real tears started to form in his eyes. Strolling slowly back to Phoenix's door, Zeth swallowed the last of his mint, tempted to get out another cigarette, "Damn women..."

Noticing Sean finally return to the game looking a bit damp, Phoenix realised that she must've been trying to retrieve Zeth from the rain. She's a caring friend. Zeth is lucky to have a woman that looks after her like that.
"Sorry 'bout that. Something came up. Oh, and sir?" Sean said, sitting down back into the circle neatly, "Someone might be needing a new change of clothes soon. Just saying."
"I'm on it," Phoenix nodded, getting up off the floor. Jogging over to his bed room, Phoenix tried to find some of his smaller fitting clothes, hoping to find something that might fit Zeth better than his usual ones. Zeth might've been taller than him, but he was alot lankier. Finally spotting a familier pink jumper on the floor with a heart on it, Phoenix grabbed that, a warm scarf he had cause he knew Zeth would be cold, and a pair of jeans to slip into. Dashing back to the door, Phoenix arrived just in time to open the door to Zeth about t grab the handle, "Come right in!"
"Sure," Zeth replied, suddenly spotting the pink sweatshirt, "What are you doing carrying pink items? Trucy cold or something?"
"No," Phoenix replied, "It's a change of clothing." Forcefully guiding Zeth into the bathroom beside the front door, Phoenix chucked in the clothes and forced the door closed. "Now don't complain- I wore those when I was your age."
"No WONDER you have no sense of colour!" Zeth cried out, tugging on the door, "I thought you were colour blind, when really you're a FREAK!"
"A freak with a door handle," Phoenix chuckled, fighting Zeth's efforts, "Now, it's either that, or Trucy's clothing. what'll it be?"
"Can I trade clothing with Dawn when I get out?" Zeth's voice pleeded. Phoenix laughed.
"If someone dares you."
Hearing a mad shuffle to get dry as quickly as possible, it sounded like Zeth scrambled to get dry and dressed. Dashing out of the bathroom a minute later, Zeth ran out to the loungue wearing this.
"WHO'S SPIN IS IT?!" Zeth demanded, "I need it to be doubles so I can trade clothing with someone!"

Klavier dipped his head as he chuckled. "Let me spell it out for you then. Herr Laws..." With a swift motion perfected through countless appearances in the courtroom, the rockstar's arm shot out. "I'M TAKING YOU OUT!" he yelled, his finger pointed at the cross-dressed defense attorney. "To dinner, that is. My treat. But you'll have go... As. You. Are." he continued, pointing to Justin's -- rather, Dawn's -- articles of clothing one by one for emphasis. He retracted his arm shortly after, gliding his fingers through his pale yellow hair. "The paparazzi will be there, most likely, considering how much attention they've been giving me as of late. But that should be easier than giving Fraulein Skye a quick peck on the lips, ja?" He smirked deviously, lowering his hand as he looked Justin in the eye once again. "So, what do you say? A fairly reasonable alternative?"
"WHO'S SPIN IS IT?!" a voice rang out suddenly, "I need it to be doubles so I can trade clothing with someone!"
This appeared to have distracted Justin for a brief moment, eliciting a laugh from him. Klavier was not slow to pick up on this and decided to take advantage of the situation. "It's settled then. Excellent." he said, snapping his fingers in affirmation. Turning to see Zeth in a pink sweater, he paused, but quickly regained his composure. Apollo had trouble gaining his composture. He tried to reemain calm, but was fainting - and nosebleeding- inside.
He didn't move from his seat. If Sean wanted to talk, she'd approach him. He looked arround, but found no-one to talk to.

"You can give it back to me when you-- snrk... feel like a man again." She said, obviously holding back a full lunged laugh. Feeling disgruntled, Zeth finger combed his hair back as he sat down beside her.
"Meh," Zeth smirked, snatching the jacket away from her as he reached the ground, "Only real men can wear pink, but if you insist..." Holding in a secret smile however, It wasn't often that Sean showed off a little figure nowdays. Normally she wore something that hid the shape she had. He... kind of missed the days when she did wear more feminine clothes.
Putting on the jacket, Zeth modeled it for her slightly. The shoulders were way to narrow for him, but the jacket was baggy enough to slip in awkwardly... with his shoulders half way down the arms. Zeth realised then, that he was now trapped with his arms up like wings so he didn't tear the jacket arms off. He wondered how long he could keep this up just so he could see some shape on her.
"Now all you need is a corn field and you're set," Phoenix chuckled, taping Zeth's nose lightly to tickle it, "Just make you don't get dust up your nose." Zeth gave Phoenix a dirty look as he twitched his nose around uncomfortably.
"You're an evil evil man, Wright," Zeth growled, taking off the jacket. Swapping the jacket to cover his front then, Zeth adopted a slight sulk as he hid the pink sweat shirt behind Sean's jacket.
From the opposite side of the circle, Julia sat with a big smile about her face. She FINALLY got to kiss a guy that wasn't her brother! All was well with the world. She wanted to lean over and give Nathan a cuddle, like she often did with her brother, but thought she might wait. HE seemed pretty nervous about the whole thing and she wasn't sure how far the two of them could go immediately. Specially with Connie in the way of his thoughts. At least Darren has no worries with Nathan taking advantage of me. Julia chuckled to herself. She could wait. Cuddle stage can come later...

Giving Justin on last conniving look the rockstar brought his fingers to the tip of the bottle and flicked it, sending it spinning. He watched in anticipation as the bottle started to slow down, eventually coming to a stop. It pointed to... the charming young fraulein in the suspenders. A satisfied smile curved up his lips. "Why hello there, beautiful," Klavier cooed, leaning forward slightly. "Or do you go by any other name?"

I reset a few inactive characters in the RP, namely Amy Fey, Eva Edgeworth, and Angelina Aquino. To make things less complicated... we'll just have it seem like they never entered the house. To accompany the reset of Eva I'll be taking out the MilesxFranziska marriage connection and the fact that they had a daughter. So yeah, updated the character list, dice rolls, and important points with all these changes.))
Sean's eyes widened at Zeth's attempt to fit himself into her jacket only to breathe out a sigh of relief when he held his stance halfway through. He had better not ripped any part of it; that jacket was a gift from... "Tch." she scoffed, leaning herself back on her hands again. Thinking about it would only get her depressed.
Watching from the corner of her eye as Zeth brought the jacket up in front of him instead, Sean wondered if their conversation from earlier had helped any. Was he going to take her advice and give Dawn another go? "So... You, uhh," she started, putting on an indifferent tone as she turned away. "You... feeling better?" As curious as she was to know what Zeth had planned, she decided it would be far too awkward to ask him straight out. She didn't want the bastard getting any weird ideas.

Turning slightly red in the face as Trucy sat on his lap and snuggled into him, Zeth tried his hardest not to look at Sean's expression to what Trucy said in hope of her not spotting his slight smile at the small hoping of her maybe feeling a little jealous. Wrapping his arms around Trucy, Zeth's sight smile then neutralized out as he realized he was putting unnecessary stress on his expectations of their friendship. He had fought hard to keep her in his life now she was back. Now wasn't the time to screw that up!
Feeling better having Trucy on his lap to hide the sweatshirt, Zeth quickly managed to calm himself down and pay attention to the game again.
"So... You, uhh, you... feeling better?" Sean suddenly asked. Zeth glanced back with a curious expression, not sure why his 'manly ego' suddenly mattered to her. Glancing down at the jacket between him and Trucy, he felt a little bad about taking away her jacket when the temperature had dropped. He wasn't sure if she was noticing the cold, but if he gave it back it might suggest that he didn't appreciate the gesture. What could he do though? Pausing thoughtfully as he considered this, Zeth stroked his goatee.
"I am a little bruised wearing a pasted red heart on my chest with another man's initials," Zeth admitted, fingering the jacket, "But it's only my ego, right? We all know my ego likes a bit of a masochism to keep it on it's toes." Giving her a big doofy grin, Zeth shrugged, "Why, are you going to suggest that I should spin the bottle after Klavier?"

((I might be pushing it a little with Zeth, but well... that's Sean for you. ^u^; You spelt it wrong by the way, Minuki; it's "Aimee" not "Amy". A minor detail, but just thought I'd point it out. xD
Oh, and I've noticed that taking turns in a large group holds up too many characters at once. This might be a good time to split the group up. Next spin will end the current game, so if you have Zeth in your choices and would like to spin for him next, you have permission. Spinning for Zeth will force the adults into the other room. This will be done right after Klavier is done with his turn, so if no one volunteers by then Phoenix will do it... right? >u> I will do a re-roll for the people left in the living room after the adults have evacuated to the kitchen.))

Widening his eyes as Sean suddenly got up and stormed off, Zeth opened his mouth to say something, but for the first time, his voice refused to co-operate. Did she just say... she was not good enough for him? What... was that a conFESSION? Completly confused in shock, it wasn't till Sean kicked the door open and stormed through that he gain his grasp on reality once more.
"Mr. Zeth..You better go talk to her soon, or she will hate you forever.." Trucy said, givign him a kiss on the cheek, "You two make a cute couple! hehe~"
Glancing down at Trucy, Zeth gave her a smile, as he couldn't help his emotions finally coming to the surface. What if she did care about him that way and her ego was too afraid to tell him? What if his determination to remain atleast friends was the only thing holding them back. What if he didn't need to hide from her any longer?
"Thank you, Trucy," Zeth replied, giving her forehead a kiss backa s Apollo got up and chased after Sean. Carefully picking her up, Zeth carried Trucy over to Phoenix, placing her on his lap instead. Glancing up, he noticed Apollo quickly burst through the door first. Feeling a slight twinge of worry. What on earth did he want from the kitchen? Getting up and dashing towards the kitchen door, Zeth's face was tagged with obvious emotions. Eyes face becoming red from the release of built up emotion. He couldn't let Sean get away this time.
Bursting the door open, Zeth didn't wait to enter the room before his started his apology, "Sean! It not what you think! You're more than..."
((I'll pause Zeth's RP here, cause I donno what Sean is doing. Did Apollo get to her first? *suspense*))

Receiving his daughter back into his arms, Phoenix noticed a real expression written over Zeth's face for the first time since he met him. normally even his smiles felt like a block wall to look at, but for the first time, he knew that Zeth was upset. What was up with that?
"Now, when Zeth said he was going to pick up a pretty lady for me, I didn't quite expect this..." Phoenix chuckled, slipping his arms around her and giving her a tight cuddle, followed by a quick kiss, "Now, is my little star enjoying her party?"
((Again- does someone want to spin Zeth for the last round of the combined? The game will cycle faster when we split into 2 groups :) ))

As she did, he lifted her up and she flailed some, holding on to him. He was quick about getting rid of her to go see Sean. As he placed her on her father's lap, she giggled. He pulled his arms around her and cuddled with her, causing her to giggle again. "Hehe~ Daddy~" She smiled and kissed his cheek. "Well, I AM the only lady for you, right, Daddy~?" She cuddled with him, pulling his arms against her tightly. She always sat with him the way he held her when she was younger. She knew she'd never get too old for some cuddling with daddy.

"GAH!!" Tea. All over his cravat. Miles didn't have to turn his head to know who was responsible. "SEAAAAAAN..." he grumbled, gripping the now-empty cup in his hand. Where have we seen this before? Miles would have gotten a response from the detective by then, but strangely enough she remained silent as she approached the table. This certainly was... odd.
Sean went on to pick up one of the guns she left earlier on, but it fell right out of her hand. Her grip was weakened considerably; must've struck at the floor a little too hard. It hurt. She had no idea why she only noticed the pain just then. Scoffing, she picked the gun up again, now with her other hand, and shoved it into its holster.
"Are you ok Sean?" a familiar voice chimed in.
Apollo? What was he doing there? They only just met, so why would she be of any concern to him? "What does it look like, Sherlock?" she asked back rhetorically, shoving the last gun back into its holster. It was apparent in her tone that she wasn't in the mood to discuss it. Plopping herself down on a nearby chair she leaned back, hands in her pockets. An awkward silence followed.
"Oh hi, Edgeworth..." Apollo said. Upon hearing no response he went on to make himself a cup of coffee. "You two want anything? I see that Bizzaro left his tea..."
Kristoph looked over to Miles who was busy stripping off his drenched cravat, then to Sean who appeared to be in no mood to talk. He turned to Apollo with a smile. "Seeing how both parties are occupied at the moment, I will take the liberty of declining your offer. We will make do with tea." He pushed his glasses up with his fingers. "You wound me, Justice. It would seem that you failed to acknowledge my presence..." The impression of a skull showed itself for a brief moment before Kristoph lowered his hand. He smiled again. "Is this how you treat your former mentor?"
Sean rolled her eyes at this. What a douche. After everything that he did he still expects his understudy to treat him with respect? Fat chance. Shifting herself comfortably in her seat, Sean sighed. It looked like she managed to shrug Apollo off. She didn't want anyone on her case, especially not--
"Sean! It's not what you think! You're more than..."
Speak of the devil. She could feel her blood coming to a boil. "More than what?" she demanded, her eyes piercing through the tan-skinned detective. "If you think that I suck then just say it! I don't need you and your false comfort." That was it. Sean had to relocate; she couldn't afford to stay in the kitchen any longer. She stood up, turned away, and started to make her way towards the closest door she could find. Anywhere would do, she didn't care. She just... didn't want to see his stupid face.
((Blade, it's more of the content. It would be better if you provided more details like the expression, whether he's standing or sitting, how he got from point A to point B, that kinda stuff. Leaving the details out will keep the next poster guessing and will force them to fill in the gaps you left, and that isn't always a good thing. And Sayu, Klavier spun for Connie, in case that wasn't very clear. xD))

"GOOD ENOUGH!" Zeth yelped as he crashed onto the floor, his glasses leaping off his face as he used his arms to protect Sean's jacket in his arms. Skidding to a stop, Zeth stayed put for a moment, before glancing up towards Sean dashing off to the nearest door. Suddenly scared that he had gone too far somehow, the power in his voice disappeared to a crackle, "You're more than good enough to me." Watching Sean still dashing off, Zeth gritted his teeth managing to find the strength to raise his voice once more, "Did you hear me, Aimee? You've always been more than good enough to me! I've never stopped caring about you..." Zeth's eyes turned glassy as tears started to form. "Even after you broke my heart."

Smiling at the undivided attention his daughter always gave him, Phoenix remembered why he was never too inspired to go hunting for a wife for her. He knew that she should have a motherly figure, but part of him was happy the centre of her universe when ever she was around. It made him feel still important.
"Of corse you are, my bundle of sunshine," Phoenix replied, placing his chin on her shoulder, his stubble tickling her cheek lightly,

Nadine dropped her cell phone down on her bed before bounding out of her room in the outfit that she had spent ages deciding on. "Mom!" she yelled, using the top of the stairs banister to swing around before jumping down the stairs two at a time. "I'm going to-" Nadine stopped herself short as she skidded into the lounge to see her father in his armchair with a newspaper in his hands. He was peering over the top of it at her. "Going where, Nadine?" he said calmly. Nadine bit her lip and looked around the room, spotting her mother standing against the far wall with her arms folded, also biting her lip with an apologetic expression on her face. "I'm...going to Trucy's house. You know, my magician friend?" Her father sighed and folded his paper onto his lap. "So," he began in his 'logical' voice, "Why are you wearing your best clothes? You always complain that she makes things disappear too often." Nadine gritted her teeth in an attempt to control her temper. "I...Darren will be there." At this, her dad rose. "I've told you to stop pursuing that-" Nadine temper snapped. "Just shut up about Darren, Dad!" she ran out of the room and into the street, but not fast enough to miss the unmistakeable sight of her dad turning to her mother.
Nadine suddenly found herself blinking back tears. I wish me and my dad had that, she thought sadly.

Connie turned from Bizarro to see a rather handsome looking guy. Blond hair, tanned skin, and a gorgeous smile. She smirked. "Well hello there..." She twirled her hair around her finger. "You spun me, I'm guessing?" It was unmistakable that this was Klavier Gavin she was talking to, but it'd be a bad idea to appear as a fan of any sort. It was a general turn off, she'd observed.
Nathan watched as his sister switched her attention from one guy to the next. He felt sick. He always did when Connie was flirting. Deciding he needed some air, he got up and left the circle. He didn't feel like playing anymore anyways. Taking a step outside on the porch, he rubbed his forehead. He tended to do that when Connie was especially frustrating.

Noticing Nadine watching Phoenix and Trucy, Darren's expression dulled down to a vaguely concerned one. She always seemed to shut off when she was around families. He never understood why. He wasn't sure if he should mention it. It wasn't his business, right? What could he do about it anyway? Noticing that she was hunched up all tense though, Darren raised a brow. That's not good. She looks like she's under alot of stress the way she's all tensed up like that...
"Hey, Nads," Darren started, making a swirling motion with his finger for her to turn around, "Turn around a bit. You've got some tense shoulders there."
((Excuse the nick name- that's exactly the type of nick name Darren would give her XD I hope she's not offended. I'm sure Darren would've used it before now.))
((Sayu- I don't think Phoenix has a porch, but if Nathan is going to the front lawn then that's close enough :) Back lawn is through the kitchen :) ))
Julia took her mind off Nathan for one moment to see who Klavier spun in interest, noticing that it was Connie. I wonder what Darren thinks of that... Julia thought, thinking about Klavier's reacting. Pondering what that all meant, Nathan standing took her by surprise as she blinked out of her fantasy world.
"Nathan?" Julia asked softly as he headed off. Waiting for him to get out of eye shot, Julia got up and snuck around behind him to see what was up.
