"Hi Jade." Don waved "Back for another cup? I'm glad you like it here! I can't stay and chat though. It's good to have seen you again!"
And with that he hurried off to get more supplies for the coffee shop.

Nathaniel had heard that this place was really good, so he decided he'd take some time out to give it a try. He had spotted it, and headed forward. He smelt some nice aroma's in the air as he approached, along with some that disagreed with him. He wasn't big on coffee, it was too bitter for him often, but he never though it bad.
He was about to enter, when he was barreled over by someone far larger than him, which really isn't difficult considering he is built pretty small. He knocked Nat flying back, tumbling rather impressively. "Oh.... Hi Mister Don!" Nat said, piping up from the ground.

"I'm well... And so is Lilly! Lilly is Happy." Nat said, somewhat Naive and nervous. "Oh.... Do you need.... my.... help...?" Nat started to say, as Mister Don had already ran off into the distance...
Wow.... He's fast!
Nat cautiously wandered to and from the door, wondering whether to go in or not. He eventually, five minutes later or so, edged his way inside, never feeling quite well. He edged slowely and nervosly to the counter. "Umm... I-I-I-I, Umm..... m-m-my father-in law.... Mister Don.... s-s-said I should ask for... s-s-s-something nice....?" Nat said, ver softly, ready to run off if someone yelled at him.

"A-ah! I'm so sorry!" A rather petite figure apologized, chestnut brown hair carefully tumbling down pale skin as she bowed. The woman's glasses were nearly falling down when she quickly pushed them back up again, this time placing her index on the metal bridge as an insurance for them to stay put. This was her fifth time bumping into a person. She was becoming weary. The man politely smiled and brushed it off, seeing how tired the woman was. Hiromi was glad that the man was nice enough not to complain, unlike victim #4 who has actually yelled at her. The day was far from its end yet she was in no condition to continue working. What she needed was an invigorating cup of coffee. Luckily, a friend of hers had phoned a few days ago, talking happily about this quaint little coffee shop she had discovered. It was not far from the library that she was working at so she decided to take a quick brake and go. Remembering the address and direction, it was not too long until she found the building. Humbly decorated yet still eye catching, a sign was taped on one of the huge windows.

Grand Opening! First cup's FREE!

Smiling to herself, Hiromi lightly pushed the glass door open. Once she stepped inside, the powerful aroma of coffee and chocolate greeted her. It was divine and she was glad to finally get something warm to drink. In small strides, she approached a table next to one of the numerous windows and sat down.

There she would wait until someone would kindly take her order.

Noah von Karma was driving to his house after a long deliberation in court, and on his way to King Toots, the music store, to pick up his bass guitar with the new "G" inscribed on the back, when he spied a sign, saying "Coffee" and "Free". He suddenly pulled up to the curb and thought for a moment. "Well, they'll probably charge me some more since I'm late and they're jackoffs with their money... but it's free...." Noah got out of the car, instantly smelling the coffee. This could be a good or bad thing: It either meant the coffee was so rich and aromatic it could make it's way out to the curb, or they had a bunch of failed recipes rotting in the back. Noah walked in and saw a small group of people and, after hanging up his jacket with yet another G on it, inconspicuously made his way to the middle of the group. He looked around. "Anyone here?"

Don came running back through the door. He saw the people waiting.
"Sorry! I had to run out and get a few things." He looked around and wondered where Sklarvv And Figgy had gone to.
He quickly ran into the kitchen and set the bags on the table. He then rushed back out to the counter.
"What can I get for you sir? First cup of anything is free!"

"Oh, hi," Noah said. "Ah... Just one regular cup, please. And... Hey King Toot's is near here, right?" Noah asked, looking around at anyone playing a Gaviners CD.
A quick word: Noah is a Bass player for The Gaviners. Not THE bass player, when they're on tour he doesn't play, but when they're recording it's all him, not to mention local stuff. All honesty, no one would know who the hell he was if he didn't plaster that G all over everything. He's not even on any of the CD covers. But, hey, he'd rather be known as one of the foremost legal experts on Coffee than the bassist for some rock band. The limelight was not the life for him, which is why he was also the bassist. Only thing that would make LESS people know him would be if he was the keyboardist. ...No one wants to be the keyboardist. Also, this was before the time they were worldwide. He would later do quite a few stints with them.

The more the woman waited, the more she felt drowsy. It wouldn't be too long until she was literally sleeping on the table. Propping her chin up with the help of her arm, she decided to look outside in hopes that it would alleviate her of the feeling. Glancing a bit more at her surroundings, she noticed a car park and a man quickly get out. He made his way to the counter and asked if anyone was serving. A few moments after he did, another man came rushing out to the counter, apologizing. It seemed he was an employee of the small coffee shop. 'Maybe I should go to the counter to get something too..., the woman thought, carefully rising from her seat. She meekly made her way to the counter and spoke, making sure that the other customer was done ordering before doing so. "Ah... Uhm, can I please get one cup of coffee too? S-something to remove my drowsiness please." It was almost an inaudible whisper but she hoped that the man could hear her.

"Come on! A little time outside isn't gonna hurt ya, sweetheart!" Came the giddy cry from outside of the shop as a short mess of purple could be seen bobbing up and down outside, or bouncing even, as she waited in sheer impatience for another girl walking on a cane. "C'mon, Ri, sweetie, I know you're delaying yourself on purpose. We got you out of this house, we're gonna get you into a place with people, don't make me make Canisey carry you in." Pearly whites split through a purple-lipsticked grin as she short girl bounced further. Her friend followed after, picking up the pace a bit and looking completely murderous.

"Dearest Tala, you have indeed gotten me this far, you have gotten me from my house and you have conned Herr Doktor into joining us. I suppose, until we have returned home, I am, indeed, at your will. Make this painless." Already, the third person, a man standing at a normal height for his age, but certainly tall compared to the girls. About six feet tall with broad hands, but that wasn't his best feature, from a genetic disease, he was covered head to foot in thick hair which widely resembled fur from the thickness. Tied back was his long mane of chocolate-coloured hair. With a slight smile he opened the door for the two ladies.

"Alright, Ri-zies, order what you'd like now!" The purple girl giggled as she looked over the menu. The other girl on the cane looked up for only one moment before going up to the desk. "One coffee, normal as it is, but with dark chocolate in it, please." She looked up only once for a split second, and only for a split second before hobbling back.

"Teehee! One for me, extra creame and sugar, and maybe some strawberries in there?" Came the high-pitched speaking voice of the giddy girl. The doctor, meanwhile, did not take an order, waiting for the girls to finish, already, he pulled out a few bills to pay for their drinks.

Jade looked to Don as he rushed by and gave a smirk as she brushed off her orange coat. "Good Afternoon Mr.Serrot." She sounded a little like she had a squeak at the back of her throat, but that was soon gone as she took a sip of her tea, her little finger up in the air.

Just after that, an annoying, pixelated music started. People turned to Tyray with a more angry stare. He was playing Super Mario Bros on his phone, completely unaware he was getting on other people's nerves.

Harra was known for having extremely sensitive, fine-tuned ears. After all, when you lived in the attic of your house, there were always tiny creaks and bumps all around and unless you wanted to go mad with paranoia, you had to be able to hear each and every one of them. Harra would have been able to hear the game music on its lowest setting, but instead she heard it at its loudest, bringing her head up at once to see the person playing it. It wasn't long before she recieved a nudge in her side.

"Ah! Harra, go talk to him, woncha, sweetie? Do it for little Tala, yeah?" Celestial didn't take no for an answer, with her hand on Harra's back, she started pushing the melancholy girl over to the man. "Say something, Ri-zie!" Hissed Celestial, grinning gleefully. Harra gave a slight nod before looking over his shoulder, at his game.

"Might I ask.... what is it you play....? Is that one of the Mario series games, correct....?"

A shake of the girl's head, a faint crackling could be heard from the small motion. "No, sir, it does not matter what volume you might choose to play in, I'll still hear it." She leaned on her cane, which now was clasped between two tiny hands in front of her. "You cannot go back, you mean...? What happens when you've won the game, does this mean you simply return to the start? It must be fun, until you've beaten it so many times, you'd become bored, would you not?" Her dark eyes scanned over his entire phone, memorizing every feature of it, and then started to examine the man holding it. Harra's darting brown eyes rarely stopped. "Nineteen eighty-five, you say? Is that when this game was created, sir?"

"Teehee!" Celestial's blue eyes glittered behind the purple contacts. "I'll just leave you two lurvelies alone then, see ya!" And already, she went off to gloat her sucess with Dr. Canis. "I told you I could get her to talk with someone, we had a deal, remember?"

With a small sigh, the doctor handed over five dollars. "I want it back if she returns in five miutes. And do you really think it's a good idea to be gambling over the social life-"

"Or lack thereof, Canis, sweet-tart."

"Of my patient and friend?"

Don got the coffee for Noah and informed him that he had just come to the area and that he didn't know were anything was.
He looked around and say the group of people, he suddenly felt overwhelmed.
Where did all my help go? He wondered to himself.
"I'll be right with you all in a moment!" he shouted out.
He noticed the girl with the cane and asked "Have you been taken care of yet? It seems my help... isn't here to help right now..."

Harra cast another shake of the head, this time to the shopkeeper.

Celestial, meanwhile, chimed in. "Nope! Teehee, but I'll take care of this, Ri-zie's off with things and people and-"

"No I'm not, dearest Celestial." Came the rasping quiet voice of Harra as she seemed to appear beside Celestial, now, this was no act of magic, simply Harra slipping away when no one was watching, at least neither Celestial nor Dr. Canis watching. "Last I remembered, good sir, Celestial ordered one coffee with extrea cremes and sugars, mine was normal, only with extra dark chocolate in it, sir."

Canis nodded in complience. "I'll not be ordering today, I'm afraid."

Once again, Harra slipped out of the company of her friend and doctor and back to the man she spoke with prior. Even across the room she heard his voice clearly. "Yes, I am not surprised that they are, dearest Celestial and the Good Doctor often do things that I am not aware of. Sounds like a very.... interesting game should it work that way-." The moment her cane was brought up, Harra gipped the head of it tighter between her hands as she stood. "... ... ..." She did not speak for a moment or so before speaking up. "I'm afraid that I've known nothing else to walk. You may always ask the Good Doctor for better details than I can give, but I fear I cannot say so much."

Don got the drinks ready. He handed the coffee with the chocolate to the girl while she was at the counter then took the coffee with extra cremes and sugars that he placed on the side to the woman with the hairy looking man.
"Here you go! I wasn't sure exactly how much extra cream and sugar you wanted so I gave you some extras on the side. Enjoy!"

Celestial didn't even take a taste on the coffee befre pouring in all of the creame and sugar. "Teehee! Thank you, sweetheart! So, whatcha name, cutie-pie?" Always using lovey-dovey terms with everyone, that was Celestial.

Canis, meanwhile, looked out of the window in silence, merely listening to everything. There was many things he had learned over the past ten years. It's been about ten, hasn't it? I was fresh out of medical school, I remember, when I got that call from Sophie. He smiled, remembering the mess of a child he was met with, confined to her mother's arms. "Fix her!" She said, "I can't do this anymore, you have to fix her or you can carry her yourself!" Oh, what has happened since then.

"Always live through your senses, what you cannot do, you must feel." The girl said, one of their long sessions in the library, not even a session, just a playful sort of chat while the sun streamed through stained-glass windows that Damon prized. "If you are not loved by a lady, feel loved. If I can never walk, let me feel as though I am walking."

Canis found himself jerked straight out of his thoughts, looking back to Don with a slight smile, which is almost hard to see behind the thick hair that covered his face. His lips were pinched so when he smiled, his incisor teeth showed, gleaming and sparkling kindly. "Well, I suppose one could not hurt, one coffee cup, decaffinated, please, with milk and honey." Canis loved mild flavours, honey was a true favourite. He had gotten into home remedies from Harra, who always resisted medications for her sore throats, always asking for honey and jemonhuice instead. Ever since, Canis learned the joys of both modern and ancient medicines. Honey, along with garlic, was one of the most healthy natural foods for you, he learned.

"Alright sir I'll be right back with that for you."
And with that Don hurried back to the kitchen and prepared the man's coffee.
After making sure the honey was well mixed in he took the cup to the man at the table.
"Here you go sir! One decaf with milk and honey! If you need anything else you'll find me over near the counter."
And with that Don walked back to his post, standing at the counter wondering where his workers had gone.

He got Ty his order and started to relax. "It's not easy when all your help is gone..."

He took a sip from his cocoa... "cold..." He fixed himself a fresh mug and drank the warm liquid.
As he did one of his favorite songs played. "I love the Fragrance Of Dark Coffee." he thought to himself.

"Teehee! Pleasure to meet ya, Donzie-cutie!" Celestial chimed, still pouring ungodly amounts of sugar and sweetened creame into her coffee before taking a sip. "Ehh! It's still too bitter!" Whined she, by this point, her coffee was easily taking on a tan shade, a light tan for that matter.

"Honey's...?" Harra questioned, looking to Ty. "I should hope you're not talking abou- oh.... you mean ladies, good sir?" Right hand clasped onto her cane, already in her left she took a small sip. "This is simply delicious...." Murmured she, Harra loved bitter things, she was known for making her own drink out of 100% Cacao, Choclatl, she called it, a bitter concoction that most could not drink, let alone stomach.

Canis tilted his head to where the sound came from. "Behind the counter, yes, Mr. Don." He murmured, listening to the music in slight delight, saxophones, such a lovely instrument, such perfection for a place like this. Canis stopped to think, when he was in college, the man was always rushing about something, the past ten years really mellowed him out. Thirty-five already, I have to admit, it came around quicker than I would have thought, seemed like yesterday I was in college....

"Did someone say pastries and cookies...?" Harra cast a slight smile as she thought about it. Even if the girl did enjoy her bitter tastes that almost made her tongue burn to ashes in her mouth, she also loved her sweets, why else would the girl have such a taste for chocolate?

"Teehee! Cookies! Yespleaseyespleaseyesplease!" Came the giddy call from Celestial as she nearly tackled Ty right then and there. "I want cookies! Please please please please please?"

"Calm yourself, Celestial, I really don't want to set any broken bones today, child." Canis smiled gently as he placed a hand on Celestisl'a shoulder. Such an innocent little girl for her age Whoever taught her to be such an angel? Or is she one of those pure little girls everyone speaks of and never sees? Sixteen and she's probably never heard of a single impure thing.

"I, u-uhm... Sir, could I please get a cup of coffee?" The woman mumbled, this time a tad bit louder than before. She hoped that her request was audible now that she added a bit of volume. She was starting to feel the toll of her sleepless night, now that she had to force herself to keep awake. Sighing a bit, Hiromi sat down on a bar stool next to the counter. The brown haired woman wanted to lie down her head right there and then but stopped herself from doing so. It wasn't proper, especially since there were other people there. Propping her head with the use of both hands, she wearily waited for her cup of coffee while watching the other guests interact with one another.

As everything was going on, Noah was looking closely at every aspect of the coffee. The cup, the bubbles, the color, the smell, everything. Here's what he figured out: The bubbles went toward him, which, according to 18th century lore, was good luck, and that's usually a good sign. The cup was clean, but that was just a given. If it wasn't, the health inspector would be there. The cup's material was typical Celebraçãoware, which never affected the coffee's taste, unlike clay or porcelain, or, dare I say, synthetic plastic. Yecch. Anyway, the smell was rich, strong, like a brand new coffee air freshener, which he had yet to see but would probably smell good, and of course fresh. He had seen him get new beans, for Christ's sake. Color was a dark brown, du-u-u-uh, but even darker than normal, which probably accounted for the smell. As he picked up the cup, he could feel plenty of heat, but it didn't burn his hand, and since it was on sturdy Celebraçãoware, that was good, for the coffee itself would probably be three times hotter. Finally, he took a sip of the coffee.
"...Dang." He said aloud. "That's some good coffee. Nice rich flavor, dark, smooth... That's awesome."
