Name: Guilles

Species: Vampire

Weapon/Fighting style: He fights with a single sword, and is trained in a number of fighting arts, including but not limited to Savate, Judo and Karate.

Personality: Sneaky, dangerous, and calculating, Guilles will do whatever he can to make sure his father Dracula succeeds in his goals. Works as his right-hand man and is loyal to his father. He is, however, obsessed with his appearance, and is somewhat narcissistic. Not necessarily so in battle, however, though that may depend on where he's hit.

Skills: Flight, magic, and of course, swordsmanship. He is an extremely potent fighter in combat, able to defend himself quite well. He can also transform into a bat and into mist form (the latter of which he can only do for a short time).

Background: Guilles is the son of Dracula. He is a full-blooded vampire, and shares many traits with his father. He is willing to do anything to ensure his father's plans succeed. Due to one hunter giving him a scar across his right eye, he has despised them ever since.

Other: Like his dad, he hates humans. He is more tolerant of demons than his father however. Also, he seems to have an obsession with counting small objects. Keep your Count jokes to yourself.

Weakness: Holy magic

A mysterious man was listening in on the conversation... though he really didn't care much for what Forticus was saying... he was in mist form the whole time, of course. As he left, he formed back to his normal self... a handsome man with pale skin and long dark hair, though with a scar along his right eye...

"So he thinks he can rid the vampires, eh? What a fool!" He laughed, "I hope he doesn't think it's going to be easy... especially not if my father has anything to say about it."

Guilles, the son of Dracula, figured he may as well head back to his father to let him know of this, just in case. No sense in taking chances, after all...

"What? The Van Helsings!? Still alive!?" Guilles couldn't believe it... the Van Helsing bloodline still existed! He then smiled, "Yes, father. I understand. I will do what I can." This will be a perfect opportunity! A chance to get back at the man who left the scar on his face so, so long ago...

He did a bit of thinking... those two girls might have protection... friends, perhaps. He was no fool. He knew that they would have relations who would come after him if he went after them directly. He had to find an effective strategy to make sure that this operation would be clean and efficient. It was a trait that he prided himself upon and worked to uphold.

"Rest assured, father, their fate will be sealed..." He said, as he watched his father leave... with that, Guilles headed off on his own. Evie might be easy enough, but that girl, Maria... may be trickier to catch. He had an idea... to take them to a place secluded might do to help with their demise.

Evie herself had stepped out, having drank too much alcohol, and had just spent a good moment puking into the dirt at her feet. She never could hold her liquor... why the heck did she get herself to try it again? Fortunately, she stopped before she could get too drunk.

"Ugh... gnnaagh..." She moaned, coughing, "That's the last time I'm gonna drink... no more of that stuff for me..."

She heard a noise just then... she put a hand to her gun (though it took a bit of feeling around, as she was still a bit under the effects), ready to defend herself... there was a long pause...

"Who's there? Show yourself! I'm in no condition to goof around!" She growled... she then turned in another direction to gaze in the direction of another sound that came... looking around a bit frantically. Being a little sauced sort of put a damper on her senses...

A swift chop to the back of her neck would strike her from behind where she least expected it. Her eyes went wide for a moment before closing shut and she'd fall over unconscious, crumpling to the ground without a sound. Guilles stepped out from the shadows near her and smiled. "That's one down... but how to lure the other out..."

Looking down at Evie, Guilles would lift her up over his shoulder and carry her off, darting quickly into the shadows, using his powers of magic to step into a cloak of darkness for easier stealth before there can be any witnesses, "I'll have to find a good place to take them first. A place those hunters would never expect to find them... then I'll come back for the other one."

If things went accordingly, Maria would possibly try and look for Evie... if she does, it will make things easier for him.

"Meheh~? Mission?" Hubris muttered. At some point, he had helped himself to some alcohol, and was now sprawled over the couch like a drunkard, things only more awkward by the large mirror still strapped to his back cutting into the leather. He was quite drunk, or at least he thought he was, and therefore acted like it. "But I don't work here~ But can I get the job--? wait, don't tell me! You can't fire me, I'm hired-- I mean quit! Hehehehehe-heh~!"

He passed out, snoring loudly, the final act of his 'sonata of party-crashing'.

Guilles observed what was going on... he growled. Blast!! He thought, That girl will take a while to catch... they're in an uproar... this may make things harder. At least that Evie woman won't be going anywhere for a good while...

Funny that he should mention Evie... at this current moment, she was hidden in a small shack a good distance away in a dark part of a forest. It wasn't a great place, but it'd have to do on such short notice for now.

Inside of a locked up room, Evie sat against a wall, tied up tight and gagged with a thick cloth tied over her nose and mouth to keep her quiet. He didn't take chances, he didn't want her getting away or crying for help!

"Mmmnnnffph! Mmmmrrgh!" She growled into her gag, struggling, When I get outta this, I'm gonna get whoever did it!

"Shut up in there! Stupid brat..." One of Guilles' lackeys shouted from outside the room, "If you don't be quiet, we'll beat you up!"

"Only an idiot would dare to attack so many of us guarding this place!" Another said. Guilles had ordered a bunch of vampires and demons to surround the shack and guard it with their lives till he got back...

But enough about that... it was time for Guilles to plan and act accordingly. His priorities right now was to find a way to separate Maria from the group and capture her.

They seem to be in a fluster... perhaps when they get far away enough, that will be my time to grab the other Van Helsing girl and do away with the both of them... I'll be sure to make one watch the other die and suffer! He grinned to himself wickedly, A fitting end for the Van Helsings...

Hunter and the others were exploring the forest, hunter´s dhampire powers allowed him to see better in the dark but still the forest was too big ¨we are going to have many trouble here¨

"W-w-wha?" Hubris said, responding to his unwilling new employer (unwilling being Hubris, who hadn't an idea what just happened). Oddly enough he had just pass from the middle of a alcohol stupor to the hangover that comes next within minutes. "Shaking his head and holding his eyes shut hard, he followed through the portal without thinking, muttering about everything being too bright.

He had no idea why he, corporal evil and sin absolute etc. etc., was following along these people like a friend. Honestly, he didn't care, only focusing on the pounding ache between his ears, and occasionally questioning how his physiology worked in regards to metabolism.

As he came with them through the portal into the dark forest, he looked around, and could have sworn this was a familiar location. Then again, most places were, but that was a secret best kept to himself at the moment, from both the hunters and Forticius.

"Crap! They're gonna close in... I better move in and get that girl fast..." With that, Guilles headed off to confront Maria while everyone was away... he'd melt in from the shadows behind her from wherever she was and grab her from behind, clamping a hand over her mouth and holding her fast, "You're coming with me... unless you want harm to come to your precious sister."

With that, he began to take Maria to the shack to quickly get Evie there and vamoose to a better location...

(BTW, Vhunter, we could use an explanation as to how these guys are so keen on looking in the forest... be reasonable.)

Maria was taken away ¨Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!¨ she fell knocked and when she oke up she tied with her sister ¨I must not cry¨ she told to herself while containing a tear, she was thinking ¨We must get out of here sis¨she whispered and watched everything around her, she felt a dark aura, ¨Uncle dracula?...¨

¨ALRIGHT COWARD IF YOU DON´T BRING MY CHILDREN RIGHT NOW I´LL BLOW EVERYTHING IN THIS DAMN FOREST, SOUL CIRCLE...¨but before he could finish the skill inner stopped him ¨You´ll just kill Evie and Maria!¨ Hunter was lost and flustered ¨why would anybody want to get rid of 2 inocent girls... Sensei are you hiding us something?¨ Master smiled ¨Of course, I´m hiding many things but they are not important¨ Inner then replied annoyed ¨We can´t help you if you don´t cooperate!¨ Master then said ¨I just can tell you that my first suspect would be my dear brother... Dracula¨

(I don't know if that really explains much. I'm not sure I even understand... >_> But you know what, whatever. I'll play it by ear.)

"Damn it..." Guilles would take a moment to wad up a cloth and tie it into Maria's mouth and inbetween her teeth to gag her, "I figured this would happen. No matter. I've got what I've come for..." Guilles then turned to his men, "Hold them off while I prepare my departure. If there are casualties among you, retreat! Don't waste your lives further."

With that, Guilles' henchmen would fly out and attack the group, "VAMP RUSH, KEKEKE~!!!" they cried.

Guilles finishes knotting the gag into place and smirks at the two girls, "There. Now you both keep quiet and I may let you live for a few seconds longer..."

"Mmmffrpphhmmnn!" Evie growled, glaring at him.

Guilles wasn't sure if they were just passing by, or if they knew they knew where he took the girls... but he wasn't taking chances. "I've got to get out of here quick. You're both coming with me." He lifted both girls up and proceeded to leave...

"Sorry. I guess I stole the spotlight." Hubris said. He was standing right in front of one of the vampires, the one called Herb, a hand extended as in to say 'stop'. It was a mystery how he managed to get there so fast, but somehow, Hubris had dodged the attackers and intercepted this one particular vamp.
"I hope you don't mind, good sir." he said in a fake British voice, talking to the others, who were behind him. "I am slightly peckish, and this one would make a lovely snack." He turned his attention back to the vampire in front of him. "SO, your name is Hebr, huh? I like to know the names of those I feast on. I can call the taste 'Herb-flavored'."

As he spoke, his grin spread, becoming slightly too wide, full of sharp teeth.

"My teeth? Murder soup? Drink?" Hubris said with snark in his voice. "Oh, no, no, this is all for showing my excitement. I'm afraid that you are gonna miss out, unless you like drinking from corpses. Hey, Herb... You are already dead, I'm just finishing my meal as we speak. And..."

For a split second, a thin wire-like light could be seen connecting from the fleeing Herb's head to Hubris's chest. Then, Hubris barked out a ghastly howl: "PERSONA BREAK!!"

As if he were pulling something, he yanked his arm in, and Herb's head cracked like shattered glass. Hubris laughed madly.

"Where are you going? I am still in a good mood!" Hubris called, no trace of that split-second demonic scowl left on his face. It'd been a while since he had messed with a person's mind actively, and the meal had been rather nice, although the vampire's ego had been rather weak in comparison to some of the others he had met recently.

Hubris shot a quick look at Hunter, then turned his eyes back on the trail that the cowardly vampires had fled. "Shall we invite ourselves to their party? I love crashing festivities!!"

"Yes, father." Without wasting a second, Guilles brings in the bound and gagged Van Helsing girls, Maria and Evie, dragging them in and setting them in front of Dracula.

Evie struggled and let out muffled growls, glaring at her captors... Guilles rather liked her. He liked her fiestiness... he was going to enjoy drinking her blood. "The raven-haired one shows much defiance! I rather like that little trait. The blood of strong women are the types I like the most~"

"You run if you wish, vampires have a particular arrogance I enjoy. It's like candy, very sweet, although too much is a pain." Hubris said, his true nature revealing itself, but only slightly. He ran into the midst of the crowd, and the occasional flash and shout of 'Persona Break' could be heard within.

He really didn't absorb anything this time-- it was enough to follow the flow to the source, and collect what he could... maybe even try a little reverse influence upon somebody. Behind him, a path of fallen corpses were strewn about, each with their head caved inward and shattered on the ground like a broken lightbulb.

Before the hunter group came in, he had thrown the two girls back into a hidden location, thanks to a little magic spell he knew... it probably wouldn't take them very far, but he had to make do on such short notice. There wasn't much time to react anyway... huh, guess that spell would have a use after all.

With that, he began to clash swords with V, sparks flying from the weapons as they clashed each time, "You can assured that I am a man of my word, in spite of my alignment."

Hunter smiled ¨We are going to have some fun!¨ Hunter´s aura was becoming blue then he crashed his weapon with Guilles´s, then he let his teeth to come outand jumped to the roof

Hunter threw his katana to the air and made some kind of seal with his hand, the katana multiplied and directly to Guilles then hun ter ran towards him and tried to punch him...

(S'alright, I guess. :O)

However, Guilles caught his fist in his palm, stopping the assault! He then yanked him forward and punched him in the stomach before throwing a knee up into him in the jaw, and kicked him away with a blow to the chest...

Guilles would follow this up, dashing in to try and swipe at V with his weapon... would he dodge it in time!?

Hubris had finished eliminating a large portion of the vampire legions. Their corpses laid a thick path of semi-headless cobblestones, upon which he easily strolled back on. His malice was visible, a transparent shimmer surrounding him, that occasionally tried to jump away towards a nearby vampire, only to stop short by an inch or so. Those foolish enough to approach him met the same fate as those on the ground beneath Hubris, their heads cracking and shattering by an unknown force...

He was taking his time, and he knew that he wouldn't be touched by any of these peons. He casually traveled on, to see what was up with the others of the group.

hunter received the weapon with his feet then he said ¨you are better than I though¨ he threw his katana directly to Guilles´s neck and then he said ¨Boom...¨ and there was a little explosion, yet it was enough to reach Guilles and lift a lot of dust
