"Well, yeah... from what I know, it's not a summoned noise, and I'm pretty sure it's against protocol for reapers to go that far in hindering the mission." Jason chugged down his drink, feeling uneasy.
"So reapers can be noise too? What about you?" Mei didn't really care, but asked questions to feign interest.
Jason looked around warily. "Well... to be more specific some reapers are either part Noise, or have Noise forms... and I..." Jason fidgeted, trying to avoid the subject.
Mei looked at her partner with an inquisitive look on her face. "What are you so afraid of, rea-"
Jason immediately covered her mouth. "I told you to stop calling me that! And out of all places, we have to be at the Reapers' Soul?" He started to spaz and Mei stared at him with annoyance, his hand still on her mouth.
Intimidated by her stare, he started to explain: "Well, I'm an idiot, (Mei nodded in agreement) so I tend to do things with....out thinking.... aaaaand I just remembered I'm probably going to be in a looooot of trouble for becoming your partner. And reapers like hanging out here." She suspiciously looked around again.
Looking at Mei for solace was no help. She simply changed her look to one that seemed that ask: "Are you an idiot?"
"I answered that alreeeeaaady!" He whined, trying to keep his voice low.
Mei grabbed her partner's wrist and twisted it to get him off. "Whatever." She went back to her drink.
Jason rubbed his wrist to soothe the pain. "Owowowowow... don't be so meeeaan..."
((Um... how did Mei survive the whole falling debris thing? I actually... don't know.

"Sir, you can't have a dog in the bar" said someone who worked there.
"Fine" Sakura said. He changed his dog back into pin form and pocketed it. This of course freaked the man out.
"..W-Where did the dog go?" "H-how did you do that..?" The man said.
"I'd tell you, but then you'd end up as a pin as well buddy, now get me a drink" Sakura said.
"How old are you? We don't serve to mino-"
"Who's the one who can turn stuff into freaking pins here!?"
The man ran away to get the drink, frightened. Sakura figured he could drink anything he wanted, I mean, it can't hurt you if you were dead right?
Sakura saw a couple people talking, they looked familiar.
"Have I seen you two before?" Sakura said

Jason, still holding his wrist in pain, scolded her. "What have you and your partner done these last few days?! He's a player, just like you!"
"Just like us." she corrected.
"I know that!" he squabbled. "Anyway, knowing her, she's probably telling the truth, and I haven't met many players even though I can recognize who is one."
"Because you're-" Mei started to say.
"Will you stop stop that?!" Jason immediately cut her off. He wasn't the type to get mad, so that's all he ever did. He stared at his partner, who was looking away, and noticed something.
"Are... are you g-giggling!?" Jason scooted away from her, looking at her as if she caused hell to freeze over.
"Maybe." when she turned to face them she was completely straight-faced.
Jason sighed and turned back to the boy to ignore her. "Anyway, yeah, we're both players. Partners, actually. I'm Jason and she's Mei. You are?"

If you guys are partners, the reapers should be paying you for doing their job for them fighting like this. You guys gotta deal with each other, the game's designed to target anyone who shows any weakness, squabbling partners are prob'ly pretty easy targets."
Then it clicked, Mei was the name he heard earlier today. Sakura sat down near them.
"Speaking of fighting, I think I remember where I saw you guys now. Weren't you the ones who got in trouble near where the 2 noise were fighting? You guys okay?"

Jason looked at her with worry. "Do... do you like opening up old wounds?"
"Well, you just make it so obvious..." she looked at her partner blankly. She then quickly turned back to Sakura. "Anyway, you're asking about the debris, right?" She pulled out a blue pin with clouds and a gravestone on it and showed it to him. "This thing's ability is to give me a second chance... if used at the right moment. Basically, once a day, I can use the archangel pin to heal myself if I realize I'm in immediate danger. I used it right at the moment of impact. I have a supply boost pin, so it can be used one more time, but on the partner." She fiddled with the pin nonchalantly.
Jason immediately slammed his hands on the table and stood up. "If that's true, then why-?!"
Mei quickly cut him off. "Let me repeat myself: the pin can be used if the user realizes she or her partner is in danger. We were fighting some noise, then one came out of nowhere... and just ate him." She looked away from the two, hiding her expression. "There was no warning, no chance... I couldn't save him."
((I've actually died when I still had uses left in my archangel pin, so you do need time, even if the activation is automatic))

"..I-I don't want to get your hopes up.. but.." Sakura was choosing his words carefully, and talked slowly. He looked down and began to push the napkins around with his finger, he would often do things like this when he was concentrating.
"I mean, if you win you're supposed to come back to life right? Well, what would happen..if a noise won? I mean.. I already partnered with a noise so I assume it's possible for a noise to win.., maybe there's a way to get this guy back in the game if someone could find his pin?"

The two projects started to jump from building to building again when this time 893 spotted the two they wanted to talk to the last day. But this time the player was a reaper... 893 and 894 jumped up ontop on the 104 building where the two were.

894's shield's eye's started to glow and a large barrier surrounded all of the 104 building. Now none of them could escape...

"I thought that only applied to tearaways and I doubt it affects Noise-Reapers." Urami then smiled and then flew towards the edge of the barrier. She then relaxed, leaning against a building just inside the barrier. "If you'll only remove the barrier if I answer you question, then the barrier's gonna stay up until a Reaper strong enough to break it comes along."

Mei and Jason were sitting in front of the 104 building, not doing much out of boredom.
"Hey.. what did that guy yesterday mean by 'find his pin'?" Mei asked.
Jason put his finger to his mouth as he looked up thoughtfully, but came up with nothing. "I'm not too sure myself. However, I do remember hearing about how this one player who lost the game got her soul turned into a pin and was allowed to return back to life since her partner made it through."
Mei shook her head. "It's a bit late to look for his soul, isn't it? If I was going to disappear in seven minutes without you then he's probably gone too."
"True but..." Jason wanted to say something, but he wasn't sure of what. Why do you think it's always your fault?
"If he comes back, I'll probably end up killing him a third time." she murmured when she thought he wasn't listening.
"Knowing you, pro- wait, what?!" Jason started his answer by habit, but did a double take when he realized what she had just said. "Don't you mean second?"
"No." Mei answered promptly.
"Oh, you mean you used the Archangel right?" Jason, from the bottom of his heart, tried to come up with any explanation other than the one the suspected.
"No." Another prompt answer. Jason's fears escalated.
"Then how-?" Jason began, but was cut off once again.
"Do... you wanna hear how I died?" Mei asked, blankly staring out into the crowd.
Jason looked at her sympathetically. "Sure, if-"
Just then an ear-piercing screech rang through the area. Jason inwardly scowled having been cut off for the nth time.
"What the hell was that?!" Mei asked, now back to her normal self.
"Let's just get out of here- ow!" Jason headed toward Dogenzaka, but there was a wall in their way.
"A wall? but there's not even a reaper to tell us we can't go this way!" Mei flipped open her phone, checking for a mission, but it still hadn't arrived.
Jason started looking through his pockets then pulled out a few pins Mei had never seen before adn showed them to her. "Maybe one of these'll work?"
Skeptical of anything Jason ever suggested, she asked: "What are those?"
"Well, just because we can make them doesn't mean we have to get stuck too. They're key pins." He started fiddling with them one by one.
"I guess being a reaper has its benefits, huh?" Mei replied smugly.

"...And..and that's how it all happend.." Sakura said, sort of saddened at having to remember such things. The man at the cafe noticed he was a player and ended up talking to him, Sakura had shown a decent knowledge of the game, so the man asked him how he knew so much and how he died.
"Wow, I'm sorry kid..." the Man said. "What was your entry fee by chance?"
"I don't know." Sakura said. "I was just in shock that all this was real, I forgot to ask, and they never told me."
"Any idea why they put me in late?" Sakura asked.
"Well, things like that shouldn't be happening, there's got to be some reason for something like that. If there isn't, the Composer's not gonna be very happy when he get's wind of it."
"Who are you anyway?" Sakura asked.
"Heh, just a spectator really, can't say much more."
"What?" Sakura asked.
"Sort of..yes." the man said
Sakura left, somewhat offended "A spectator!?" he thought, "So he just watches people who's lives are at risk for kicks!? What a dick!".

With a loud snap of her armored fingers the wall vanished and so did the two projects. They had vanished and appeared all the way at Pork City.
"So brother. We may not make it to day 7..."
"Yeah...And we were getting more memories...Wait? Were did that Noise thing go to...Oh no...."
The "Noise thing" had been running for a long time now and had already reached the states...It was running to L.A were it's master was...And tell him of two more people to capture and two to kill...
