Max sat there pensively as Mim told him what she expected. 'Okay. That's fine and dandy. But that still doesn't address the issue of why there is so much time to get to the 104. Is it a trap or is he actually planning something worse for us all. Whatever it is, we'll need to take it out together. Mr Hanekoma did say that I need to trust my partner and all those involved in the Game. But Inficio....he's...'

Looking up, he saw that Mimi was looking at him weirdly. "Oh, sorry about that. I seemed to let my mind wander. Anyway, you're right. We should get going to the 104 before we run out of time." With that, both of us set off towards the 104. Max looked Mimi who was running a little ways behind him. 'It's ironic. A girl in the previous Game and again a girl in this Game. Why?' But he batted away that thought as they both reached the Scramble crossing.

Looking beyond the crowds of living people, he ignored it before he felt something was wrong. Looking behind, he saw Mimi looking a bit sad and blue. 'Maybe I should cheer her up or something?' "Hey, is everything alright in there? It's okay. As long as you trust me, you'll be fine as I'll watch your back as well. Is this your first time playing this Game?"

((Yeah you should probs look some of the gameplay up, anyways to defeat noise they have to be defeated at the same time in two different zones. So when you battle you and partner each dissapear to different zones and come back when you erase all the noise. Also next you should probably point out the fact that we have a mission. Players get a message on their phones from the game master at the beginning of each day telling them what the mission is for that day and the time limit. The time limit appears as a timer on the players hand))

She stopped mid-rant, realisation dawning on her face.

"Argh! The wall's down! We can get to 10-4! Screw Hachiko, let's go!" Grabbing Brett by the wrist, she darted off into the crowd, heading for 10-4. Sure enough, the barrier had disappeared, but Mari hadn't noticed the pactless girl as she rushed past...

It's a habit of mine. I'll try to get some character development in.))

Notcing Mari's finger outstrctched at him, Brett jumped backwards in surprise. "All I did was ask if you did anything to the wall! And stop pointing at me, please." Brett glared intensely at her. He looked down, imagining sunglasses sliding off his face, and muttered, "Don't diss the crown. ...Please."

Brett noticing Mari had seemed to figure something out. 'Yeah, now you get it.' he thought, waiting for her response. It came soon enough. But before Brett could hit her with a snide remark, she grabbed his wrist and sped off back from whence they came. "I'm going to have to buy bracelets soon." he muttered, trying his best to keep up with her after the long run over. "Preferably spikey ones."

Thirty minutes left. "Oh, hurry up." muttered Vita, getting bored of standing around. He took the refuge of considering the next Day, as the next mission was developing in his brain. "Perhaps... no, makes no sense... that's a better idea, isn't it? Yeah, that works... Maybe a bit too ambitious? Nah, it's my Game." Vita could be considered insane, talking to himself like this, but it was certainly a better idea then not having anyone to talk to at all.

"...What is this?" Terminus felt he was standing on thin air, in a world of darkness. There was a figure ahead of her, chanting in some unknown cant, strange symbols coming from him and towards Terminus. He could not take his eyes from this stranger and soon felt as if he was on firm ground once again. He blinked and the world vanished, replaced by the Scramble. "Um, I need to find a partner, right?" He looked at his phone - the mission was on there. He walked towards Ten-Four, but was stopped by the wall. "Oh. Uh, is there anyone else here?"

Kendall was sitting next to the boy, seeming oddly calm. "Well....I went to this random place...And there were those frog things! And then....I just....I don't know! I found this..." She pulled out a pin. "...in my pocket. And...it gave me powers!" She shrugged. "It was cool!" Kendall frowned, looking at her hand. "Hmm....There's, like, a timer here? It says 100 minutes." Suddenly, there was a burt of music from Kendall's jacket pocket. "Ooh! A text!" She pulle dout a slim phone, then frowned. "This...isn't my phone...." She shrugged. "Reach 104 and meet the Imperator. You have 120 minutes." She looked at her new partner. "Well....What do you suggest we do? I'm hella confused...."

"Yeah that's pretty much what happened to me, except this whole blind thing made it harder."
Hikaru seemed to think for a minute, his brow furrowed in concentration.
"So we must both go to different places when we fight these things... it was weird though, I could still sort of sense you, like we're sharing our energy or something"

He jumped as he was interrupted by Kendalls phone.

"Yeah my phone went of earlier too, and I felt a sharp pain in my hand when it did. I must have the same thing"
He reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone.
"We should probably do what it says, but can you quickly check if I have the same message please?"

((I was thinking since Kendall's Hikaru's partner that he could see through her eyes when they're touching eachother. Would that be ok with you shojogirl?))

She held out her hand, but then remembered that the boy wouldn't be able to see it. So she quickly retracted it, blushing slightly. She gently lifted the phone from his hands. Flipping it open, she checked the texts. "Yup. Same thing. Here ya go." She handed him back the phone, and in doing so, she brushed her hand against his.

Mimi shook her head. "It's not you... it's me. I'll get over it... probably." As soon as this week is over that is. Mimi was tempted to say that last part out loud, but opted against it by changing the subject: "But yeah... this is my first time... are you saying people can play it more than once?" Mimi looked up at her older (and taller) partner with a look of worry. The thought of having to go through another week -- she doubted she was strong enough to handle that.

As they reached 104, Mari sighed. Safe. She glanced at her hand, and, with mild surprise, found the timer was gone.

She turned to face Brett, her expression a mix of apology and relief. "Sorry for snapping at you earlier," she said, "I... I had to complete the mission... I need that second chance... Eh." she shrugged, and said. "I don't know much about you, Brett, but I figure I should, since we're partners..."

"So... tell me about yourself."

Max looked at her as she changed the subject very quickly. "Well, that depends really. If you do make it to the end, you might get the chance to either get out or continue the game. But you might not get that chance either." He didn't want to sugar-coat what he had experienced but it was the truth and that was that. He was about to continue when he felt something on his wrist. Bringing up his wrist, he noticed that the timer had disappeared.

'Okay. That must mean that someone had achieved the goal for today then.' Looking up, he saw his partner almost on the edge of freaking out. 'Must be from what I said before. I really can't deny it anyway as it's the truth.' Walking up to her, he gave her a hug. It was all he can do at the moment but it seemed odd enough to give a girl a hug.

Finally, to Brett's relief, they'd reached 104. 'Yes! We were first!' he thought, just containing his excitement. Then Mari hit him with a sad, yet relieved expression. '...Uh-oh?' He thought, waiting for her to begin the conversation. "The second chance. I understand. Don't we all?" he tried his best to sound re-assuring, but in past experiences, such things failed often. Still, he tried.

"Myself, huh?" Brett asked, slowly frowning. He really, truly despised talking about himself, he never had much to say. Regardless, he opened his mouth and started making sounds. "Erm... I'm confused. Often. Et vous?"

"The mission is now over, then... looks like I can give them five minutes." He took out his own phone, opening his drafts folder and sending a video to everyone in his contact list - also known as all the Players and no more.

"Beep." Terminus checked his phone. There was a new message, one with a rather creepy video on it. A picture of Vita flickered onto the screen.

Welcome to my Game, Players. I trust that you are all ready to participate in this, despite any... unfortunate circumstances that may occur due to this arrangement. Whether blind or an amnesiac, I demand you to play to your best. If you do not, I will make sure that you collapse like a deck of cards. Today ends in five minutes. Anyone without a partner at the end of these five minutes will be erased instantly. I look forward to tomorrow and beyond, you flawed specimens. Goodbye~

"Ack? What ack?" Brett asked, soon feeling his phone vibrating in his own pocket. He hated the stupid vibrating death machine, but he hated the ringtones even more, so he kept it that way. Luckily, he noticed his partner was more on top of him anyways, so he discreetly slipped his hand in his pocket and turned the phone off. Then he inched over to Mari to see what she got.

"Creepy video..." he muttered, confused. "But I suppose that's the imperator we heard about earlier." He was wholeheartedly relieved, but slightly disappointed. 'What, no giant fre breathing lion?' he thought, grinning to himself.

"Hmm... 5 minutes huh? What do you want to do until then?" he asked, directing his attention back to his partner. "And I won't make you talk about yourself."

(Oh yeah, Allan. I noticed that Terminus' profile wasn't changed under Players. You probably know and are going to change it but I guess I just wanted to be a memo. Heh.)

Hikari watched as two players passed through the gate.

".......T-They must have a pact..." Her eyes shifted left and then right. "Ugh...." She wanted to find someone to make a pact with...anyone.

Not long after Brett and Mari passed through the wall to 10-4, she heard her cellphone ring again. Quickly she fumbled for the phone and grabbed it out of her pocket, looking wide eyed at the video. "So, I guess he's running the show." She didn't seem indimidated by his 'creepy' video. She however was thrust into urgency at one sentence he said.

"Pact!" She snapped her phone closed and stood up as quickly as she could. "I need a pact or...or.." she wouldn't finish the sentence. Somehow when things weren't said it was as though it wouldn't happen because the confirmation didn't register through her brain.

In her paniced state Hikari heard a voice, it wasn't urgent like her own, but the boy the sentence was coming from...was asking if anyone else was there. Right! It must mean he was in the game too. She quickly ran over to Terminus.

"Make a pact with me, fast! We've only got a few minutes!" She reached out her hand and mentally prepared herself for a pact. However she didn't realize she was immune to human touch...so he technically wouldn't be able to grab her hand like how the others made pacts.....It would have to be a mental pact.

"You've got to, or neither or us will survive this...."

"What the hell?" Kendall gasped. She grasped Hikaru's hand. "I can...feel you. Inside of me." She blushed, realizing how wrong that sounded. "Oh! N-not like that!" She chuckled nervously. "Wow. Mybe it's because of our pact? You can use my eyes....Hm." She twisted a strand of hair around her finger. Tugging at it, she soon had it in her hand. "Here....Try holding this. Maybe touching a part of me will help you see?"Her voice was eager, she felt sorry for Hikaru.

"Uh, sure." Terminus nodded, mentally and physically agreeing to the pact. He allowed the light to wash over him, while the Noise tattoo on his neck glowed for a moment, allowing a slight contamination of the pact to take place. It had no physical or mental difference to the two, it didn't even effect the lights.

"So it seems that my little project has taken root within the pacts. Teehee." The physical form of Vita vanished as the Day began to end.

((Shojogirl/Nexas-kun. If either of you are on now, please tell me - would you allow me to end the Day now? I need to prepare something, so... Reply ASAP anyway.))

((One of the things that annoyed me to no end in the original TWEWY RP was that when the mission was finished, the day ended immediately, despite any character conversations. I am offering you and Nexas-kun the opportunity to finish this conversation before I close the Day. It's a simple yes/no answer and I will accept either answer.

There was a bright light that surrounded the two and Hikari's stomach felt slightly more rested as the light faded and she faced her 'pact partner'. There was relived sigh from the girl as she slipped her headphones off of her ears so they were resting on her neck again.

"We were the last two left. I thought I was a goner for sure..." She shook her head and then looked back up at the boy. He was slightly younger then her, that was okay though, Hikari certainly didn't mind after all. This boy had to do with her 'second chance'.

"So...what's you're name?" She questioned. "I mean, I figure we might as well get introdouced, since we're in a pact."

She tilted her head to the side slightly. "My name is Hikari..Hikari Nomura." She looked down at her shirt which bore the symbol 'light' or in Japanese, 'Hikari' which was her name and then looked back to the boy.

Since the timer was gone and the video message had said making a pact was the only requirement to continue....she didn't have to worry about them getting to 10-4 now.

((Eeek, Im really really sorry! Haven't been able to get online till now :s Im soo sorry i've made everyone wait))

Hikaru blushed deeply at Kendall's comment.
"I-its ok, i know what you mean" he half stuttered, but he soon regained his composure. "Yeah this 'pact' thing must have connected us in many ways"
He watched interested as she pulled out a strand of hair. "Good idea!" he said smiling. He wrapped the hair around his little finger and let go of Kendall's hand.
"It worked!" he said happily. He then took a step forward.
"Oh... this could be a problem... because I'm seeing through your eyes if I move my point of view doesn't change and visa versa. It would be very disorientating... especially when we're fighting in different zones. If you don't mind it'd probably be better we hold hands when we're together" he said blushing again at the last statement.
He pondered for a moment, seeing through Kendall's eyes when he noticed that the timers on both their hands had gone. Also both of their phones went off.

((Again really sorry. You can end the day now kendall and hikaru can finish this the next day))

"I dunno." said Mari, smiling coyly. It seemed kind of... Awkward, now that there was no goal. Instinctively, her fingers reached up to the back of her neck where her star-shaped birthmark was. Humming happily, she turned to Brett. "Wanna see something cool?" she said, lifting her hair up to show him.

But of course, Mari didn't know that the birthmark was her entry fee. That it had disappeared.

Boy, was that going to be embarrassing.

After royally creeping himself out, he sheepishly responded, "Yeah. Sure," and inched closer. He was a curious person, and despite being a little pessimistic about things, he really did want to know about a lot of things.

((We could abruptly cut it right there and have the conversation pstponed until the next day, or we could quickly run through the conversation TPK and I were having and cut it there.

Max looked around as he came to. 'We're back at the Scramble.' Looking round, he saw a lot of Players also gathering as well. 'Wonder why I'm always the fastest to come round? Is it because I've done this so many times now that I've become used to it?' He sighed as he looked at the street, ignoring all the real people rushing past him. 'How many times do I have to do this in order to end this?' His phone immediately beeped at him, indicating a message.

Opening it up, he saw the following message:

'But why a pin of all things?' Puzzled for a second, Max realised and reached into his pockets. The previous game's pins were still there so he began to search for it. With that, he managed to find it. The bright red pin with the Reapers logo on it gleamed back menacingly at him as he looked at it. 'I wonder...is it the same as that time ago?' Clenching the pin in his fist, he looked to the sky. 'Well, there's no point thinking about it now. I have to wait till Mimi and the others awake first.' With that, he sat down on the footpath and waited.

((@Bruce; Sorry for leaving out the information, but only the named Player's name showed up. So it wouldn't be a list, Max would only have Max in the list, not everyone else.))

"I need the same thing I need every Week. You to prevent the Players from finishing the mission. Of course, you cannot remove the pins from the hidden places, but you can still erase them. Do whatever you like, I'm not going to be to involved with this Day... well, not as much as I'd like. I have to re-make some of the pins. Some are out-dated and am replacing..." CRRRACK. KCARRRC. "Sorry, was finishing the last pin. I'm done now. Feel free to do anything you wish and so on. Have fun~ If you need me, you have my number and I'll be at the Underpass anyway." Vita closed the phone.

Hikaru sat up, rubbing his eyes.
"Wh-what the hell?"
He was confused, why was he just waking up. He'd been talking to Kendall only a few moments ago.
"Kendall? Are you here?"
Suddenly his phone went off. He was going to ignore it until Kendall answered so she could read it for him, but he remembered that his phone had text to voice function. "Im so glad I got this phone model" he said quietly to himself getting his phone out of his pocket.
He messed around with his phone a minute trying to remember how to access this function. It was sorta hard without sight.

A mechanical monotonous voice read to him.

He felt a sharp pain on his hand as the timer materialized. He pondered over the message a minute.
What the heck was an 'Imperator Pin?'. Hmm... he guessed he'd just have to defeat some noise in the scramble to get it.

((@ Allan's Aokage. is is it ok if you tell us ooc what the pin looks like so we don't all describe it differently when we get it?))
