Emma looked at the woman in front of her. She vaguely recognized her face, but she couldn't tell where from, 'Hey...Have you ever been on TV or something..?' Emma suddenly remembered what she was being accused of,
'Wait- your sausages? Someone stole your...sausages?' She couldn't help but giggle.

Hey, did she just say she murdered someone? Oh, never mind...
She started to climb the stairs again, and her mind started to wander
Why wouldn't Miss Skye make a meeting with me? I know she's busy and all, but so am I, and I don't appreciate having to wait all day just in case she has a break between meetings. Then again, it does mean another day where I don't have to do endless paperwork, so I suppose it's alright. She could have warned me I'd have to wait so long though...
By the time she'd reached the 4th floor, she had almost forgotten where she was, and all she was thinking about was the last year, and the adventures she'd had. Until she remembered something she'd desperately wanted to forget for as long as she could remember. She swore, stopped where she was and shouted as loud as she could,
'I've lost the game!'
With a hint of a smile, she continued up the stairs. If anyone didn't know Proecutor Roose was back, they would now.

Stark glanced at the offices with a slight smirk, and looked at his watch - good, he was early enough to clock in without getting too much attention.
Grabbing his briefcase from the passenger seat, he then slips on the shades held in the hankerchief pocket of his Jacket, takes a moment to lock the car, then takes a deep breath as he walks towards the entrance of the prosecution offices with a brisk pace.
Sebastian Stark, Ex Defence Attorney turned Prosecutor, was about to make his first day a most productive one, no doubt...

The prodigy moved through a few hallways, gaze of ice blue focused on nothing except the elevators, which lay infront of her. A leather clad digit moved to press againts the 'up' arrow, and her arms crossed as she waited.

James opened the door with a sudden thud, heading to the elevator, when he was caught right near Franziska.
"ACK!" he yelled. He regained his composure, then ordered "Get over to my office now! I've got something to discuss with you."
He moved off to his office.

She did, however, recognize the man directing her to his office. James Kante, Imperial Prosecutor, only under Edgeworth and Miss Skye in terms of power, and who Emma had once aspired to be before she realised that power would only bring trouble and responsibilties that she did not want.
Hmm, would he know when Miss Skye is free? Would he even recognize me after a year away? Doubt it.
Oh well, no harm in trying. I can't do with waiting for another 4 hours...

Sebastian chuckled to himself a little as he stood by another elevator near to the scene but remaining discrete about it, just pressing the call button - keeping his focus slightly on the occurences for a moment in an attempt to glean further information..

(So I'm randomly coming in here and out of fear didn't read the first page. Woot.)
Kit Merow guided her black Sportster into a parking spot in the garage and dismounted. She removed her helmet and goggles and hung them on the handlebars, not worrying about anyone stealing them primarily because anyone with balls enough to steal something that close to worthless in a place with Lord-knows-how-many Prosecutors working not twenty feet above them deserved to keep a cheap helmet and a ratty old pair of goggles. The keys to the bike, though, she placed safely in her pocket.
Without paying attention to anything around her, thanks to the headphone stuck in her ears, she detached the saddlebag-slash-briefcase from her bike and jogged up the stairs to her office.
Well, it couldn't really be counted as an 'office.' It was a converted supply closet, luckily on the outer wall so they could install a window, with a small window in the door that Kit had put in herself. Certainly not the best accommodations, but considering the minimal amount of time she actually spent there, it was okay. Besides, she had a boom box and hundreds of pirated CDs to listen to.
Standing in front of her door, bag in hand, she realized that she had forgotten her key at home again and swore. Time to find a janitor...

He closed the door,and the car drove off,until it couldn't be seen. The boy-named-Lureface walked into the lobby,to see something odd. A young woman wearing a beret had a bloody nose,and was rushing out the door. Lureface pulled out a thick handbook from his pocket. The man skimmed through the pages,looking at the rushing woman,identifying her.
He stopped at one page,and read aloud. "Ini Miney,a.k.a.,Mimi Miney. Found guilty of murdering of the victim,Dr. Grey. Case taken place on June 19-22,2017.",Lureface closed his book,and continued on walking.

Dee noticed a coffee table. She took some coffee and started to drink it.
"This reminds me of........Manuel...and Jack Hammer.....oh my."
The cup fell to the floor, breaking in two. coffee was everywhere. Tears swelled in Dee's eyes, so she took out a cigarette and started to smoke to calm her nerves.

Still, having the smarts to obey the rules, Jenny parked her sleek, mica-green sports car outside of the Prosecutor's Office in B Block, taking the familiar trek around the chain-link fence in order to make it into A Block. Just before she was about to disappear behind a wall, however, she heard a loud >THWACK!< from outside and decided to check it out.
Outside, a leather whip lay lifeless on the ground.
"E-eh...?!" the young woman was rather...disconcerted by this. Looking up the building, she couldn't see who dropped it. However, she did pick it up. Perhaps it belonged to someone in the building?
"Well, no harm in holding onto it," she thought to herself. "If I find its owner though, the sooner I'll be rid of it. I must look awfully strange just...walking around with this...thing in my hand."
Gripping the whip tightly in her right hand, Jenny made for the elevator that would take her to the highest floor that the machine could go.

Despite how angry she was, Emma couldn't help giggling when she remembered that day. She had always been one to sieze the moment, and when the opportunity arose two years ago, after a bet from a slightly eccentric friend, she couldn't say no, though she couldn't see why people still talked about it today. It wasn't an important trial, she got the guilty veridct the man deserved, and surely Mr Edgeworth's cravat was far sillier. But, although she gave a tired smile every time someone mentioned it, Emma was still secretly proud of the penalty on her records reading 'Inappropriate Attire For Court (Cow Costume)'.
I hope Mr Kante finishes his meeting soon... This floor is really uncomfortable...
Emma checked her watch, sighed and returned to watching the corridor that lead to Mr Kante's, and eventually Miss Skye's, office.

Huh? What's going on? I thought there was a meeting in there...
After hearing a vase smash and a door slam shut, she got up and went over to investigate. She tried the door to the office but it wouldn't budge. Obviously when the door had slammed shut, the lock had reactivated. Still concerned over what was going on, she knocked on the door and called out,
'Ummm... Hello? Is everything all right in there...?'
