These kinds of things have always been a reason for inactivity the other time I hosted it.

(OOC: I'm so sorry I haven't been active. ;_; Been incredibly busy this past week.)

Alex was used to running, and never really tired from it. However, the combination of running and being attacked by frogs was a little bit more challenging.

"Damn...thing! Get lost!" She yelled. They seemed unable to listen however, or perhaps they just didn't want to leave her alone. Maybe a bit of both.

She turned round a street corner and found herself on Calf Street. Various people were walking up and down.

"Hey! C'mon! I'm being chased by friggin' frogs here! Giant ones! Gimmie a hand, you laz-"

And she paused. None of them were taking the slightest attention of her. They were on their merry way, laughing, chatting or just walking unconcerned. Alex gritted her teeth in annoyance.

"How...stupid can you get?!" She yelled. She was suddenly rammed onto the pavement again, and shouted "SOMEONE GIVE ME A HAND!"

Andrew sighed as he saw the girl with with the frogs running away "Thats that then unless I get after her quickly, come on hoody how do I get through the wall?" he asked the hood.

"Easy. Form a bond with another lonely player. That way both of you will be saved.

After that, you can take my test."

Andrew sighed "Well I better move to Calf Street if thats where she's heading" he said looking around for any other potential players, instead discovering the Rhino-like creature and the wolf running down the street at him "It would be easier if there was more unpartnered ones about but how do we form a bond?" he asked the reaper estimating about 4 seconds to make a run for it.

And at that moment, the girl moved in and formed a bond. A sudden flash and both of them were saved from their doom.

Alex belted down the street, panting slightly. She wasn't used to running this much, and it was beginning to take a strain on her. Before she knew it, she had collided with another guy.

"Ow!" She landed for what was the umpteenth time on the floor, and she had just about enough. She stood up, glaring daggers at the guy she had ran into.

"Why the heck are you just standing there like that?! You should be more careful, you idiot! Are your ears clogged with ear wax or some-"

Suddenly, she noticed that the frogs had stopped a few feet away from her and the guy; but there were also wolves. A whole ton of these creatures had surrounded them.

"Shit..." She breathed. They were all staring at the two of them, poised to strike.

...Wait...the two of them?

"Finally, someone else who can see these things! Help me out now! Go get 'em!" While he did that, she was going to belt it to safety. She didn't care what happened to him.

Andrew gasped as the girl bumped into him "You?!" he said surprised breaking into a smile "Right um..fight these things yeah..." he said turning and throwing his hand out expectantly. "Huh?" he stammered surprised at the lack of lightningy death that he expected to be shooting out of his hands by now. "If you've got any tricks up your sleeve now would be a good time" he said nervously as the wolf creature sneered at him viciously "Ok...lets...think about this..." he pondered to himself "I can't do lightning...but....ow" he frowned jabbing his thumb on the badges from earlier Didn't I fix that sharp pin? he said surprised to see it glowing slightly feeling a sense of power shoot up his arm as he touched it "Hey...ummm girl? If you have any pins I think they might do something...maybe" he said grinning as he got an idea of what to do.

Some of the wolves tilted their head in confusion at the boy shouting "Haaah!" and "YAAAH!" while waving a small circular badge at them like some kind of magic talisman.

Andrew gulped seeing the pin do nothing but he clipped it to his fleece all the same before taking the other pins in hand "Ok...ok...I'm outta ideas" he groaned ducking and covering his head as a wolf leapt for him expecting a swift dissolving as happened to the other girl from earlier. Wait a minute? Whats this....heat? he pondered waiting for the fangs to close around his neck. "Hmm it's been a while..." he said standing up and opening his eyes spying the sphere of fire that surrounded him spying a singed and angry wolf on the other side of the barrier. "This is FREAKING AWESOME!" he cheered running towards the wolf only to see the barrier around him disappear as the wolves prepared to jump. Holy shitake mushrooms he thought as he skidded to a hault throwing his hands out to block the wolf advancing further surprised as a fireball launched itself from his hand exploding in contact with the singed wolf causing it to disappear in a burst of static.

Stepping back while the other wolves approached warily now he took the opportunity to clip the pins to his fleece "Ok I think I'm...getting this...how about you" he asked the girl as he accidentally shot a fireball at his foot singing his shoelaces and leg causing him to hop in pain.
