I can't...I-I just can't, James was thinking...should he go to the Prosecutors, testify against Mr. Blu and risk his life, or just let the demon father of an angelic daughter get away, he couldn't make up his mind. W-Why, Violet... "Umm, excuse me!" James looked behind him, It was a man in a suit...with a prosecutor's badge, James didn't notice until the man and him met face-to-face. N-No! I haven't made up my mi- "Hello, as you can see I am a prosecutor..." the man said. "Y-Yes, I can see that...May I ask what do you want?" James shivering, out near the park dark out, he was scared about what the prosecutor was going to say. "Oh, I am the Head of a Prosecution Office, one of the witness's said that you were at the scene of the crime..." James was chattering his teeth and answered, "And, w-who might be this witness and what c-crime?" "Oh, this witness is a butler, A Mr. Humphrey Serv..." James' eyes remembered the butler, N-No! Not Humphrey!!! "U-Umm, I think you're mistakened sir!" The prosecutor smiled evily, "Hehe, are you the friend of the Defense? Because you are going to testify whether you like it or not..." Then the Prosecutor pulled out a picture, it was a picture of Violetta and James at the Park, V-Violetta, that was the last time we spent time together... James looked at the picture, traumatized, then a tear rolled down his face. "Hehe, you now come with me...You are going into questioning and you're going to testify against Mr. Blu," James was taken by two big guards and he was put into a limo.
((I'm not currently being the Prosecutor, it just continues James' storyline! And this is in the present now...sorry for any confusion with the flashback

Phoenix Wright Jr. entred the room. He looked at the men and held his dad's hand.
'D-dad?? What's going on?' He asked, scared.
'Nothing, Phoenix. Just go to bed.' He demanded.
Phoenix, with tears, moved to his bed and said 'You never tell me anything... I wanna be like you dad.'
He took out his lucky charm, the magatama that was given to him by his mother and said: 'Ever since mom died....'
He left the room.

While he was lost in his thoughts, Two men entered the room. The door slammed and woke Humphrey out of his thoughts. He wasn't sure who the first man was, but he recognised the second. "Sir James, it is good to see you."
The first man gave him an odd look, before asking "Excuse me, I'm the Head prosecutor in the area, Who are you?"
"Ah, I am Humphrey Serv, Butler to the Blu Family, I was summoned as a witness." The Prosecutor looked him over, then spoke to the receptionist before leaving to his room. ".....Ah, well, Sir James, I think things may turn out okay," He then smiled a sincere yet sad smile, "After all it was only a tragic accident."

He walked to the Blu residence to look at the crime scene. He looked at the butler and asked him for his name.

Set arrived in the house, creeping silently. His hair was an Illusion - or an eye-trick. Normally, it was long and silver. Now, however, it seemes short and black. Thanks to the illusion, it would seem normal. However, he couldn't hide his 8 foot height. He heard conversation. And opened the door, to meet four men. "Hello, is this a gay tea party?"

Thomas was worried now. He sat at his desk, the lone lamp flickering. He was granted to stay at his home, but only until the trial really started. An advantage of being an excellent detective with high power. Phoenix Wright was on his mind. That man, was he really crazy enough to find him guilty, and let him expose his secret. He didn't have enough power over him. Not enough power... And then it hit him. Phoenix Wright had a son. A son, that if taken, could pull the cords on Phoenix's bond, even tighter. Thomas took out his phone and called in a favor from one of his old colleagues.
"Yes, that's where, remember, you owe me big time..."
"Yes, sir. I know I do... but are you sure?"
"Yes, do it now... and make sure not to let him out of your sight..."
Beep
A dark man, with a long trench coat that seemed to just scrape the ground as he walked, snuck alongside the Wright's household. He had made sure no one but the boy was in the house, he was a professional, after all. He looked at the house, and gave a nod to a window that seemed to be unlocked. He quietly opened it, making no sound, and made his way to the young boy's room. He pushed the door open, and it made a small creaking noise.

"Hawke, with me." he said, walking into it. He followed the same way as Thomas' man, and was equally quiet. He approached the open door to Junior's room. They stopped there, guns in hand.

The man knew he had to act quick. He stomped down the closet, and pulled Phoenix forward. He put his hand over Phoenix's mouth, and twisted his wrists with a rope, which tied into a knot. He slipped a card on the table and turned to the left. There was a large window in Phoenix's room, and while dragging Phoenix along with him, he managed to pull it open and escape with the boy, into the darkness. The bad thing was that something had slipped out of his pocket. A vital clue that if anyone found, could help lead them to who this man was. It had slipped out, just as he was climbing out of the window. The small object sat there, unnoticed and untouched.
"Got 'im," the man said into his phone, in a place undisclosed, "Sitting right over in the corner, quiet as ever..."
"Make sure he's not dead, we need him..."
"I know, I know, sir, he's fine. I do kidnappings, not murders... ever..."
"Well if this trial goes wrong, it might be a first..."
The man said nothing, and then Thomas spoke again, "Call me on the private cell later on, so it can't be traced, got it?"
"Yes, sir..." and with that, the man hung up the phone.
((Hope that's ok, and no god modding... we just need a blackmail, like badly...))

Thomas picked up the phone and dialed in Mr.Wright's phone number, and let it ring. He waited patiently for Mr.Wright to pick up the phone, he wanted to catch him before he had a chance to call the police.
