'There it is-- the target!

"So, you are the one infiltrating the Ouroboros!" Argoyle said, dashing at a brisk pace. "You think you can just waltz on in here and get out alive!? This is a holy place, and we are the guardians of these grounds! I am Argoyle! And he is my other half, Ugoyle!"

Ugoyle responded with a curt nod of the head and a grunt.

"In the name of the king, we shall defeat you here! Prepare yourself, rodent, for our names will be the last thing you shall remember!"

Almost immediately as the finished speaking, the walls started to shift, curving into a round tunnel that met with the ground, until floor, walls and ceiling were just a large tube.

Kicking into high gear, the duo shot forward and sped up the walls in opposite directions, both headed for Sonic from either side of him.

Zero, Harpuia and Fefnir knew it was time to go when things started moving around. "Well, party's over!" said Fefnir as they dashed along as fast as they could.

"We have to find Weil. No doubt he's the mastermind behind most of this..." said Zero.

"Are you sure we shouldn't have just destroyed all of the Copy's body?" inquired Harpuia. "If Weil finds him, he can simply rebuild him again..."

As the corridors shifted, a section of space began to collect together, and become a solid mass. Energy began to flow to that sector, and then the entire area compacted. Emerging from the wall, a clone of Copy X, in battle form, was "born" in the same manner as the random drones that had patrolled the halls earlier.

((Crazy can make clones of those he can attain DNA from! XD
You can use the Copy X clone, he is your character still, after all. Also whatever happens to the original copy is up to you, but if he can stay concious and attain power from the biometal again, he can resurrect himself. Your call.))

((Watch out, Weil's about to have some company. I decided to make StH's Shadow and Mephiles disappear, and bring the Mephiles in from the Superhero RP... and bring my character in as well.))

"So you're behind all this, hm?" said a voice behind Dr. Weil. "Are you having fun watching over everything?" The 18-year old stepped up, a quizzical look on his face. "Why don't you actually fight for a change? Instead of making everyone else do your dirty work for you?" He had a T-Shirt and blue jeans on, and looked unequipped for any battle. A plain old human.

The screens lining the room lit up, each one screening data across them, except in the single corner of the room that was still rejuvenating and was devoid of the components-- a gaping hole in the whole station's armor, to be sealed momentarily.

"Hmph? A mere child." Model W spoke, the altered body of Albert standing up from the throne it had been leisurely sitting upon. "You have strayed from the rest of the humans. I am curious as to how you got into this citadel... but I shall find the answers myself, later. You will regret your choice; you should have left with the rest of the humans. They were smart enough to flee like the vermin they were."

One by one, each screen across the round room changed it's picture to an image of a large, wide, staring eye, each focusing right on the child with their bloodshot gaze.

"In the end, you amount to barely little concern." As he spoke, his body floated into the air, the throne breaking apart into ten separate Model W biometals, orbiting his body in a ring. The orange visor masked his face, but his voice was starting to sound strained, very controlled and deliberate. [color=orange]"... Mankind... the very sight of you... it takes all of my composure to resist erasing you here.... Hehehe... Mwekekekekeke... Do you have the will? Can YOU face a god?"

The boy smirked. "I'm already handling one, what difference will dealing with another make?" He then rose his hands into the air, and orange armor encased his body. His face was visible, and a green saber was sheathed on his back. "You're all the same, anyway. Let's see what you got, then!" He invited Weil to make the first move, eyeing all of the clones around him. "Like they say, never judge a book by its cover!"

The boy crossed his arms, and took the bolt full-force. It shoved him back a bit, until he cast out his right arm and it shot at one of the monitors. "Nice shot. That took me by surprise. Just a little." He seemed to be looking around, however, as if he expected someone else to appear soon. "Try this." He aimed his right arm, which turned into a buster, right at Weil, and charged... releasing a large blast. The blast split into several blasts, which went to hit all around the barrier.

The barrier took the blast, a few of the bits taking a hit and starting to spark, but the barrier stood strong. Within the protective shield, Model W's body remained untouched.

"Fufufu... did you think that was the end of the attack?" He said with a cynical glee. With an electrical peal, another bolt shot from the ruined monitor right for the boy.

"Not really, but thanks for notifying me!" He quickly leaped into the air and with impressive speed slammed his foot right into the bolt, sending it at Weil. "Volley!"

Little did he realize that someone was watching. Someone hidden from view, where even Weil wasn't aware. He watched, and a smirk formed across his face. 'Yes, fight him... whether you win or lose, you'll eventually weaken, and I'll finally have you... and I'll find that angel as well...'

The bolt stopped right in front of Model W's body and burst into a sphere of energy. It glimmered in place for a moment, like a serene entity relaxing in the air. And then it shot forth another bolt before disappearing in a high peal. This attack had a deliberate ferocity to it unlike the first two attempts, as it shot around the boy three times, deliberately stopping to explode in a burst just next to him before moving into the next position with a ringing peal.

The whole time, Model W laughed from behind his shimmering barrier, as the few bits previously hit sent electrical sparks across themselves occasionally.

The boy quickly looked around as the bolt started exploding in certain areas. Luckily, his armor didn't take any damage, so he looked at Weil. "Is this light show really the best you can do? I have the best armor available. Small attacks like that aren't going to do much. Come on, I know you can do much better than that."

Without a word, he sent two pairs of bits flying towards the boy, each connecting near the bases and becoming blade-like energy disks. They spun quickly, tearing into the ground as they raced towards where the boy was standing.

As for the rest of him, Model W's body moved in the opposite direction, preparing for the next attack as he furthered himself.

The boy quickly darted forward, jumping between the disks and landing. He presumed they would turn around, but he could listen to determine if they could; he had to keep his eyes on Weil, to make sure he didn't pull any surprise moves.

So the old man seems to be a bit stronger than the boy... he just hasn't shown his true power yet. Looks like the boy will lose and I will finally have him where I want him. Better still will be when I get the information out of him... I must find and destroy that damned angel before I can get my hands on the Chaos power... the shadowed figure still watched.

((OOC: He was 21 in the other RP, so I was mistaken. I will still make him 18 in this, however. It won't make any difference. XD))

The disks disengaged, the bits rushing back into place along the halo and lower wing region. Once in place, the lower section started to glow, it's tail-like form beneath Model W's body shining as the whole setup rushed for the boy, piercing and dragging the under-wing like a large knife across butter.

"Blade of Judgment!" He called, aiming to cleave the boy in two as he tore the floor beneath him apart.

This, he was not prepared for. Complete with the deer-in-headlights look, he did the first thing that came to mind - he unsheathed his sabre and then dashed to the side, missing the blade by near inches. He then realized that if he just stood there, he'd never get any further in this battle. He rushed at Weil, jumping up and unleashing a barrage of slashes with his saber.

NOW it's getting interesting...

Again, the barrier took the blows of the saber, no signs of damage emerging. Again, four of the bits separated from formation, this time, landing upon the ground individually. Each one started to spin, slowly at first, but with an increasing velocity until winds started to blow through the enclosed chamber. Finally, a visible tornado appeared over each bit, their force creating visible winds.

Model W moved away from the boy, towards the center of the four whirlwinds, where he waited for the natural forces to send the boy flying, in not tear him apart from the increasing gusts.

The boy acted quickly - he charged up his buster, and brought both of his hands together (sabre in the left) - they combined to make one huge buster, still holding the charge. Then, it shot the sword out, clanging against all four discs rapidly and violently, repeatedly reflecting off of each onto another, in an attempt to force them to stop, or at least dissipate.

Grrr...! If he doesn't stop those discs, this whole place could eventually come apart!

(The shadow doesn't know about the Ouroboros.)

Each blow slowed them down until the bits flew out of the way, back to Model W's body as the whirlwinds ceased. However, in the turmoil, Model W sent another bolt out to the boy, same as before waiting to hit before exploding into a second arcing bolt.

The sabre flew back to the boy's hand, just fast enough for him to slash at the bolt, sending it away from him. "You're holding back still, aren't you? I'm more skilled than I look. If that's not all you've got, then show me what is!" He readied himself for what Weil would do next...

Shooting another bolt, the two pairs of bits flew out together at the boy as well, recreating the spinning blades. His simultaneous attack went directly for the boy, no hesitations.

"Rodent?" Sonic scowled at the pair as they shot off, and he suddenly bounced off the ground as they prepared to hit him either side. He bounced three times, once into Argoyle, again into Ugoyle and then finally to a stop, twisting himself around to face the two machines.

"I'm a Hedgehog, bolt brains! Let's see if you can keep up!"

And with that, he suddenly sped off further down the track, leaving the pair in the dust.

Ugoyle, following with. "We shall tear you apart!"

They tore after him, gaining slowly. As they approached, Argoyle prepped a Rockbomb and hurled it at Sonic, aiming for the floor just short of him, to catch him with the bomb on the ricochet.

The laser-bolt blasted from where it first stopped behind the spinning blades, detonating in the boy's back. The attacking bits returned to their formation around Model W's body, and the aura of Halo and tail-wing returned.

"Those who stand in the way of progress get crushed... those who stand in my way get reduced to nothing." He said, his sadist's pride practically oozing from him. "You wanted to see my power? Fufufufufu... You don't deserve to be in my presence. Now, BE GONE!"

Throwing both arms wide, multiple energy arcs shot forth, streaming around randomly, set to converge upon the boy.

The boy was blasted forward, but that only helped him gain speed. He quickly zipped around the aura-bolts, his sword changing from green, to blue, to yellow, and finally to burning red as he slammed it into the aura at full speed and power, and the sword exploded into a surge of power as it touched the barrier. "TAKE THIS...!!"

((I did announce the attack; albeit not as loudly as, but right before, the bit-blade attack was described.))

The impact rocked the room, and the force of the boy's attack started to move the entire ensemble backwards; barrier, wings and body inside. Still, the shield held, it's surface rocketing with sparks and energy. A few of the surrounding bits started to spark again from the force, but remained otherwise unphased, as did Model W, who was diverting all his attention to withstanding the attack to notice the increasing strain upon the bits surrounding the barrier.

The boy didn't hold back; he poured more energy into the sword, causing it to turn from the burning red to a violet, gritting his teeth as the immense opposition of their two forces clashed violently. He knew the only way to get to Weil was through that shield, and even if it weakened his body doing so, he would accomplish it.

((I like being detailed. It's no fun if I have to redescribe everything I say. Plus, in a sense, I cause the need for in-depth reading. I help schools with their literature testings that way! XD))

Six of the bits, located in the wing-proper on his left and right, were sparking from damage. Even still the barrier stood, ever undying. Model W had managed to stop his backward progress, but wasn't able to push his way forward. There were still tricks he could pull, however, and nothing was more his style than psychological attacks.

"How futile your efforts are. To try and try, thinking that you can get somewhere when all you do is push against destiny. Mankind's quest to expand across the planet is a null one, by their own hands does the world end..." Model W spoke, prophetically. "To struggle so hard against unbeatable odds, only to fail-- this is the pain of despair! Suffer, and cry out, as your weak body fails it's mortal coil!!"

The strain on the bits was too much, and in a flash, the barrier went down as the bits scattered into the shadows. The attack landed upon Model W's body, but didn't budge him, despite the sheer force released from the impact and the boy's strength. His laugh chillingly echoed as his form withstood the assault in midair.

The boy flipped backward, almost stunned. Although his attack broke the barrier, it seemed to do no damage to the man! "Grr... You may think I'm a hypocrite, but I can refuse to believe that prophetic bullshit you're spewing about 'impossibility'... no matter how powerful an enemy is, it can be taken down!" He rushed at Weil once again, unleashing a flurry of slashes from his saber, now back to its green color.

"Is this some form of mantra? Then by your own logic, I should be easily able to take you down." Model W said, the puppet of a body swiftly evading the attacks, now as much cast from as freed from it's protection.
After moving away for a few attacks, he lunged quickly, grabing the energy blade between his palms. The touch between his metal armor and the high-powered saber caused a thick sizzle, but he held it tightly as if it were a solid thing.

"You asked for me to not hold back. Isn't this what you wanted? To oppose me is death; to surrender, subservience! I shall reclaim my place as ruler and judge of humanity!!"

The monitors in the room began to go to static erratically, their images soon distorted before being nulled completely. Energy started to collect in him, and Model W's body started to glow a faint, dark light, and the very air around him distorted inwards.

The boy tried to wrench away, but even his own body wouldn't allow him to. If he couldn't get away, Weil would destroy his body and it would all be over... "No! I refuse to give up, and I refuse to bow down to the likes of you!" But even as he said that, he knew he couldn't go any further.

Looks like he's met his match at last... wait, what was that sound!? the shadow thought.

In swooped another figure, who flew right between Weil and the boy, breaking their contact forcefully. The boy flew back and fell, but recognized the figure. "Y-Yuki!"

The figure revealed itself to be a young girl with black wings and top/bottom combo. She smiled at him. "I came as fast as I could; I knew something was going on." She looked over at Weil. "Is this the man who you've been fighting, and who's caused this?"

The boy nodded. "I need the other sword, quickly!"

She took out a blade-less saber-holder and threw it at the boy.

Quickly, he thrust it onto his saber's handle and it turned into a double-bladed Brand, with blue blades instead of green. "Thanks... I'll keep going. Stay back; I don't want you to get involved!"

Yuki was about to help, but floated back as she was told. "O...Okay... be careful, Xero!"

Xero then skillfully spun the sword multiple times in different forms around his body. "Oh yeah, I still got it. Let's try this again!" He dashed at Weil, spinning the blade angrily at him.

"That won't be enough!" Model W shouted, the bits returning to orbit around him briefly before realigning themselves into a large sword-shape. The spaces between the bits filled with a green glow, and even without any solid blade, the man-sized conglomeration looked dangerous.

He moved his left arm outwards to the side, and the weapon floated just in front of his hand, never touching. Returning Xero's attack, he swung his arm downward, the make-shift sword following.
