"So, what do we have left to work out..." Phoenix started in between mouthfulls of noodles. "We have a world which has most of the good characters in a tunnel, hiding from the rain. Ruby running about causing havoc... Where do I fit in..."
Thinking to himself, Phoenix tapped his jaw thoughtfully, "I guess if I have the oracle in my possession, I'd would have already interrogated her for information. I'd say I'd be organizing an army for the collection or atleast the investigation of the pieces. Maya can chose when she wishes to escape from my control..."
The Dark Phoenix's plan wrote:
Far off in the wastelands, Dark Phoenix, an evil overlord that finally took complete control over the country years back gazed over his lands with a contemplative glare. For years he commanded in the front lines of battle since the Phoenix blessing, murdering millions of soldiers on the battle field in his conquest for the throne. Now that he had finally discarded the monarchy of the country away, he finally finds that the people of the country still had one last hope.
The Golden Samurai armour.
"If the people of the country find out that this armour can damage me, who knows what they might do to my rule..." The Phoenix rubs his chin, glancing over the lands. "Fear might not be enough when the legend of the armour gets out. I need a guarranty that none of the people will seek out the armour. Perhaps I need some extra eyes to watch out for strays..."
"Perhaps I have an answer," Behind the Dark Phoenix, Erebus, his second in command loomed in the shadows- the glow of his green eyes the only light to see off his body, "For a small... meager price, I could summon you the Whispers of the shadows to spy on your people.... maybe even your minions." Letting out a cackle, The Dark Phoenix considered this tactic.
"Shadow walkers such as yourself?" Dark Phoenix laughed also, "Death eaters. They'll be perfect. Creatures that live off death roaming the shadows will keep the people indoors at night. What is your price?"
"Your first piece of the armour," Erebus replied darkly, "I will lock it away in the shadows. This will power the Wisps, and also protect the piece of armour, stopping the mortals from completing the armour."
"And also a piece of insurance against me?" Dark Phoenix replied with a dark grin, "I like your train of thought, Erebus. You want to keep me on my toes." Striding up to the shadow, Dark Phoenix suddenly threw his arms out, and swirled them around in a broad circle, forming dark flames up his arms as he walked. "Just remember," wiping his finger just inside the shadowed area, the shadow around where his flame now burnt seemed to whither away, "I will be keeping an eye on you personally, my Shadow walker."
Throwing Erebus the key to the volt with the piece of armour he already had, Dark Phoenix cackled loudly, turning off his flames. Erabus caught the key, and grinned darkly as his master, "I expect no less of you, Master."
With that, the shadow master disappeared into the night.

((Wisps for those curious, when they're not slicing you to pieces with their claws, they're essentially carnivorous, rabbit sized creatures that hut in packs and feed off death. They're quite fast too. They're from my novel, and essentially, they're like hyenas. The evil side use them as scouts, but when they go rogue, they're pack animals. They attack with claws on their 4 legs and their teeth. All you can see of them are their eyes. They make a whispering noise as they move in the forest.))

Anthony takes the cardboard box off him and put it behind him as he walks and let out a yawn. "What a weird dream...." He said as he looks and sees Trucy and Phoenix and Zeth and Maya. "......." He said as his eyes grew small as he noticed that he was wearing his PJs that had like a fiery-camo style. "Um..... what are you guys doing at my house?" He said for he was STILL sleepy with his eyes half-shut.

Phoenix cleared his throat over his noodles, and used his chopsticks to motion with, "I think what Anthony is trying to say, is that when the contact is made, the object awakens, and transfers the powers." Tapping the chopsticks to his stubbled cheek, Phoenix looked thoughtful, "You know- like in that episode in Pink Princess when she touched the sphere of darkness by mistake, and it unleashed all that evil over Neo Tokyo? I'm sure Miles remembers the episode better than me... I don't think they should find more than a piece of armour at a time though- having the whole armour is a bit of a season finale type thing." Striding over casually to Trucy and Anthony's conversation, Phoenix stuffed some more noodles into his mouth, before tapping Anthony on his head three times with his chopsticks. Talking with his mouth half full, Phoenix cocked his head to the side logically,
"Tell me, Anthony, a box with two eye holes approximately the correct width apart for a pair of eyes to glance through. For a sleep walker to craft this box so neatly, and accurately, I'd have to say that it was already prefabricated before the sleep walking event. After all- who can cut two holes perfectly round with scissors or a craft knife without hurting themselves with their eyes closed?"
"Furthermore!" Zeth suddenly leapt in the conversation, crossing his arms at Anthony in integration, "You heard gun shots, THEN you slept walked. That leads me to believe that you were a short distance away when the gun shot went off."
Grinning at Zeth, Phoenix crossed his arms, "Why did you give up being a lawyer, Zeth? Your analysis background would make evidence bend at the knees."
"Same reason you're no longer a lawyer, Wrighto," Zeth grinned, tapping his arm, "Because we were both dealt a bad deal in life, and now we pay for it with our badge. Pure and simple. Now Anthony, do you live in Musket lane- that street around the corner from here?"
((I just made up a name for that street with the speed bumps Maya drove us down. Lame name, but I'm not feeling particularly brilliant with codeine making my world over colourful today XD *dances about* My dreams are gonna be WEIRD tonight...))

Zeth crossed his arms, and raised his brow in curiosity, "By what ever I just said? What? Gun? I don't know how you saw my gun 'Mr X-ray vision', but my gun is unloaded." Pulling out his gun out from his jacket, he flipped the bottom of it up to show that the magazine was missing out the bottom of it. "I promised Phoenix that I wouldn't have it loaded, so it's not." Glancing at Maya's car from the bullet mark trajectory, Zeth narrowed his eyes, and glanced at the street signs around him, "Snake street, eh? Well, that explains alot, cause it's the street we're in right now. That explains how you got here so fast after the shooting. It also explains the direction."
"Direction?" Phoenix echoed thoughtfully, "Are you saying cause the tear came from the front of the car? I thought we were still in Musket lane when we were shoot?"
"Not the second time," Zeth replied, stuffing more noodles in his mouth thoughtfully, "See, I though I was still in Musket lane too, but what if we were right in front of snake road as the second shot fired?" Glancing around at the scenery, Zeth noticed a solid looking street sign with a large bullet sized gash on it. Lighting up, Zeth formed his hand into a gun, and pretended to shoot the sign, "That's the culprit! That sign deflected the bullet into the car, and that's how it looked like the second bullet came from Musket lane, but really, both bullets originated from Snake Road!"
Pulling out his finger automatically, Phoenix paused for a moment to reel in the happy memories of being in court again. It seemed so second nature to talk with his finger since becoming a lawyer.
"Hold it..." Phoenix repeated again, this time quieter, "Anthony asked Zeth to put his gun away even thoguh he couldn't see it. How could he know that Zeth had a gun in the first place if he hadn't seen Zeth return fire in the wrong direction. I think the evidence speaks for its self, Anthony! What do you have to say for yourself. Do you deny shooting at Maya's car still? If you still believe that you are innocent, then give us a testimony of what you were doing at the time of the two miss fires!"
"And you better be honest," Zeth laughed, tapping his arm, "Cause Phoenix will KNOW if you're lying. And I'll find the evidence to back him up."
"I hope that is find and not MAKE Skunk," Phoenix butt in for a moment, making Zeth slightly uneasy,
"Hey- I'm a good boy now," Zeth laughed, motioning Phoenix's glare away, "I had good reason to falsify all the evidence back when I was younger. There's no reason for me to do so now. In anycase, if I were to falsify evidence against him, I'd put him down for murder- not random firing of bullets. I'm not going to do that though, am I?" Giving Phoenix an innocent grin, Phoenix rolled his eyes and turned back to Anthony's box.
"So, are you going to defend yourself against this accusation? Or are you going to hide in your box all night. I'll buy you noodles if you tell the truth."

"He was probably more scared of Maya's wrath," Phoenix shrugged, stuffing more noodles in his mouth.
"He was scared of a GIRL and he carries a GUN." Zeth sighed, "Guns are meant to PROTECT women. Not to be fired off at random. That's why I left the mafia. I didn't want to carry on hurting innocent people." Glancing aside, Zeth, he tapped his left chest area, "Although, I guess I could do that more effectively as a lawyer than a forensic."
"After forging evidence for so long, you're lucky you have a job in forensics, Zeth," Phoenix pointed out with his chopsticks. "Forget Anthony. It's only 5pm and he's in bed already. Poor kid is probably over tired. He says he was sleep walking. How are you doing for noodles, Maya? You finished yet?"

Trucy then stood, "so we decided that it should only be one part of the armour in the cave. When it comes in contact with a person then the power transfers though will it be immdietly? I'm thinking not immediatly so that everyone touches it but they don't know it's power, it then activates when they are faced with trouble so they're not super all the time, what do you think?"
