Meanwhile, Floyd returned to the police station fuming. The officers left him alone, and he stayed in his office beside himself with anger at allowing CarChaseCityMan to escape. The two had known eachother since grade school, but when Floyd went into the police force, they stopped talking to eachother. After one fateful heist when Floyd allowed Chase to escape for fear of losing his best friend, they had become enemies. Now the detective sat and thought of ways to find Chase, although he was extremely reclusive when it came to hiding.

We are bringing you live coverage of the explosion of the abandoned building, now revealed to be the Thugs Hideout. It is unknown how the explosion was sparked, but it destroyed the building and everything in it.There is speculation that the two other criminal gangs, The Sophisticates and the Sherwood Hoods, are behind it, but nothing is confirmed...

Sylvester leaky forward and whispered something before retracting and giving her the serious face. Rose nodded and turned to face Chase.
"Hey. I'm Rose. Mind telling what the hell happened tonight?" Rose didn't mean this in a bad way. This was just how she was. Chewing her lip, she peered out of Chase's window to see the smoke rising from the Thug HQ..

When Markus heared the chirping of the phone is his pocket, he held it up to his ear. He calmly nodded as the boss gave his orders. "A simple kidnapping?" He said, his country accent coming out (think stereotypical plantation owner accent, not stereotypical hick accent), "I was hoping for something a bit more action packed. No more notches on the belt..." He paused for a moment, "I'll get right on it. Just let me go get my car." He hung the phone up and placed it back in his pocket.

John Q. Citizen sat in his car as his waited for his girlfriend to get out of the grocery store. He wasn't the most patient man on Earth, but at least he had the radio.
"YOU'RE THE BEST! AROOOOOOUND! NOTHIN'S GONNA EVER KEEP YOU DOOOOOOOWN!" He sung falsetto along with the radio. At least until there was a knocking on the window. John jumped as he turned the radio down. The man outside looked tough. One would even say thuggish. Even then, John didn't want any trouble. He rolled the window down.
"Is there a problem sirAAAAH!" John was suddenly shocked as the man yanked him out of the window. John felt as two strong punches hit him in the gut. He hit the ground, grabbing his stomach in pain. The man knelt down next to him and blew smoke in his face. The thug flicked the cancer stick onto the ground and smiled.
"Excuse me sir," Markus said, "I'm going to need your car." With that he got back on his feet and held his boot up. John cowered, waiting for the inevitable curb stomp which never came. John looked to see the man putting out the smoldering ashes of the cig with his boot. Marcus turned, got into the car, and drove off towards his objective.

Sylvester scratched the back of his head. "..What?" His voice was slightly higher-pitched than usual.
The brunette shook her head. "What the hell have I told you about-"
"-I know!" Sylvester interrupted, stumbling over his own words. "I, er, well you see...dammit, there wasn't another way! I was looking at those charts for hours. We wouldn't make it out through the Thugs in time!"
Rose looked out of her own window. "You could have gotten people killed..!" She berated him, like a mother. No, like a mother-in-law.
Officer Parks kept his eyes on the road. They were nearing the forest, now.

"Why do these Sherwood punks have to live in such isolation?" He muttered to himself. He honestly wasn't complaining. It was just more to the challenge, more to show that he was better than his enemy. He wasn't used to the terrain, but he at least his natural direction sense could be used here. As long as he could get to the tree he would be fine. He could even see it from here. But the enemies lurked in the shadows. His hand fondled his dagger as he let out a dark chuckle.

He raced towards the figure and confronted it, holding a small dagger. "Hey! Who are you?!" he asked immediately. However, they were not within earshot of the rest of the thieves, so he would have to deal with this by himself.

Rose looked shocked as she apologised. "Sorry, sometimes I just forget what I'm doing with my limbs.."
Sylvester wore the most WTF face he could but ignored this nevertheless.
"So.." Rose chimed, smiling for the first time. Rose rarely smiled for no reason. "Why don't you help make dinner, Sylvester? All of us must be starved."
Sylvester scratched the back of his head, tilting it. "Oh, no, Rose. I'd hate to impose!"
Rose smiled even more. Now this was just weird. "You wouldn't be imposing if you were making the meal. You can show Mr. Chase what a great chef you are."
"I can't cook."
"..Then I will." She declared, turning to Chase for approval.
