] Trucy snickered from her place, listening to the conversation. She noted the female's name, for future purposes. This was a great experience for her, and she finally pulled out a notepad and began writing notes on what was going on. "Miss..Aimee...Likes ...Mr. Gavin.. There we go!" She grinned, then noted her father needed more grape juice, because he was almost out.
A thought struck her, and she got up and rushed off, running right into her father's room and digging through his closet. She was curious, now. "What's so good abot some grape juice~?" After a few minutes of digging, she came across a box and pulled out a bottle. "I knew he had a secret stash!" With that, the magician was in the other room with Apollo, almost as if she just popped in beside him.
"Polly~ Look what I found! Let's find out what's so good about it, hm?" She struggled with the top, before finally managing to open the top, completely ignoring Apollo. [She knew he wouldn't like the ides of getting into her Father's stuff.] "Me first, Me first~" She lifted the bottle to her lips and took a big gulp. "......." She went silent, and made a face, before taking another drink. "Mm! Daddy has such great taste!" She blinked, and tried to drink it like her father use to, lifting it to her lips for a long time.
"Ah~! Polly! You should get a bottle too~! It's the best juice I've ever tasted!" She halfly lied, because it had an odd aftertase, or that's what she thought. Either way, she was just happy to know that she was a daddy's girl, able to drink, what he called his 'Man drink'. She looked at the bottle and realized it was less than halfway ful, and took one last drink before handing it to Apollo. "Your turn!"
In a moment, she had forced the bottle to his lips and tipped it up, letting the liquid drop down his throat in an unfashionably manner. "See, See!" She blinked, then just smiled, holding the bottle in triumph as she finished it off. "Keke~! Polly, did you like it~?" After a long moment, she was running off into her father's room and opening another bottle.

"Oh, I have. Many times, actually. But in a completely different context..." Klavier answered in a low voice before letting out a soft chuckle. "But you do understand what Herr Wright is trying to say, don't you fraulein?"
"Let me spell it out for you, detective," Miles said, spreading his arms out with a smug look on his face. "It's absolutely ridiculous and utterly reckless to assume a person to be taken hostage from a mere exchange of words. And with the hostage himself, no less."
Sean slammed her fist on the table sending the tableware chattering. "Well maybe if you actually LISTENED to the recording then you'd understand better!" Miles may be the Chief Prosecutor, but he was still being an ass and she wouldn't stand for it.
((Is it okay if we assume Miles is Chief Prosecutor? And there isn't much to pick out of the recording suggesting Klavier's kidnapping when viewed from another person's perspective; it was mostly just Sean's imagination going wild. xD Oh, and is Bizarro in the kitchen as well? Because he's been calling out to Phoenix... sorta.))

I wouldn't ignore someone crying Wolf in a sheep farm." Tapping his cup testingly, Phoenix thought a bit more, "But Miles is also correct. If this really was a hostage situation, then as admirable as you were saving someone you cared about, you were brash, and didn't follow safe procedures to detain a possibly armed room."
Slamming his glass on his wooden counter top, Phoenix narrowed his eyes, "Detective Aimee Nishon, you are a detective, not an armed defender's squad. You have had training on firearms, I grant you that, but you obviously do not have the military tactics skills required to infiltrate a hostage situation!" Pointing his finger to Sean, and flicking it a few times at each of the team members, Phoenix stepped towards the threesome, "I hold whoever ran this team responsible for this mistake. However..." Lowering his finger, and glancing to Klavier, Phoenix gave his a raised brow, "It seems you have a VERY loyal team here, which is admirable. If I were you, I'd teach them boundaries, but hold them close." Turning back to Sean, Phoenix smiled, "As long as your team repair the damages you've made to my house, then I wont press charges against you. We all make mistakes. Now you just have to learn by them."
((Is Bizzaro in the Kitchen yet? Now that Phoenix has lectured Sean? >.> ))

After several long minutes, Trucy came out from her Father's room with another Bottle, giggling. "Polly, Here it is!" She smiled and lifted the bottle to her lips again, taking in a big gulp. She didn't know exactly what this grape juice was, but she knew it wasn't just 'Grape juice, which is why her father enjoyed it so much.
Trucy offered the bottle to Apollo, then thought better of it. "Y-Your unauthorized to drink this, Polly!" Her mind was wandering off, but she took another drink, then twirled around. "Now Trucy is a woman! I-I wonder if Mr. Gavin will notice! How about you, Apollo! Don't you think that Sean girl is pretty?"
She turned to march back to her father's room, but tripped. Luckily, she kept herself from falling, but she spilt the bottle. She put the bottle down and trotted into the kitchen casually, and grabbed a towel. "H-Hi daddy! Bye daddy!" She rushed out and wiped up the mess, looking to Apollo, who seemed to not be telling Trucy that this was all a bad idea. She grinned, realizing she could use the 'Grape juice' to her advantage, and thought it would work on anyone.
"Hey! Polly, There's a stash in Daddy's room if you want some!" Suddenly, it hit her. The alchohal was numbing her mind, and without thinking, her arms wrapped around Apollo and she pressed her lips to his, before giggling, and spinning around, and into the small table she had set the 'Grape Juice' on. "Uh-Oh!" Before she knew it, the bottle hit the ground and shattered.

Obviously, he avoided it in the end and got more bottles. He was neutral about the kiss, because he was too drunk to think, but he wasn't too drunk to navigate. He drunk some of the bottles.
"R-ready to play guys? And get ma good friend Bi-Bi-Bizzaro here too! And Trucy, I-I-I'm 22, thank you very much. I can do whatever I want, whenever I want, however I want."

Noticing Bizzarro in the room finally as he left Sean and her merry band mull over what he had said, he moved up to the crazy man and crossed his arms,
"Now, who are you and why are you..." Noticing Trucy scoot into the kitchen with a slightly slurry look on her face, her cheeks a little rosier than normal, Phoenix paused and watched her walk by.
"H-Hi daddy! Bye daddy!" She called, carrying a towel. Gobsmacked for a moment what she'd need a towel for, Phoenix motioned to Miles to come towards him.
"Miles, Could you find out who this guy is and why he's here? I just want to check on the party..." Not bothering to wait for Miles' response, Phoenix dashed over to the lounge just in time to see Trucy kissing Apollo. breathing a sigh of relief, Pheonix was glad Apollo had decided to join in rather than sulk about having to watch over the kids. Then he saw the bottle of Wine on the table. And the spin the bottle bottle he had given Trucy for the game. Then Trucy got up, spun around a few times and fell over, bumping the wine bottle off the table with a loud crash. Frozen in shock, Phoenix watched absolutely gobsmacked at the party. He wasn't sure had had just happened, but he had a feeling that his closet was no longer a safe hiding spot from Trucy any longer.

"You two," Klavier began, facing the two officers. "How are you at fixing doors?"
"Oh, good sir! Very good!" Eddie answered enthusiastically.
"We're p-practically experts!" Yatt affirmed.
"Good." Klavier said. "I want you to buy whatever supplies you need and fix Herr Wright's front door. But leave through the backdoor, I don't want to disrupt the young fraulein's party. I'll pay for th--"
"No," Sean interrupted. "I'll cover the damages. It was my fault, after all." She straightened herself on her seat and tilted her head sharply from side to side, letting out a resounding crackle. "Really sorry, boys. I'll treat you both to dinner or somethin'."
The officers made their leave shortly after. Shifting his weight to his other leg, Klavier smirked. "You sure got back up on your feet fast."
"Yeah well, drama sucks. I can only take so much of it in one day." Sean answered. Before she could say anything more the awkwardly-dressed man from before entered the kitchen. Sean stood up and strolled over to where Klavier was, hands still in her pockets. "Who's this pink bastard?"
"The name's Bizzaro Trite. Occupation: defense attorney," he said with a firm salute. "I'm a friend of Polly Wolly. We've talked before..."
Miles raised his brow at the man. "We have?" he asked. "I can't seem to recall speaking with someone as... uniquely garbed as you are. Perhaps you could jog my memory?"

The man suddenly slumped into a seat, completely ignoring her. "Got any tea?"
Another vein. "Boss," she said through clenched teeth. "Could I borrow one of those? I promise I'll give it right back. It'll only take a second..."
"You should really learn to manage your temper, detective," Miles said, crossing his arms. He faced the man in the pink suit with a stern look. "I'm sorry, but tea is reserved for household guests. Now tell me, why is it that you're here? Judging by Wright's expression I get the feeling that you were not invited."

"Throw three glasses of water down your throat, and call me in the morning. Make sure you eat too!" Giving Apollo a jab in the shoulder, he knew it wouldn't take long for Apollo to recover since he was a grown man. Trucy would have more trouble being a young female that was small. Seeing her clean up her mess, Phoenix found it hard to be angry at her for doing what she did. She was still trying to be responsible, even though she was still drunk.
"Trucy," Phoenix started, looming over her mess, "Were you trying to make the party more fun with Daddy's secret stash?"
((Heheh... Miles leading an interigation is much better than Phoenix doing so ^^ "I'm sorry, but tea is reserved for household guests" Lol. Go Miles ^^ ))

"Ah right. Well, I was here to talk to Polly Wolly, that's all. But it was so busy here, and I wanted to know why. And why would you want a gun, Mr.?" Bizarro pouted. "I just wanted to talk to a friend. Is that so bad?"
"You sure you want the answer to that?" Sean sneered. "Who's this Polly Wolly anyway? What a weird name. But then again, he is your friend after all, so..." Shrug. It made sense.
Klavier gave Sean a firm pat on the head and smiled. "I'm assuming he's talking about Herr Forehead."
"Excuse me?" Miles asked as he lifted his cup from the table.
"Ah, sorry," Klavier said. "Apollo Justice. He was my... brother's understudy." There was a brief pause. "I believe he's working for Herr Wright at present."
"Hmm yes, I've heard about him..." Miles said thoughtfully as he took a sip. The defense attorney that sent the renowed Kristoph Gavin behind bars. Judging by the look on the rockstar's face it didn't seem like the kind of thing he'd be willing to talk over a cup of tea. "Is he here?"
"Ja, he's in the living room with Fraulein Trucy and the others."
"I see." Miles answered as he set the cup back down on the table, tapping at its side with his finger. After a few moments of thought he turned to Bizarro. "I suppose there's nothing wrong with wanting to meet an old friend. But it would appear that you chanced upon that ghastly blunder from earlier on," he took a quick glance at Sean. "Nevertheless, I would highly suggest that you introduce yourself to the man of the house properly before taking any further action. There had been a number of peculiar occurrences over the past few hours, and your arrival is no exception."

Bizzaro slowly stood up, and adjusting non-existant glasses, walked up to Phoenix Wright.
"Sorry about walking into your house like that, it's just that I wanted to talk to Mr. Justice," he said, as politely as you could. "Erm, sorry. So uh, where is he? And, uh, what's going on here? What's the party-o?"
Bizzaro gulped. He wasn't used to being formal. That was the problem with the mental illness he had.
((And that's why he's crazy. Cue fake mental illness name...))

"Not you. Why are you here?" he groaned to himself.
He took a fourth glass of water, and drank it.

The magician sat beside the shattered mess, trying her hardest to pick up the glass. After three cuts, she finally got up and was tearing up. She stumbled over and practically fell into her father's arms, her arms holing on to him to the best of her ability at this point in time. "D-Daddy~! Apollo made M-Me do it!" She tried her best not to sound like she'd been drinking, but the act failed.
"H-He saw you with the bottle and said, 'T-Trucy, you should try some of it!', and since I-I knew where you kept it...~!" Her cheeks flushed as she leant against her father, a grin over her features. she quickly pulled from her father and ran into the kitchen, tossing herself at Klavier. Well, she more like fell into his arms with a running start.
Slowly, the magician looked up to the man and giggled, nuzzling against his chest. "M-Mr. Gavin, I-I think you are so amazing~!" Her eyes closed as she felt her mind boggling. She held up her hand, showing him the cuts, the tears still in her eyes. "Klavier, I-I hurt my fingers...!"

I like it either way ^^ ))Letting his daughter slip out of his arm with cuts all over her in surprise, Phoenix wondered if she was dashing over to get some plasters. Finishing cleaning up the mess for her, Phoenix carefully collected all the shattered glass, and mopped up the wine. Crying tears in his heart at the waste of good cheep plonk, Phoenix contemplated where in the house he COULD hide this now he knew Trucy was interested. Maybe it was better to just teach her safe drinking habits than holding her back. Phoenix gathered the rubbish and headed off to the kitchen to chuck out the remains

"Really now?" Klavier mused, grinning back. "Well, let's see it then." He was meaning to look at that last piece of evidence. If his theory was right, the bullet would prove to be a crucial factor during the trial. Just when he was about to reach for it a wild Trucy came into view. Not knowing what to do with the array of guns in his arms he threw them upward, hoping that Sean loved her guns enough to manage catching them all. And she did.
"Hey hey, watch it! These babies are fragile!" she exclaimed. Well, they weren't exactly delicate, but they held special value to her. Sean wrapped her arms around her firearms protectively as she watched the young girl giggle and nuzzle against the rockstar's chest.
"M-Mr. Gavin, I-I think you are so amazing~!" Trucy said with closed eyes. Then holding up her hand to the him with teary eyes, she continued, "Klavier, I-I hurt my fingers...!"
The girl's face looked really flushed, and from how she was acting Sean knew it could only mean one thing. "Uhh... boss," she said. "I think she's drunk."
"Ja, I can detect a faint smell of alcohol." Klavier answered. With a small grunt he picked Trucy up in his arms like a husband would his bride. "Don't worry, prinzessin. I'll make the pain go away," he said in the sweetest tone he could muster. He turned to Sean. "We'll be needing a med kit," Klavier whispered. "Ask Herr Wright where he keeps his."
"Uhh... sure, I guess. But..." Sean raised the pile of guns in her arms. "Does this mean I can have these back?"
Miles slammed his hand on the table, a habit of his in the courtroom. He pointed to Sean, then to the table. "Guns. Table. Now."
Rolling her eyes Sean did was she was told and placed her firearms carefully on the table. She was annoyed at the fact that her reunion with her darlings had been so short-lived. "Happy?" she huffed.
"Very." Miles answered smugly.
It was then that Phoenix walked in. "Ah, this makes my job a little easier," she chimed. "Boss wanted to know where you kept your med kit." Sean pointed to where Klavier and Trucy were. "The little girl cut her fingers."
((Don't worry Minuki, Klavier would be sweet on most any girl anyway. xD Although I'm not sure about Feenie x Miles, Ark, since we have Franziska around. And they have a daughter. o.o What do have in mind for them?

Sighing with a half smile, Phoenix shook his head in amazement.
"Sean, could you pour Trucy a glass of water? The glasses are in that cupboard." Pointing to a cupboard, Phoenix placed the half shovel aside, and fished through his medicine cabinet for the appropriate goods. Pulling out some plasters and antiseptics, Phoenix pulled out a car, "You two want to sit down? I'll clean them up no problem."

I saw the way he looks at Trucy D: ]Trucy gasped as she was lifted into the Prince's arms, holding to him. She became dizzy from the quick actions, but only nuzzled against the older man as if she was tire and about to be put to bed. "W-Whoa! S-Slow down a little~." The girl latched on to him, looking over to her father. "D-Daddy~! M-My fingers~! Ouch~." Her flushed cheeks became darker, as her mind finally realized that the man holding her was actually Klavier.
"Kekeke~ Mr. Gavin, are you dating that Aimee girl~? She likes you, right~?" She giggled and pressed her lips to his cheek. "Oh, Isn't she jealous~? Kekeke~" She then sighed, her eyes searching the room. She heard her father ask to get Trucy a drink, and smiled. "It's in his closet! In the Box with Grape juice on it~!"
After a long moment, Trucy held out her hand, waving it rapidly. "Someone kiss it better~!" She couldn't remember which hand was cut, and happened to be holding out the wrong hand, but had yet to realize it. "Please~?"

"How did she--" Sean's face went blank for a second. How did she know her name? Was she eavesdropping a moment ago? She sighed, lowering her hand. "Nosy little punk."
"Sean, could you pour Trucy a glass of water? The glasses are in that cupboard." Phoenix instructed, pointing to said cupboard.
"It's in his closet! In the Box with Grape juice on it~!" Trucy added.
Sean snickered. Grape juice, huh? She walked over to the cupboard, took out a glass, then went ahead and filled it halfway with water over at the sink. Turning her heel she watched as Klavier slowly sat down on the chair Phoenix had pulled out with Trucy on his lap. She could name very few women who wouldn't kill for that spot. That kid was lucky. Strolling over to where they were Sean set the glass on the table.
"Someone kiss it better~!" Trucy cried out as she flailed her arm around. "Please~?"
Klavier couldn't help but let out a soft laugh. "Ja, ja... Settle down, prinzessin," he cooed. "Let's have a look at that..."
Turning to the ex-attorney her brow furrowed slightly with worry. "You should really find a better spot to hide the junk," Sean remarked, placing her hands into her pockets. "Seriously."
((I just realized... having Truth or Dare for the adult game would be perfect with Phoenix around. He could use the Magatama and everything. x'D))

“Junk?” Phoenix asked coyly, “I don’t own junk. I just have creative decoration,” Giving Sean a broad grin before chuckling at himself for a moment. Yeah, it’s junk, but it does add a bit of creative colour about the place. Thinking bck to his years before Iris and Dahlia came into his life, he wanted to be an artist. Imagine if he had taken that path… “Now, for more important issues at hand,” Picking up Trucy’s hands, he planted a kiss on the fingers on both of her hands, before planting one on her forehead. Giving Trucy an adoring smile then, he pulled out the antiseptic, “Now, are we ready to patch up Daddy’s little angel?”

Trucy blinked some as Klavier sat down. She didn't really know what to do, other than hold onto the male. "Settle down?" She closed her eyes, dozing odd for a few minutes. After her father kissed her hands, she reached for the glass of water.
"Ngh...Klavier~ Grape juice~" She blinked, unable to reach for the glass, but instead almost knocking it over. Suddenly, she started to giggle, grabbing her hat and setting it on Klavier's head. Her flushed cheeks were becoming lighter, but she still seemed to be having the time of her life.
After her father spoke, she looked at Klavier and giggled. "I am Daddy's little angel, you know? That means I get whatever I want! I want some grape juice, My throat needs more of a drink!"

With a big push the kitchen door swung open and Sean was in the living room once again. She walked just a short distance away from the group of youngsters. Standing there for what seemed like forever, she stared on with a jaded look on her face. "So... who else is getting drunk?"
((I noticed the people in the sitting room kinda froze so hopefully this will give them something to RP about. xD Note that Sean is a girl but her appearance suggests that she's a boy. One wouldn't know her actual gender right off the bat, unless they know her personally or through work, or if they're really observant.
I'm not sure if the group would be comfortable having her around considering she had them at gunpoint just a while back, but hey, should make for an interesting scene.))

Putting his finger over Trucy’s lips, Phoenix made a hush signal with a slightly serious expression. “Lets patch you up first before you have any more fun, ok?” Getting out the antiseptic, Phoenix quickly dabbed the wounds, before putting plasters over the bad cuts. She probably can’t feel the sting of the antiseptic cause she’s drunk. Brushing down her frazzled hair with his fingers, he gave her a nod.
“OK now Trucy, I’m not going to growl you for trying an adult drink, but next time you’d like to try some of Daddy’s grape juice, if you could ask me first, ok?” Picking up Trucy’s spilt glass, and refilling it with water, Phoenix grabbed a towel also. He handed Trucy the glass. “Drink this glass of water, Trucy, then we can go back to the game again, OK?” Phoenix gave her a cheerful smile before he soaked up the water.

Apollo noticed Sean and walked up to her. He was finally sober again.
"Uh-uhm, sorry for the misunderstaning earlier," said Apollo shyly.
Luckily, a not so shy person came from behind. ((Do NOT take out of context.))
"Hey there Polly, hey there whatever your name is!" Bizzaro grinned. "I've wanted to talk Polly!"
Apollo sighed.
"What is it Bizzaro?"
Bizzaro got as serious as possible.
"...My home was burned down today. I need somewhere to live. Can I live with you or Mr Wright?"

Finally mopping up all the spilt water, Phoenix chucked out the old paper towels, and spotted Trucy finishing off the glass of water. Grabbing a pitcher, and filling it with some more water, Phoenix offered his arm to Trucy, "Now would you care for me to join in a quiet game of spin the bottle for a while, Madame?"

Through the madness, even more of a crazy act was coming in. Wocky Kitaki walked right into the house, striding over towards Apollo. He wore the same pink jacket with the same yellow sleeves, and pink stripes. Underneath the jacket was the same t-shirt he always wore, the 'Bad Badger'. " Yo, G, You looks worse than ya' did back at that trial!" His hair remained in it's fox-like position, the red strand in the middle, and the ear like strands on the outside. After a moment and walked his way right into the kitchen to see Trucy, grinning at the sight of her in Klavier's arms. "Yo, Mr. G! Somehow, The great Wocky Kitaki knew you'd end up with the hots for Shorty." He glance at the female, eying her before laughter escaped her. "Yo, Yo, you let Shorty get drunk? Oh, was Mr. G trying to get her in bed? You betta' hurry, then, she might not make it much longa'."
Wocky Kitaki. There he was, making jokes about Klavier, and hadn't even notice her father, who seemed to be fixing up her fingers. He grinned, and looked from Klavier to Phoenix. He tried to put one and one together, but it failed. " 'Sup, Mr. Wight~ Mm, Mm, Mm, Shorty sure looks good as eva!" He glanced back over to the female, a grin crossing over his features. "Ya don't mind me joinin' in on tha fun, right Mr. G?"
