During the random events happening, Javak walked in without a word. He never noticed the fact that Mr. Armstrong was dancing. He flung off his shirt and it landed on the table nearby. "Come take me sexy!" Javak said. He tore off Jean's apron and his shirt, and they fell on the floor, having a romantic moment in front of the random group of people in the Tres Bein.

Kudo's condition worsened, and he died. Jean Armstrong was charged with murder.
Oddly enough, the cause of death was not a heart attack. Kudo had been poisoned by potassium cyanide, said Detective Gumshoe. ((I dunno if I'm going anywhere with this))
"Nooon! It est a nightmare all over agaaaain!!" Jean wailed, the officer putting him in handcuffs.

-The Strawberry-
"Why, thank you Luna. It feels good to let my hair down every now and --"
Just then, a large man in a trenchcoat burst in.
"HEY PAL! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!! THERE'S BEEN A MURDER!" yelled Gumshoe.
"What?! Where?!" Fleggin gasped, standing straight up.
"TRES BIEN, PAL!" he told him.
"NO!" Fleggin cried out. "Luna. Let's go. No time to lose. Detective Gumshoe, was it? Take us to the scene of the crime..."
What an interesting ~~plot twist~~ turn of events.... he thought to himself, holding Luna's arm tightly.

Luna paled as she was taken back to Tres Bien. 'Murder...someone was murdered...' The thought reeled. She was reminded of her Mom and Dad. How they where murdered on the street. And how they never found the killer. Just the thought of it made her sick. Her legs felt weak. Luna clung to Fleggin just to stay straight. She felt kind of sick...

Fleggin held Luna tightly. She was shaking and her skin had paled. "It'll be fine." he said to her quietly.
Then he took control. Shouted orders, then thought about what to do.
Would Jean poison a man? No... Hit on him, maybe. Steal from him, maybe... But never poison a man. It's up to me.
And he quietly pulled out the tarnished attorney's badge from his pocket. It was time for him to defend again. ((Gasp, plot twist!))
He put it on his lapel, and took Luna by the hand.
"Alex, you're in charge here, give me your cycle key." he said, taking the key and riding off to the detention center with Luna.
((Please, somebody else be Jean now?! And yes, I'll try to think out a case and all by tomorrow. XD))

Luna didn't feel well at all. She thought this murder and detective business was over! She thought she was out of that mess! But....she had to stay by Fleggin's side for this. After all, this did happen in his restaurant. And, if her memory serves her right,this would be the second time someone died there. And that couldn't be good at all. When they finally got to the detention center, Luna fell into his arms, literally. She was feeling even worse now "Fleggin.....I-i don't feel so good...." she complained, holding her head in her hands.

While the entire sequence of events was happening, Javak was behind the counter with his camera, inching in to the detective. "Ooh! So very very sexy!" Javak said. He ran up, and as he was about to tackle him, he noticed a wedding ring signed "Gumshoe and Edgey! :D :D :D!!" He stopped immediatley in his tracks and sighed. He ran in fear that they would interrogate him. He ran to the one place nobody would look, The Detention Center.

Melody was there, but at the same time... she had no idea what the hell had just happened. A murder? Again? I wasn't here for that one seven or so years ago, but geez.

Javak quickly rushed in. To make him look less suspicious, he was pretending to be running to somebody near a door that he wanted to talk to. He ran for a while, then slammed through a door using gay asian force, and hit the wall in front of him. He got up from the floor, and noticed Fleggin and Luna

Javak took out an Ipod with a radio, and started playing CaramellDansen. They both danced to it randomly for the remainder of the day.

Gah... I hope this doesn't end up like my first case... Fleggin thought.
He remembered his first and only case 4 years before...
The man I defended was clearly innocent... he was a good friend of mine. That prosecutor... Miria something. She crushed me in court, and my friend was sentenced to death.

Melody pondered this for a minute. After coming up with nothing, she replied: "...that's a really good question. It certainly wasn't me."

She thought about it for another minute. "Wait, wasn't there a new chef hired? Ask him."

((Melody probably won't say anything useful about the case itself, so she'd make a bad witness. She's better as one of those people you talk to in the investigation period of the game, but she never shows up as a witness on the stand.))

Luna was worried for Fleggin. He looked tired, and stressed. She brushed his bangs out of his face, looking at him straight in the eyes. "Fleggin....You don't look so good.....you need rest..." she said to him softly, deeply concerned for his well being.

So Fleggin set off back to Tres Bien. All of the employees had been taken in for questioning, and police were swarming the area.
