((I'd like to point out, Thomas is at home, and the kidnapper and Phoenix are in a totally separate place... Not in a truck either...))

The man grabbed Phoenix arm, and twisted it back lightly. He then grabbed the loose rope and tied it back again. After he had done that, he rubbed his jaw a bit, then added, "Next time, try saying something like, "Take that!", it adds more kick to the punch..." The man sat on the ground, cross legged near Phoenix. He didn't have to, of course, but for some reason it seemed like he should.

Thomas had went to the courthouse early. He worse a new suit and a new expression. Mixed sadness with a pinch of concern. He wanted to look innocent and feel innocent, like he obviously was. Just a few moments before he had got there, he had made sure his "insurance" was alright, and was no patiently waiting on the bench in the defendant's area. "Only a while longer," he mumbled, while taking a newspaper to read.

The man had just received a call to ensure the young boy was safe. The man then went over to Phoenix again and crouched down in front of him, "You all right?" he asked, tapping his shoulder lightly, "You'll be fine, y'know, don't worry."

H-Humphrey... he thought, as he saw the man who also saw Violetta's death. "M-May I talk in private with Mr. Serv?" The Prosecutor tapped his head, "Very well, I shall be back in half and hour..." The Prosecutor then left. The room was then filled with silence, both men staring at each other. "Humphrey...why are you testifying against Mr. Blu, he'll surely kill you!" James took a picture out of his pockets, he showed it to Humphrey's face, "Y-You miss her don't you! Why didn't you stop him from doing it!!!" James still holding out the picture, tears rolled down his face.
