This was my RP sample

Having just been released from prison, Mimi "Ini" Miney felt refreshed, the cool breeze flowing through her. She figured she would adapt to continue her fake "split personality" facade, and wandered on the sidewalk, ditzy and disoriented. She knew she could attract attention this way. Having stumbled across a strange building, she looked up to see that it was in fact the former Wright and Co. Offices. She figured she would pay them a little visit...

((Alright, I'll RP as if Ini wasn't there since she wasn't accepted yet.))

Watching Phoenix's imploding reaction build up in secrecy was indeed a funny act; Trucy giggled loudly, hiding behind the court room entrance that led outside to where Phoenix and Max were conversing. She was surprised that he didn't suspect her watching the them, as she was laughing so hard, almost to the point of crying.
This was indeed the best reward for all the tricks she's played on Phoenix and with the sucess clearly read in her mind, she skipped outside to where the two were as her Daddy finished the phrase, "Oh, Trucy's really smart!"

"Awwh, Daddy, you don't have to say that!" Trucy added in to the conversation and blushed gleefully, not at her Daddy's compliment but at the whole scene Phoenix created with Max on the concern of keeping his daughter a virgin.
She kept the reasoning of blushing a secret; Trucy was always good at hiding things for tricks anyways.

"So...about the prosecutor lady...what are we going to do for her, Daddy? And where's Polly?"
Still hiding the hilarity of how her Daddy reacted, she attempted to refrain from laughing and talk normally without giggling every 4 words.

She failed miserably.

"A magical act!" Phoenix said a little loudly for it to be a secret. "And Apollo is out getting supplies. He should be here eventually. Depends on how long it takes him to get a ride." He gave the girl a big smile. "I can trust you to keep the lady prosecutor busy while Max, Apollo, and I decorate, right? I'm sure she'd love to talk to Mr. Hat." Phoenix really hadn't suspected Trucy of spying on them for about the same reason he hadn't suspected that she was putting on a show at his expense. Very little sleep and wine on an empty stomach until that chicken sandwich lurched in there a few minutes ago. Phoenix hadn't really been at the peak of his thinking lately, or for the past seven years for that matter.

"Mimi, please..." A voice was heard behind her. A woman with long red hair, and an aqua colored kimono with a purple and black sash came walking up behind her. She walked up to the group and waved. "Konichiwa, I am Cheryl Blossom. This is my roomie Mimi "Ini" Miney.
"Like, duh, I like, met him before...and like, I hate it when you call me Mimi"
"Mimi......this is no time to argue. Who are the four of you? Are you both married? Have you adopted a child too?"

Phoenix jumped in mild horror at the voice, and when he turned to face the owner he didn't feel any better. He somehow doubted she was happy to see him since he was the one who had her put in jail, but then begrudged feelings were no excuse for being rude. He put on a smile and answered their rather abrupt questions.
"Ah, well my name is Phoenix Wright, ma'am. This is my daughter Trucy and this man here is the great Maximillion Galactica." He held a hand out for her to shake. "No, we're not married."

"That sounds fun! Oh, and make sure Polly doesn't hide behind the couch again when I ask for volunteers for my panties trick! Teehee..." She laughed quietly and thought back to the days when she just met Apollo Justice. Seeing his hilarious reaction entertained Trucy then, and even now -
Which reminded her that Apollo and Phoenix have some similarities : funny reactions.

Once the "familiar face" came, Trucy went into a daze;
Counting how many "likes" Ini used in a single sentence kept Trucy captivated until she finished talking;
she smiled brightly at the red haired stranger that came in only moments later, almost glad that the newcomer ended the madness. ((SPARTA? XD :edgy:

))
Once Phoenix offered a shake, Trucy popped in, "Oh hi! I'm Trucy, professional magician at Wright Talent Agency! Nice to meet ya!" She slightly tipped her hat like any professional magician would do and did a curtsy, her cape flowing smoothly as a small breeze blew.
"...Daddy!" Trucy moved closer to Phoenix's ear and whispered so only he could hear, "Are these people your old clients?"
Still grinning at the two, she added, "And why does she talk...'like' that?"

It was such a long and involved story and Phoenix really didn't want to have to relive it.
"We've met." He smiled. "Briefly." This was the only response he gave to Trucy. Keeping up that smile was starting to hurt and he really needed a drink about now. "I'm going to stop by the office." He informed them all and walked away.

With his hand snatched he didn't really have much choice than to let the woman follow him. He'd hoped to escape the situation entirely, but the persistence of others always had been his downfall. He thought about taking his hand back as he was dragged down the sidewalk, but that would probably be rude on his part. Sure he was kind of an asshole, but he wasn't an asshole about it. Besides, this woman clearly knew where she was going, so while he was being pulled he didn't really have to concentrate on the path. Not that he ever really had to on his own. He'd made the walk from his office to the courthouse so many times that it was etched permanently into his brain. If the city were suddenly attacked by zombies and he joined the legion of the undead the walk would probably be his shambling hunting grounds...actually that might not be too bad.

Dragging Phoenix, Cheryl stopped in front of the building. "Here we are" she said. She walked inside, completely unaware of any danger. She did not realize she would become a "damsel in distress"...

Meanwhile, Ini was blabbing to Max and Trucy about what happened with Phoenix. "So like, Morgan helped me to like, kill that doctor and like, I got caught, and I like, was in prison for like, three days cause like, they like, all ran away from like, me. Ya know, like?"

Max often thought that despite all of his flaws, major and minor, he was relatively good with people. He had to be for his profession, and his time at the BBCircus had tested that to the Nth degree. Trilo and Ringmaster Moe mostly. Even so, he'd managed to get though it, and even became friends with Moe; something that he'd never expected to happen until Mr. Wright appeared.

But somehow there was just something that irked him about Ms. Miney. In fact, everything did. Her hair, voice, looks personality seemed... fake. It was during her incessant babbling when he finally snapped.
"Well it didn't seem to teach you anything." he said angrily "Especially since everything about you is a SHAM!" he began to walk away quickly, but couldn't help turning around towards her. "I mean, you're pretending to be someone you're not, and you obviously've been doing it for YEARS!" he continued as his volume rose to shouting levels "And even now you're living the lie! Do you really like it? REALLY? Somehow I doubt that..." He turned back in the direction he was walking and continued on his way for a few steps before sitting down on the kerb and putting his face in his hands. He had the feeling he was heading for a breakdown, which wasn't what he wanted right now. Or at all.

"Alright, Daddy! Love you!" Trucy called after the wanderer which indeed was her father, and slowly turned her gaze back to Ini. Somehow, something gave Phoenix the right idea of leaving a 15 year old girl with a pink haired magician and a past accomplice in a murder.
Noneless, Trucy was still buoyant and chirpy as she listened attentively to what the ditz was blabbing about.
Still - Phoenix's bedtime stories about the red haired accomplice did not seem to be true for Trucy.
'Come on! She looks as innocent as a fly!' What harm could she do?
Still having doubts, Trucy told herself to keep on smiling until the blabbing ended; however she didn't have to break her own jaw muscles until Max's sudden outbursts. Trucy gave a look of concern over to the tall magician, and cupped her mouth as Maximillion suddenly exploded with comments on how fake she was. True, she proved to be quite the 'mouth' but Max was a kind and good person -
his sudden volcanic eruption shocked Trucy.

She gave a look at Ini, a look that read "He-didn't-mean-all-of-that" and quickly sat down on the curb right next to him. Trucy still had her eye on Ini as if she was percieving her, but that wasn't the case. She'd have to find yet, ANOTHER way to cheer Max up again.
"M-maxxy...did you really have to say that? I hope you don't mean all of that..."
At the moment, she could not think of anything that would lighten him up.
Soft talking would do. Afterall, Trucy was a smart girl. She knew a person's ways.
"Is there anything else on your mind? Maxxy..."

Phoenix walked in second, which was a little strange since it was his place, but then again maybe not. He gathered a few items that he knew Trucy would want, the props that he usually carried for her when she prepared for a show. Not because she couldn't, mind you, she just knew that Phoenix liked to be useful and it was really the only way she could think of besides having him do some things for her back stage or be a plant in the audience. Of course she had Apollo for that now too. Phoenix sighed. He almost missed when it was just the two of them, but Apollo was a good kid. A lot like him at that age. Hopefully he didn't have the same fate.
He wandered over to the wine rack in the corner and picked a random bottle. He yanked out the cork with his teeth and spit it into the sink with the others, then took a long swig of it.

Cheryl walked over to Phoenix, and gently took the bottle from him. She touched his cheek, it felt warm in her palm. She blushed and looked away. "I......like you..." She whispered to him.

Ini looked as if she had just been KO'ed in a fighting game. She started crying loudly. "LIKE, YOU ARE SOOOOOOO MEEEEEEEAAAANNN!!! YOU LIKE, FLAMBOYANT MAN!!!! WAHHHH!" People were staring.

If there had been liquid in his mouth Phoenix would have choked on it. In fact, he was doing pretty well choking on the hair in his lungs. He'd have to teach that trick to Trucy sometimes.
"Have...have we met?" Phoenix was pretty good with faces, and he was sure he would recognized her if he had, but he must have been mistaken, because there she was confessing to him and if she were a stranger then that would have to mean she was crazy. He really really hoped that she wasn't crazy.

The streets of Los Angeles were unusually devoid of people today, mostly due to the unusually strong downpour. It was a terrible day for grocery shopping, but it was that or starve for the hooded woman splishing down the sidewalk. This was what she deserved for procrastinating so long, she supposed.
What made things worse was her lack of proper rain attire; sure, the umbrella she clutched did a good enough job of keeping the robes on her upper half reasonably dry, but that wasn't much consolation to her soaked, cold feet. Straw sandals were a poor substitute for galoshes and socks would have only kept them wet longer. This was one of the problems with living a minimalist lifestyle, she supposed.
Maybe it was time to splurge and buy some casual clothing, at least when she needed to go to town and for days like this. At the very least, fewer people would stare at her....probably. Fashion consciousness wasn't her strong suit, though; she'd spent most of her life wearing acolyte robes and, for a short time, whatever her late sister had told her to wear, so she'd never really learned to put outfits together herself and therefore wouldn't know if something she wore looked hideous.
As the woman approached the store entrance, ingenious clothing combinations like pink blouses and orange skirts filled her head, making her completely oblivious to the crimson attorney charging out the door until he'd crashed into her and knocked both parties to the pavement. So much for keeping her top half water-free.

Oh wonderful, she was crazy. Okay, Phoenix knew how to deal with this. He's had to deal with a lot of crazy people before.
"Okay, just calm down." He put on the most soothing smile he could muster under the surprising circumstances and led her to the overstuffed couch. "Here, let me get you something. We have lots of juice and I think Apollo keeps some snacks hidden in the pots and pans cabinet over the fridge. Oh, I know, a nice bowl of icecream cheers Trucy up! I'll make you some icecream." Okay, so maybe he could be better at it, but he was seven years out of practice. Give the man a break.

Apollo let out a full blown yelp, chords of steel kicking into action as he tumbled into this small woman, and he flopped unceremoniously onto the pavement; the contents of his little shopping trip spilling out across the concrete.
The fruits of his labour (and in the underwear magazine's case, embarrassment) were temporarily forgotten as he focused his attention on the...person in fancy dress? Actually, maybe she was one of those 'acolyte' folk, he'd read a bit about them in Mr Wright's old case files, and her clothing seemed to match...
At the very least, the colour did....?
Shaking his head at his own thoughts, he scrambled up to his feet, wincing at the squishing noises that arose from his now soaked clothes, and offered a hand to the woman.
"Uhh... S-Sorry, I wasn't looking were I was going..." He began to ramble sheepishly, and was about to run his free hand over his spikes by instinct, until he realised that the rain had flattened them to his forehead.

Stickler'd been floating around the underwear magazines for several minutes, as always. Finding his favourite magazine gone, he disgruntedly left the store not before kicking up a fuss about the sub-standard service in the store. I mean, why only order 5 damn issues? He noticed the ever familiar attorney in red clutching several of the dubious magazines. He was going to make an attempt at conversation, but decided against it thinking that undergarments would be too risque a conversation starter, he bypassed the attorney on the street.

Cheryl looked around. "I am not crazy. I can tell that you think I am." She dried her tears. "I think we have met...do you know Morgan Fey? She took me in when I first came here. But she went to prison. I remember when you were investigating a murder in Kurain Village. I was working as a servant there. I remember when you met Pearl. I was watching from inside the guest room. However, Morgan found out that I was in love with you, and shortly before she was found out, she took my arm, and burned it on one of the candles in the great hall. I still have scars." She rolled up her sleeve to reveal burn marks. "I was raped by a man in Kurain, and when I went to Morgan, she refused to believe I was raped, and locked me out. I had no choice but to move. And now, here I am."

Phoenix listened to the horrific story and cringed on the inside. He already wasn't all that fond of Morgan Fey and this was just another thing to throw into the long list of reasons why.
"I'm sorry I don't recognize you." He said softly and smiled. "And while I'm flattered that you're so...fond of me...I..." How many times has Phoenix had to reject people confessing their love to him? This was pretty much it. He wasn't exactly shaking suitors off with a stick. But she saw him once and fell in love? That seemed hardly realistic. "I'm very sorry but I'm...not really in any position to have any sort of meaningful relationship with anyone at the moment. It would hardly be fair to you and...besides that I'm no where near the same person I was back then...you're probably better off just...ah..." The more he spoke the more awkward things became. "Are you sure you don't want any juice? We have great juice." He took a long drink from his bottle of wine on his way to the fridge.

"Nnn..." The woman took a moment to let her equilibrium readjust itself before accepting the young man's help up. "N-no, it's alright," she mumbled with a slight blush. "I should have been paying atten-"
Just as she'd recovered her bearings, the sight of the man's purchases scattered on the ground around her sent her into a panic. "I-I'm sorry!" she gasped as if she'd just rudely stumbled into the middle of a funeral. She rushed to pull the various items out of their puddles, but most were unsalvagable; the magazines most notably. "This, this is all my fault! I'm so, so sorry! I'll make up for it, I'll replace them, I promise! Please, wait here! No, I mean, please wait inside! It's raining out here! You know that! I'm sorry! I'll be right back!"
The flustered woman ran into the store, soiled undie magazines in tow for reference, to buy duplicates to everything the red-clad man had lost to the accident.

Apollo was about to tell the acolyte woman that it was perfectly fine and that she shouldn't get so worried, but she disappeared in a cloud of smoke before he could protest. Letting out a loud sigh, he went to run his hand over his spikes again, once more forgetting that they were stuck to his forehead.
"...Ungh... I've taken ages... Mr Wright is going to be annoyed..." He hung his head slightly as he stood under the store's awning, flicking out his cellphone. Miraculously, it was dry and fully functional. "Better call him..."

As she wandered around the large office, Cheryl came across a dusty picture. She dusted it off, only for the image to reveal a stunning woman, in a black outfit. She had long brown hair, and a strange necklace. "Mr. Wright?....Who is this woman?" She held up the photo with a look of curiousness, the kind Alice had when she first visited Wonderland, minus all the crazy stuff.

"Like, show me the like, magic tricks you can like, do!"
The words repeated in the 15 year old magician's head repeatedly, one word after the other as she patted Max on the back smoothly with the silk of her white gloves.
Comforting one of the two at a situation where a ditzy red head and a pink-haired magician just conflicted in a rather angry fashion was one way to help....
But what about comforting the other as well? And what better way to do that than magic! Trucy thought as cheerful as ever. Magic always brightens the crowd! She smiled to herself, and slightly turned the brim of her magician's hat.
Standing up spontaneously without another word, she enthuastically replied to Ini, "You want some magic? You got it!" And in a less than 10 seconds, a tall figure arose from Trucy's cape once again, fit with it's own flowing cape, topping it's own wooden head with her own silky hat.
"Ta-da!" Trucy exhilarated, hoping this time it wouldn't make a certain tall magician cry again.

"Hello, My name is Mr.Hat," The figure began to mouth with it's own charming voice,
"How do you do?" Trucy beamed at Mr.Hat, and replied, "I'm doing swell! How about you talk to those two?" Magicially, the ligenous character turned to Ini and Max's direction, and tipped it's hat, imitating Trucy.

"We do just about everything here!" Phoenix told her with a bright smile and wandered about the place fetching whatever props Trucy might need. "Mostly we're a talent agency, but I've just gotten my hands on a fresh new lawyer so I'll be adding detective and law services soon." He told her as he gathered the items into a large bag and wandered into the kitchen. When she asked him about the picture he leaned back so he could see which one she was talking about. "Oh! That's my old mentor Mia Fey!" He told her and went back to selecting a nice bottle of wine to indulge with.

"Is there achohol in that?" exclaimed Cheryl, as she pointed to the bottle. She looked back at the picture, a look of worry hit her face. "Where is she? She seems interesting." Cheryl sat on the couch, and looked over at the window. She could make out small amounts of dried up blood below it, even though the office was redone. "Phoenix...there is dry blood here...but it looks as if it has been here decades!"

Phoenix's eye rolled over to her as he held the bottle up and drank its contents. She was asking a lot of questions he didn't really want to answer because answering meant he'd have to think about it. Still, they were asked and if he didn't give some sort of reply she'd likely not leave him alone about it. The bottle made a dull pop when he pulled it from his mouth and the contents sloshed about.
"I've been meaning to get new carpet in here." Phoenix shrugged, deciding to ignore the first question entirely. "And she died a long time ago." There was a lot more sadness in his voice than one who knew his history might expect. This was mostly because she hadn't really been dead to him until a few years ago when he realized that her comments on no longer being needed had held true and he was really never going to hear her voice yell objection in the courtroom at the time he needed it most, or see her laugh through the eyes of her little sister Maya. He took another long drink of wine and slid the strap of the bag he'd stuffed onto his shoulder. "We should head back." He smirked in Cheryl's direction. "People might think we're doing something naughty."

Cheryl looked down at the floor. She walked over to Phoenix and put her hand on his shoulders. "I'm sorry...I am sure she is alive...somewhere." She smiled. "It must be hard for you to deal with all these murders." She noticed a blue beanie cap and picked it up. "Oooh, how cute! Is this yours?"

Phoenix ruffled his spiked hair as the cap was pulled off his head.
"Trucy made that for me!" He said with a bright happy smile. After Cheryl had looked it over he took it back and put it back on his head. "It took her an entire year to knit it. She wanted to surprise me on our first Christmas together, but for a magician she's surprisingly bad at hiding things." He laughed. "Then again that might just be from me."

"Back to the court house, I just wanted to save Truc the trip to the office since I was coming here anyway." Phoenix shrugged and walked through the opened door with a smile and a nod of thanks to the woman who opened it. He took another long swig from the bottle, leaned backwards inside from the doorway, and set it on a nearby table. When he popped back up he smiled at Cheryl again and made his way down the sidewalk.

Cheryl followed behind Phoenix, happier than she ever was before. She thought this person was extremely nice. Twirling her long red hair, she walked past Phoenix and turned around. "May I...have a sip of that? I've never had wine before..." She asked, curious about what it tasted like.

Phoenix hummed something off key as he walked back to the courthouse. It looked like Trucy was showing off Mr. Hat to Ms. Mini and Max was sulking on the sidewalk. He'd half expected to see Apollo there, but when he didn't he went for his cellphone. It rang just as he was about to dial the number.
"MacMillan's House of Pancakes on fourth street. Our syrup is made of boysenberry hopes and butterscotch dreams. This is James, would you like to hear today's specials?" He answered.
