Kyon woke up, at the same time he woke up everyday, to go to school. He got dressed, brushed his teeth, all that stuff. He grabbed his bag, and headed out the door, to his daily hike. Here I go again... He saw the other students walking to school ahead of him. He didn't know them, so he just ignored them for now. He came to the stairs, which meant he was almost to the school. He went up the steps, and saw the big school. School was never so much of a big deal, that is until Suzumiya came along. He walked to the class. Strangely, Haruhi wasn't there. She's late...? That's weird. Not that he exactly wanted her there, but she wasn't usually late. He took his normal seat, by the window, right in front of Suzumiya's desk. He looked around the class. Everyone was talking, but school hadn't exactly started yet, so it was normal. Kyon put his head down and took a rest.

Haruhi strode through the door and walked over to her seat. She saw her friend, Kyon, sleeping on his desk. She dropped her bag down onto her seat, letting it clatter and bang loudly. Seeing that it did not wake her friend up, she slammed both hands into Kyon's shoulder blades and yelled, "HEY, KYON!" Satisfied that her outburst would wake him up, she jumped back into her seat before Kyon noticed who did that. Though, he would've anyways.

((There was a Haruhi RP before, but it died due to the creator, PhoenixTears, quitting RP. ^^ WOO HARUHI))

He had fallen asleep, but not for long. He was soon awoken by the one and only Haruhi Suzumiya, overlord of the strange! "...Ah!! Wh-who's there!?" he turned around, to see Suzumiya in her seat, acting like nothing had happened. "Oh, it's just you. Why are you late?" Again, not that I really cared. Just curious.

Then the third... was it the maid outfit? He cleared his mind.

((Alright, so this is my attempt to join an RP that I know nothing about! XD All I've done was read about it, so I've gotta use that knowledge XD Also, I already tried posting, my computer was being really stupid, and restarted, and deleted everything I had written! :larry:

So, I'm going to try again, after I post this profile...))

Personality:
Itsuki is constantly smiling and always speaks in a formal and polite manner. He is also prone to giving long and detailed explanations, usually illustrated by exaggerated hand gestures. Itsuki has confirmed to Kyon once that his outer personality is merely an artificial image he fakes in accordance to Haruhi's impression of him, and hints that his true character is something quite different, being "less pleasing" in the eyes of others. Maintaining his casual, constantly smiling self, however, is vital for keeping Haruhi's mentality balanced. Kyon himself thinks that he prefer seeing him smiling instead of looking melancholic, although the feeling makes him uncomfortable.

Out of the four Brigade members, Kyon is the least fond of Itsuki. He often finds himself annoyed with Itsuki's plastic smile, his willingness to acquiesce to Haruhi's outrageous schemes, playful teasing and his various forays into his psychological and philosophical theories (e.g., omphalos hypothesis, Anthropic principle, etc.). He is also distrustful of Itsuki's intentions, comparing him to Yuki Nagato when it comes to deciphering his expressions. However he gradually begins to trust Itsuki, especially after he made the promise in the Snow Mountain Syndrome events, where he promised to stand by the side of the SOS Brigade to fight against its enemies, even if the 'enemy' is "The Agency". Itsuki's fondness for speculation often causes him to produce explanations for situations involving the SOS Brigade, its members and related events. Ironically, Itsuki can only share his theories with Kyon and also enthusiastically plays different kinds of board games with him to pass the time, despite losing all the time, although Kyon suspects that he may be doing so on purpose.

Although Itsuki was named official second-in-command by Haruhi for providing the Brigade a place for their vacation/mystery investigation (Remote Island Syndrome Part I), this title appears to be little more than formality since, in every aspect, Kyon is still technically Haruhi's right-hand man.

Itsuki Koizumi, an incredibly bright and young student at there school. Probably one of the smartest. Itsuki seemed to be dribbling something in his school book, probably a doodle, or possibly some unfinished schoolwork, who knows? While he was doing so though, he looked around the schoolroom, and what he saw made him smile. Just the fact that Haruhi and Kyon were there made him happy, but then again, there always there, because, well... they have to be! But non the less, it made him think, about the job he has to do, and so on. But his trail of thinking was soon interrupted by the school bell, signifying that it was time to start. So he grabbed his pencil, and... continued to scribble things down.

But I'm also very tired >.< Anyway, can't wait till we get further in =D Tell me if I did something wrong (I don't know how I could have though XD) and I'll do my best to fix it =D))

((My best editing skills at two in the morning, with only five hours of sleep from the past three days >.< I'm tired... XD I'll do better tomorrow.. I can't think straight right now... XD In fact, I'm so bad, that I have typed so many spelling errors. I just went back to fix them, which I really did not want to do >.< XD lol))

((The only thing you got wrong was the seating order XD Kyon is next to the window, and Haruhi is behind Kyon. It's kind of sort of a big thing, but not so much. It definitely makes Suzumiya more able to mess with Kyon, though ^^))

Appearance: She wears the normal school uniform, has long black hair in low pigtails and wears a necklace with a pendant hidden under her shirt.
Personality: Never makes the first move when meeting someone, but quick to open up. She's also the type of person that knows a lot of random information and skills that aren't common or expected of her. (ex. She knows how to handle most power tools and has an extensive knowledge of the language of flowers)
Cute on the outside, but surprisingly blunt when it comes to her inner thoughts. Also, you DO NOT want to piss her off.
Club: None, unless someone wants to drag her into one...
Species: Slider (can travel between parallel dimensions at the same moment in time) (Her pendant regulates rifts between dimensions)

((Just figured out some classrooms. Kyon and Haruhi go to class 1-5. Itsuki goes to 1-9. I haven't figured out Yuki or Mikuru's. (Yuki has to be a 1-something and Mikuru a 2-something)))

"I'm so sorry I'm late! I got lost..." Natsumi spazztically bowed to the teacher after rushing into classroom 1-9.

The teacher responded without taking his eyes off of the board: "Ah, the transfer student right? Introduce yourself then sit down at the empty seat." The teacher then apathetically continued writing down examples on the board.

"Ah... um..." Natsumi looked around the classroom nervously, recognizing most of the people from her dimension. However, she had no idea how much their personalities deviated from the ones she knew.

She gave the class a flustered smile. "I'm Natsumi Hiraisen. N-nice to meet you!" Giving a swift bow, she darted off to the empty seat and hid behind a notebook she pulled out of her bag.

Itsuki smiled as he nodded to Natsumi's greeting. He continued to smile that smile of his, as he watched her walk towards the desk right next to his, on the right side. He wrote down some thing in his school book, but his gaze kept shifting from Natsumi and back to his work. He then turned his head to the right, and smiled as he spoke in a soft tone, just so he wouldn't get in trouble."Nice to meet you as well Ms. Hiraisen..."He grinned, and continued to speak."It is nice to see a new face around here, its been rather boring not meeting new people..."And he meant that in the nicest sense. He chuckled lightly, and spoke."... So its always nice to see somebody new."He stated with a smile. Then, he had a look of shock, and he chuckled nervously."Oh! I am terribly sorry, I forgot to introduce myself! My name is Itsuki Koizumi, it is a pleasure..."He cut himself short there, but then again, you can end a sentence like that. Considering the fact ESP can make you detect things that other people wouldn't have, and him being an Esper, and having it, he knew the teacher was going to look back at him, so when he cut himself short, after he finished the sentence he nodded with a smile, and continued writing in his school book. But you could tell he was slight disappointed at the fact he had to stop.

((Hmm... again, tell me if theres anything to fix :payne:

((I just watched that video about five times as I was writing this post before I saw your link. XD))

Natsumi let out a muffled squeal when she heard someone talk to her. She just shyly looked at the classmate talking to her, watching from just above the notebook still hiding her face. After a few moments, she recognized the male: Itsuki Koizumi.

Natsumi quickly ducked behind her notebook to hide her disdainful expression. The Itsuki she knew was a distasteful flirt that always hit on Haru-pyon (her nickname for the Haruhi from her dimension), and occasionally the other female SOS brigade members. She looked back up after convincing herself this Itsuki was different. After all, the first thing the her Itsuki did when they met was hit on her.

By now Itsuki had gotten past the greeting and remembered to introduce himself. He stopped halfway through though, and hastily returned to his work. However, he seemed disappointed.

Huh...? If you still have something to say then- oh. The teacher walked down the aisle between the two as he lectured. If Itsuki hadn't stopped, they'd have been caught for sure. Right. Esper powers. Or the power of keen observation. Works either way. Once the teacher walked past them, she smiled back in reply.

"So, Suzumiya. What do you have planned for the SOS Brigade today? Nothing... too out of the ordinary, right? I didn't get hardly any sleep last night, so I'm tired." he said, looking at Haruhi. He looked out the window, to see a random kid crash on his bike. He cringed as the kid flipped over the handlebars. Ouch... he must be really late...

Haruhi sighed. "Oh, I don't know, Kyon. Do you have any ideas?" She also watched the kid kiss the sand, his face smashed against the dirt, while twirling her yellow ribbon with her finger. "I know! Let's go on a midnight Esper hunt!" she grinned, the sound of the idea music to her ears, which obviously blocked out Kyon's whining about his energy. "We'll get ready after school at the headquarters, and then meet outside at twelve, sharp! Then we'll hunt all night and come back to the school at 6! Won't that be fuuun, Kyon?" She turned around to face Kyon and put on a semi-serious face. "And if you're late, you'll get the death penalty."

((OK... thanks! =D All I know is he speaks in a refined manner, he's very nice, and kind, and likes to make theories with unneeded hand motions, and over explains things, and that he is an Esper... and a few more things, but thats it >.< But still, thanks! =D And really? XD Its funny XD Especially the end lol XD ))

Itsuki seemed to be working hard as the teacher was walking by, just so that the teacher didn't expect him of anything."Lets see..."Please write down the first twenty letter/numbers of pi..." hmm... this sounds challenging... wait... when did we do a lesson on pi!?"He slammed his face on the desk, knowing that this was just about impossible, just as the teacher passed him. And luckily the teacher hadn't noticed him.

He slowly raised his head up, and switched his gaze back over to Natsumi, and saw her smile, he just smiled back, and gave her a friendly nod."Hmmm... I didn't expect the new student to be so... well... cute? If that is the right use of the word. Something tells me I should keep an eye on her... and so I shall." He continued to smile at her, he turned his glance away for a second to write down something on his paper, where that question was...

"Impossible!"

He sighed in relief at his work."Whew... glad that is over with..." He then looked at the next question, and sighed at it..."Lets see... next question is... "Why?"..."He ended his trail of thinking there, and started to think about what to answer with...

"Why not?"

"There! That should be suitable for them..." He paused for a second, then he looked around, noticing that the teacher had gone back to his desk, and seemed to be napping at the moment. So he leaned over slightly, and spoke again."Terribly sorry about that Ms. Hiraisen, I will be sure it doesn't happen again..."He stated with his usual smile. That comment just made Natsumi hide behind the notebook even more. She wasn't sure if it was embarrassment or an attempt to hide an 'I knew it' expression. After all, no matter how hard she tried to convince herself that people in other dimensions were different, essentially they were the same.

((Sorry 'bout not posting often. Juggling summer school, driver's ed studies, handsewing an anime plushie, and trying to finish reading 657 chapters of Detective Conan before mid-August is hard. X_x))

Natsumi finally put down the notebook after telling herself for the 269th (she counted) time that this Itsuki wasn't the Itsuki she knew. However, she still had a flustered expression as she looked back and forth between Itsuki and her paper.

No longer intent on hiding her face, Natsumi finally got a chance to read the questions. 'What came first, the chicken or the egg'...? Well, duh the- ... wait a minute. Why is there even a question like this? She looked skeptically at the paper, then leaned over toward Itsuki's desk so he could hear her:

"Ano... what class is this again? These questions have nothing to do with each other..."

Appearance: Black, long hair that reaches her knees, her bangs cut straight cross, right above her eyes. Her eyes have Heterochromia, meaning they are two different colors. One blue, one green. Short, around 4'9, and very pale. Dresses in dark style clothes, and accessories, and carries around a backpack with bat wings, and two dolls at all times. The dolls dress similar to her, and, blindfolded, with bandages over their eyes.
Personality: Distant from people, and talks to pure air. She also forms conversations with her dolls. She doesn't like talking to people, but, she will pry when something catches her interest.
Club: None as of yet, but, has a strong interest in the mysteries surrounding Haruhi.

((Aren't espers and psychics the same thing? They both use esp.

Then again, I guess it's easier to keep it that way to have a distinction between those in the Organization and those who aren't....))

(( Espers don't see into the future or anything though. They have offensive and defensive powers, and I don't see any mind reading stuff done by Itsuki. I'm only going by the Espers in Haruhi, though. Its been awhile since I've seen the series, so, I'm probobly a tad rusty. 'Sides. Can't Itsuki only use his powers inside closed space?))

Itsuki was writing some things on his paper, until he noticed that Natsumi was leaning over to him. He did what he should and leaned over to listen to what she had to say, and when she did, he only raised a brow, looked slightly puzzled, then laughed lightly."Actually Ms. Hiraisen, the problem isn't this classroom... the problem is within itself..."He pointed at the teacher that was still sleeping."... It seems our teacher got a little bored over there..."Itsuki just smiled and chuckled lightly."I just thinks he wants us to see if we can really answer these silly, yet, challenging questions..."He continued to smile as he shifted positions to where he faced her a little better."... But that is only my theory, I might be wrong, but that is the only explanation at this point."Itsuki said as he unnecessarily waved his arms around, making up his theories again. But he still kept a smile on, as it indeed looked like he was enjoying talking to this new girl.

Kimiko walked the barren halls of the highschool, dolls in hand. She was happy chatting with them, obviously not caring about how the other people stared. She wore the regular unifrom, but, she wore it differently. The red bow was instead black, as was the belt for her skirt. She wore a black jacket over her top, much like Yuki did. Her legs where covered with stockings stripped black and white. Her high pitched giggles rang through the hallway. "Elizabeth! Please, don't speak in such a tone in class!" the girl said, her voice high pitched and sweet. She spoke to one of the larger dolls that sat on her shoulder, dressed in a white and grey dress similar to nun's ear. It was blindfolded with white bangages. The doll was a Ball Jointed doll, at was about 2 feet tall and porcelain, as was the other doll. She slid open the door to the class room, as which, the working students looked up, their eyes burning into hers. Kimiko stared blankly at them. "Mary doesn't like it when you stare..." she said, upset, hugging the other doll close. The students went back to her work as Kimiko made her way over to her seat, next to a rather bored looking brown haired boy. She sat down, and started to play around with her dolls, posing them, and fixing their clothes.

Suddenly, the door to the classroom opened and a young man with white hair, a green hirt with a tan vest, black pants, a visor over his eyes, and a mug of coffee in his hand came inside the room. "Blacker than a moonless night.... Hotter and more bitter than hell itself.... That's coffee," he said, taking a sip from the mug. He walked to the desk usually occupied by AJ Miyazaki, and started to chug down his coffee. Little did the class know that the Godot that walked in the room was AJ Miyazaki. However, he disguised himself so well that no one had any idea. It's just one of AJ's many "normal" skills, as he would say. AJ was also a time traveler, and came to this time period on his own accord. No one in the Brigade that knew of AJ's powers had any idea why, but it may be because of Mikuru.

The visored man caught Haruhi's eye, too. "Hello! Wow, you look strange! Are you an alien, esper or a time traveller?!" she asked all at once. "What's the visor for? How come you look so old? You don't look like you deserve here!" Question after question, she asked him.
