Around the office he's usually wearing his red and white Miskatonic University letterman's jacket he got on the fencing team with a white shirt and blue jeans, but when in court he wears a black suit with a red tie.
Bio: Simon was born in the Bronx. With the crime riddled streets, he felt a need to defend himself, and took up fencing with his nerdy older brother. Eventually his brother was murdered, so he decided to become a prosecutor, and is currently attempting to get a PhD from Miskatonic University, but in his off time has an internship at the prosecutor's office.

Bio: He's new to being a prosecutor, and thus is very shy. He's known to follow anyone he finds, and take notes, despite passing law school. He rambles on when he does talk though, and is a pain in the backside. He has no parents, and will not talk about his past to anyone. His name might not even be his real name.

Bio: A veteran prosecutor, who has returned from a short holiday in Scotland. He has a long standing win-record (25 years, only losing once), but he's completely honest, and will never cheat. He is usually a jolly person, but he is short tempered. He is a good friend of most of the prosecutors, and usually mentors the new ones.

Bio: Hardly ever smiles, but has a true heart. Known as the 'demon prosecutor' he only loses cases when he is certain the defendant is innocent. He used to be as ruthless as the Von Karmas.

Her shoes are short, black boots with 4'' heels. She wears black, leather gloves and is never seen without her whip.

Bio: Born in Germany, daughter to the notorious Manfred von Karma, has a grudge on both her "little brother" (Miles Edgeworth) and Phoenix Wright. ((Sorry, I had to shorten it.))

(( I figure we have enough now ))

The clock chimed 3 PM as Howl busted through the office door. He threw his Briefcase and dress jacket onto the couch and collapsed onto the overstuffed recliner. It was a strange way to celebrate a win... but nobody had bothered to tell him different. He looked out into the huge window placed on the South wall. The window, almost the entire size of the wall, was somewhere he looked often after trials. He felt... calm... every time he looked out it. He was nearly lost in the beautiful trance the afternoon nature life had cast, but the constant tip-tap of someone's shoes approached near the door. His trance disappeared, and the door opened.

((Okay. Long as you're sure.))
Sheila Axiom walked through the door of the Prosecutor's office, where she saw Howl in the recliner.
"Hello, Howl. I take it you got another 'guilty' verdict?" she asked, sitting in a nearby chair and reading through the case file. "Hm...Some of these cases are the most baffling things, you know?" She read the case back over. "Like this one, where the client died from drowning...In a bathtub."

Howl deeply sighed. "Yes, another Guilty verdict." He then closed his eye and leaned his head back. "How the heck does someone drown themselves in a bathtub? I guess if you're desperate to get outta this world..." Howl paused and laughed eerily. "...then I guess anything goes."

"There was a suicide note and everything," Sheila said. "Looked like a suicide to everyone on the force. Then Ms. Sandra Castro, a private investigator, walked in. She pointed out reasons why it wasn't a suicide and investigated this case until she came to the conclusion that the defendant did it." She smiled. "Ms. Castro has not been wrong in all her years as a detective."

Howl looked onto Sheila. "So a trustworthy detective? I haven't seen many of those around." Silently, he readjusted his eyepatch. "I mean, don't get me wrong. Winning is winning no matter what happens behind stage... but I just don't get that satisfying feeling when dirty work is done. That's why I run solo nowadays." He reached for his briefcase and reopened the settled case. "... and lately, I've noticed that's been working well for me." Howl threw the files aside. "So how did your last case run? Guilty I presume?"

"The defense attorneys always look so defeated when they lose. It's like they never even considered the possibility their client is guilty," Sheila replied. "But, this time around, I lost. Ms. Skye was too focused on the scientific processes of the case and makes careless errors because of it. But Ms. Castro never makes such mistakes." She read back over the case file. "And Mr. Credo won't win this time around..."

"Determination. The flame that begins the fire of truth." Howl smirked. "Or the destruction of murder." Howl couldn't get over that word; murder. It could mean so little, yet could explain most everything that went on in court nowadays. It also lingered with him since those accusations years ago. Howl stood up from the recliner and headed over to the file cabinet, searching for the files. He had no need to find the files, He knew them frontwards and backwards, and as it stood, he'd never forget them. He fingered through the files and came upon two files with red tags on them, and the defendant's name blacked out in pen everywhere it appeared. He stood in silence looking at these files, completely omitting the world around him.

Sheila looked at Howl with a bemused expression.
"Murder benefits none," she added. "It is the job of us attorneys to find the truth, but sometimes, it never comes out." She sighed. Then she saw Howl dig through case files. She didn't bother to ask about them as she read over her own file.

Howl muttered those words. "It never comes out..." He closed his eye and put the files back in the cabinet and locked it. He returned to the recliner and decided to get onto a different subject to ease his mind. "This... Wright fellow," He began. "Is he really as good as they say he is?"

"Yes," Sheila replied. "He's only lost once, if I recall. It's not just about winning for him. He's just intent on finding the truth." Like me.

Katrina rushed into the Lobby of the Prosecutor's Office. "Goddangit! Why did my car have to stall!? Mr. Edgeworth is NOT going to be happy. He was a bit of a stickler for the little mistakes she made. Punctuality being one of them. Last time she was late he made her re-organize three 1000 page Court-Dockets. Page. By Page. She walked to the elevator and went up to the High Prosecutor's offices. She hoped to be successful enough to have an office up here one day. She walked down the corridor, and passed an open door. An oddity on these floors. Most of the seasoned prosecutors up here kept to themselves. So she backtracked a few steps and peered in.

[OOC: Just as a guess, I think it would be safe to assume most of the people here know Katrina? I mean I don't think it's a regular occurence to have an intern at the Proscutor's Office, much less one working under Edgeworth.]

"Oh, hello," Sheila said kindly to the stranger peering through the doorway. "Come on in. We don't bite...To my knowledge, anyway." She placed the case file down. "So, uh...I don't think I've seen you around here...Are you a new prosecutor?"

Arron finally reaches the office, after staying up late researching a case "*Sigh* Another day at the office, should of had more than one cup of coffee this morning." *he walks into the building and pushes the corresponding button on the elevator for his floor. Once reaching the destination he proceeds to open the office doors, immediately noticing Howl perched out on the recliner.* "Another tough trial, or did you finally admit defeat for once Howl?" he said walking twords the espresso maker.

Katrina raised an eyebrow. "Ms., uh... Axiom, right? No, I'm the intern..." She glanced around quickly. "Is Mr. Edgeworth looking for me... I really didn't mean to be late. But car troubles and such... I hope I don't have to sort things..." She frowned. She didn't have any kind of mutual dislike or hard feelings to Mr. Edgeworth, but sometimes he could be a bit of a pain. But she looked up to him...

"Yes, but you may call Sheila," Sheila answered. "Oh, you're the intern. I assume you have a name, Miss...? And yes, Mr. Edgeworth has been asking for you."

Mr. Payne walks into the prosecutor's office late as usual, another all nighter. "Yes! i beat another rookie. i take pride in beating people who are far less experienced than me. it compensates my lack of skill in court. i mean, how often is a person run over by a piano by accident? please." he walks over to get some coffee, flipping his newly grown hair along the way. that stuff really works! noticing the other prosecutors, he says, "hello fellow equal brethren prosecutors! err... nice day today!". failing to start a conversation, he goes to his own desk, where a looming pile of papers await him.

Katrina cursed under her breath. Hopefully Mr. Edgeworth would understand. She looked towards Sheila "Katrina Rainsford. You can call me whatever you like though." She smiled, then headed off to Edgeworth's office.

Prosecutor Rose Thornebush entered the lobby just in time to see the High Prosecutor's intern trying to get to his office just in time. She also saw Ingmune sitting on the recliner, presumanbly coming from a ssuccesful case. The other prosecutors who were there were Sheila Axiom, and Arron Tense. "I presume Payne just went to his desk, seeing that he is not here in the lobby?" Rose asked them, while walking towards the elevator. "And I see that you have just been acquainted with Edgeworth's temporary assistant. You'll see her everyday, although I doubt she'll make a good prosecutor, seeing as she's always quite a bit late.

"Soon enough, tardiness will have more severe consequences than Mr. Edgeworth yelling at her," Sheila said. "But I believe she'll make a fine prosecutor someday." She sat back down. "So, how did your case go? Did you get the 'guilty' verdict?"

She stopped to answer Sheila. "As always, though this defense attorney, Kristoph Gavin, was certainly a challenging opponent," she replied. "It was actually weird, because this guy actually wears nail polish, plus his veins turn into the shape of a skull, but enough of that. Your case went fine as well, Miss Axiom?"

"No. A certain Edward Credo bested me," Sheila said. "Thanks to Detective Skye's careless errors. But that won't happen this time. There's a private investigator on the case and everything, and the PI has never arrested the wrong person."

"did somebody say kristoph gavin? yes, yes, i taught him everything he knows in court. i remember him on his first case, you should have seen him back then. i know people were raving about his skills before he entered court, but i don't see what all the fuss was about. he was nothing before i gave him a few pointers. he only won his first case because of a fluke and the poor investigators. plus, i was going easy on him because i felt sorry for him."

"Detective Skye? You mean the Chief Prosecutor's sister?" she asked, remembering that Lana was once a detective, and was released just a few months ago for helping former Police Chief Gant. Ema just came to visit her sister, but was assigned to a case immediately, since she was in the country. "Hm. Yes, she may be careless, but her sister was never known to make a mistake, even in her detective years. Such a disgrace, this new detetcive. Well, I must be going. I have to file paperwork for the cases. The Chief Prosecutor would be disappointed if the files came in late."

Katrina returned to the group. She looked sullen. Edgeworth had given her a heavy berating, but says no punishment for her today. He told her "You're attendance record is stunning, but puncuality is a must! Now I understand that with your elevated courses and packed schedule, but try and be here as soon as you can Katrina!" Her duties for today and the remainder of the week were to get to know the other prosecutors in the office. She remembered from an earlier lecture "...they are your allies. You need to be able to rely on them when times become desperate and you need an extra head, or pair of hands...". So she decided to come back down and meet the other prosecutors.
Katrina returned to the lobby and then informed everyone of her assignment for the day.

"Bye, Ms. Thornebush," Sheila said to Rose. "See you soon, I guess." Then, Katrina walked in and explained her assignment.
"I couldn't agree more with Mr. Edgeworth," she responded. "You'll want to get to know us. Well, you already met me. So, anything you wish to ask, I will answer."
