Pierre sighed checking his watch impatiently "Almost time to begin....wonder who'll show up?" he said glancing nervously at the door before making his rounds of the mansion.

"Food.....check, band...check" he said glancing at the band setting up on stage and the banquet laid before him in the main hall "And I want you to be on call tonight in case any of our guests require additional food or special requests" he paused thinking for a moment Cat is a Vegan after all "And prepare a vegan dish for the table" he added as the chef nodded quickly before walking off.

"Games room and bar....check" he said surveying the variety of games including standard pool tables, dartboards and a variety of games consoles amidst other things for entertainment "I hope this will be enough..." he said glancing outside at the pool brightly lit up by assorted Christmas tree's positioned around it. "Knowing the others, they should be pretty entertaining themselves without requiring all this" he chuckled to himself while the barman cleaned a glass contentedly in the corner behind the counter.

"Well then....I guess the Christmas Party can begin..." Pierre said as he strolled back to the lounge and sat in a comfy leather chair with a glass of milk.

Merry Christmas People, this is just a place for us CR-ians to hangout in a Christmas Roleplay, presents can be gifted on the 25th if you want, games can be started up and wild parties can commence.

Provided you are within the rules of course....
So No Godmoding and all that.
No wonton destruction of property (it's not THAT kind of party).
Understand that by posting here you are part of a party, you are expected to socialise. Don't post here if you are going to be antisocial and emo.
No heavy weaponry, there's a place for that.

Also this RP is supposed to be about YOU not 'generic original character#1' so please no original characters this is just a place to chill.

Pierre smiled as the front door opened wide revealing the small party of guests that arrived "Welcome one and all to my Christmas Mansion!" he said getting up and throwing his arms out wide before going towards them "Please allow me to take your coats and anything else I'll just put them in the cloakroom" he offered ushering them inside as a squad of butlers assembled to aid the guests in anyway.

Moving swiftly up to Neo Pierre grinned broadly "Hey Neo welcome to the party please just give your coat to one of the butlers they'll make sure it goes somewhere safe" he said sliding a candy cane into his hand before moving past him. "Glad to see you made it Cat, I'm having the Chef prepare a special treat for you" he chuckled as he shook his hand heartily exchanging a small vegan candy cane in the process before moving to attend other guests. "Electro, glad to see you could make it looking smart, hope you have fun tonight!" he said patting the boy on the back and giving him a candy cane before sidling past him to Panda "It's a pleasure to see you panda looking radiant as always" he said bowing to her "I trust some of your delightful little ones will be along later?" he asked offering her a candy cane.

Overwhelmed? Shocked? Surprised?
A combination Electro had never felt before. Being as young as he was, Christmas parties weren't particularly classy to him. All other Christmas parties he had been to were discos, so he felt a little out of place.

Cat joyfully took the candy cane, excitedly anticipating the peppermint treat. He decided to greet the other guests, after shaking Pierre's hand.

"Hey there, Electro, Panda, Neo, Owl, how are you guys doing?" He said, candy cane hanging from his mouth. Cat hadn't been to a Christmas party before, and was very excited.

Panda returned Cat and Pierre's greetings with a curtsey and accepted the offered candy cane. "I'm hoping my daughter will be coming, I'm not sure the boys will come, but you can't have everything I suppose!" she laughed. She surveyed the room, wondering how Pierre had got it to look so....well, magical. It reminded her of all the reasons she loved Christmas.

Pierre gulped as the sudden inrush of guests began to fill the foyer "Well I hope they show up it'd be great for them all to be here" he said to Panda "Please excuse me for a moment" he said apologetically before dashing between the new guests dishing out candy canes before striding to the top of the room. "Attention please ladies and gentlemen" he said "Welcome to the Court Records Christmas ball, Secret Santa's and games can come later" he said waving his hands above his head to grab their attention "Please give your coats or any belongings you don't want to carry about to the butlers they'll put them in the cloakroom for you." he said nodding at the butlers all bowing including the one holding Neo's coat. Pierre smiled brightly "The ballroom and food are to the left, Cat the chef is preparing some Vegan food for you please forgive the lack of preparation" he added glancing at Cat "Games room and bar are on the right, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and the heated pool is outside if any of you fancy a swim." he said taking a breath "Now go and make merry the band will gladly play any requests you fancy, trust me they are extraordinarily skilled with lots of instruments" he laughed as the band broke into a christmas tune from the ballroom.

Neo's mind trailed off when Pierre said "Make merry." It was an unusual statement, and sounded familiar...where had he heard of that phrase before?

'Come prince, let us make merry together' rang a feminine voice through his mind.

"Dang it." Neo thought. "I need to lay off Persona 4 for a while."

Neo put it behind him and wandered the place for refreshements.

Pierre chuckled "Neo...there should never be any reason to lay off Persona 4," he reassured him overhearing his statement before pouring himself some milk at the refreshments table. "So what do you think? Was hard to get everything together but I figured such a magnificent setting would be required for Christmas" he said looking up at the tall Christmas tree decorated with lights.

Elsewhere a monicle-wearing butler with a suspicious scar down the middle of his face placed a hand on Electro's arm "Excuse my Sir, I assure you this event is purely for your own enjoyment, you need not arm yourself here" he whispered quietly before removing the knife from his pocket and returning to the kitchen.
