In the year 2015, gaming has advanced. It has made it's way from being entertaining to being a completely new way of living. But, it hasn't had enough flair to the people that want the games to be realistic. So, in 2009, the company of Netco started working on a revolutionary game system. It would allow you to go inside the game, and make it as realistic as possible. Netco finally finished the technology that could posses such powerful games. They announced it at E3 2015 and started working on the first game to be released that would also be the launch title. It would be a first person shooter that followed the events of a fictional war between man and machine. The story will follow the development team that consists of the original 5 that pitched the idea. As soon as it is created, the team beta tests it. When they slip the arm and leg pads on, they are automatically in the game. When they are finished, one simple little bug appears on one of their pads. As soon as they get back into the real world, the bug mutates, and becomes a physical being. Soon, all of the enemies start to enter through the game console. But, they can only be seen with the arm and leg pads on. If worn too much, you can stop knowing what is real and what is in the game. An unknown force is destroying San Diego and threatens all the people. The team that created the game are the only ones that know how to stop it and they must at any cost.
The RP will advance in this manner:
1. The development (The setup. This is where we plan anything and everything we want in the game)
2. The Beta testing (This is basically where we figure out what can kill the enemies and what can't. Also, it let's us set up the main part of the story.)
3. The Glitch (And here is where the real story begins. All the events in this part are when the team is destroying all the enemies that went into the real world.)
Rules:
1. No God-Modding
2. No superpowers
3. No skipping time
4. Try to stay on topic
5. No sexual or offensive acts
