Guybrush Threepwood stepped into the pirate saloon and sat down amongst the degenerates at the bar.
"Get me one grog, please," he asked the barkeep. The man gave him a mug and eyed him suspiciously. "I ain't seen you around here, blondie. Who are ye?"
Guybrush grinned confidently. "I'm Guybrush Threepwood, Mighty Pirate (TM)! I'm here on Piranha Island to look for the legendary treasure, 'Le Déjeuner Des Rois'!" As he stood, he knocked his grog onto another pirate, who turned and threw a punch, which missed and hit the pirate across.
Guybrush ducked out of the way and jumped outside. In the evening twilight, he looked at the sun and sighed. "I guess I should be used to that by now," he muttered, gazing out at the calm Caribbean waters.

Personality: Uncharacteristically nice for a pirate. He likes to help people, unless he doesn't like them. He is very loyal to his wife, Elaine, and is extremely resourceful. He also has a habit of picking up anything he finds interesting.
Appearance: Tall and skinny, with blonde hair and a small beard. He wears a blue jacket, with a white shirt underneath and a satchel on his side. He has long blue pants, and shiny brown shoes.
Other: He hates porcelain, and can breathe underwater for ten minutes.

Personality: Amara was an orphan since birth. Left to fend for herself, she has become experienced with the ways of pirates and other such people. Skillful at navigation, she is very sly and strong, despite her age, always seeking adventure and danger.
Appearance: Has long black hair which is hidden underneath a blue bandanna covering half of her head. Wears a long-sleeved, loose white shirt, a dark green vest and black pants. Carries a hidden knife at her back and a locket with a tiny blue diamond encrusted inside.
Other: She has photographic memory, and has a thing for getting herself into dangerous situations, barely making it through every time.

Guybrush Threepwood made his way down the harbor of Piranha Island. "To find the 'Dejeneur Des Rois', I'll need a ship and crew. Nothing gets in the way of Guybrush Threepwood, Mighty Pirate (TM)! Well, except maybe porcelain."
When all of a sudden, he found a boat he could use. On the side, it read, "Phantom's Eye". Guybrush knocked on the hull loudly. "Helloooo? Can anyone hear me in there? It's Guybrush Threepwood, Mighty Pirate! Man, I gotta stop saying that."

Personality: Willy is a very eccentric man. He is mostly seen telling people their fortunes and preeching about how a sacrifice a day keeps the evil voodo magicks away. (Yes I spelled it with a k) He'll give anything to have a little action in his life, because the life of a voodoo priest isn't all that fun.
Appearance: Around 4' 9'', a very short man. He has waist-length black hair knotted into dreadlocks. He wears a green robe decorated with the bones of many small animals, and some humans. He has dark skin and dark eyes.
Other: Althought not many know it he is a very good cook. ))
Boko stumbled out of his shack just in time to hear two men talking about a treasure. "A'scuse meh mistahs, boot did'ja jus' seh sumtin' about a treasuh?" He loked up and asked the two men. "Becuz' if'ja did I'dda be happeh to com'a lon' wit you two ann'a keep dah bad voodoo magicks from'a killin' you two." He smiled revealing a row of very dirty, very yellow teeth.

Personality: A somewhat experienced seaman, sailed with the navy briefly but wasn't officer material so quit, unfortunately insubordination isn't tolerated well by the royal navy so they left him in the first port they encountered. It is here our laid back seaman begins his adventure. Now rather than seeking a comfortable life he seeks freedom and riches and possibly a way home if he gets round to it and figures piracy might offer these thrills he seeks. Perfectly happy doing simple tasks as opposed to the more combat orientated side of sea living. Is quite a ship enthusiast.
Appearance: A pale blue bandanna is wrapped around a bald head. Has a rather large square jaw and a broken nose from a fight with Navy officers. Currently still wearing mostly royal navy uniform minus the hat. His white trousers are quite dirty however. The Navy confiscated his cutlass as Navy property but he managed to steal away with his pistol
"With a hi hi ho and a hi hi hey..." Oassu muttered to himself as he strolled down the docks in the sunshine. Those god damn Navy types, soon as they're done with you leave you high and dry he thought quietly settling down on a box by a ship to collect his thoughts Probably would have left me on a rock if there was one nearby he concluded removing his bandanna sadly to wipe a few beads of sweat from his bald plate. A few loud shouts and some unusual laughter from the ship behind him pierced his thoughts. "Well I suppose I should seek a ship out of here" he said to himself before hopping off a box and moving up the boarding plank to the docked ship "Ho there!" he said in greeting waving a hand in greeting before swiftly donning his bandanna to hide his bald head. "I don't suppose you could tell me where this ship is going could ye?" he asked.

He was interrupted, however, by a sailor calling out to them. Guybrush shrugged sheepishly. "Actually, I have no idea. But if it's a trip outta here you're looking for, we're on the same boat." He thought for a minute about what he said. "Hehe, well, not yet, am I right? Ok, I'll shut up now. What are your names, anyway?"

Personality: Dawn's often calm when everything is normal and can make split second decisions that usually win the trust of her crew. She's a famed treasure hunter, and has a somewhat big ego to go along with it.
Appearance: Black hair tied up in a ponytail. Has a liking to wear navy blue jackets, and blue bandannas. Carries a tattered backpack with a couple books and a sabre with her at all times. Her eyes are brown, and she wears a red scarf.
Other: A very good treasure hunter, and often knows more than most about the affairs of the world. She owns a ship called the Red Dragon. ))

Her continued questions about where he came from made him recall his most recent adventure, when he foiled LeChuck after actually going to the land of the Dead and coming back as a zombie then a normal human being. He told her the story emphatically, leaving out only the embarrassing details.

The Mighty Pirate (TM) looked up to the ship and to the rope ladder. He climbed aboard and put his foot on the railing proudly. "Ahh, nothing like the sea, huh?" he reveled, looking at the crew. "Hey guys!"

Guybrush nodded. "I'll take a tour of the ship, sure!" It would give him a great oppurtunity to observe his surroundings a bit. You can never be too careful.
