Seeing himself unable to escape the virtual reality, today he's trying to excel at both his job in the game and other jobs as well, so he would be an omnimaster. Honest and dedicated once he sets his mind into doing something. Does his best to be cordial to everyone.
INSHOUsername: Insho

Age: 19
Job&Species: Human Warrior
Appearance:
Cody is a tall, "strapping" young man with an almost infectious disposition (that being naturally cheery). He has heterochromia, with his right eye having a green iris, the left, brown. His outfit is a thick leather-armor, colored a dull tan, with matching bracers and boots. He always seems to have an empty scabbard for a particularly big sword slung across his back...
Powers: What he lacks in magic, Cody makes up for in physical power and dexterity. He has very high physical strength, and an impressive speed for his size. His defining feature is his expertise with his weapon of choice, the sword.
Bio: Cody has been in the game for months, yet really doesn't regret it. back in his old life, he felt like he would never amount to much, and was almost complacent in accepting that, until he came across the game. Deciding to walk the path of his iconic heroes, knights and fighters, he chose to become a trained warrior, and has succeeded to walk that path. At one point in his travels, he took up the art of blacksmithing, eventually becoming skilled enough to make a special weapon, a sword, into which he poured his heart and gave the name Muramune. Fast-forward about a month, and Cody finds himself the victim of thieves, robbed of his single greatest treasure.
SLEZAKUsername: Slezak
Name: Jay Slezak and Jeremy Slezak
Age: 21 and 26, respectively
Job&Species: Jay and Jeremy are both human magicians with a bit of an agility boost due to their self-defense training in "real life".
Appearance:
* Jay: He is about the average height and weight, has medium-length very dark brown hair, hazel eyes, and usually wears blue outfits. (Starting outfit: lightweight blue shirt and shorts and black running shoes, a black case strapped onto his belt to carry inventory items, and a silver bracelet dotted with blue gems [which holds mysterious power somehow] on his left arm)
* Jeremy: He is just a smidge taller than Jay and a bit thinner, has shoulder-length bright (nearly-glowing) blonde hair, green eyes, and usually wears green outfits. (Starting outfit: almost the exact same as Jay's except his is green, but he still has the black running shoes, inventory case, and bracelet that matches Jay's, also worn on his left arm.)
Powers: Jay is not very shocked to learn he has an affinity towards electrical-elemental spells, whereas Jeremy is perfectly cool with using water/ice-elemental spells. They're slightly white-magic (Healing, buffs/debuffs) focused but also like dealin' out the damage as well, and if this game had alignments, they'd both be neutral (out of lawful/chaotic)/good (out of good/evil) (They both believe in order without sacrificing individuality). They'd focus on defending their allies, but don't mind attacking enemies at all either. Friendly casualties they cannot remedy hurt their morale significantly, but not devastatingly (They're aware death must happen, but it's always heartbreaking to see a friend fall).
They cast spells through body motions like any good wizard/sorcerer/magician does and record spells they learn into their own "spellbooks" (which are just sketchpads that came from the real world carried in their cases), but on-demand, the motions they make somehow create music (a power hidden within the bracelets perhaps? Who knows? Not even the brothers know.), which means they don't have to necessarily cast a spell as the music they make can give the party boosts or change their mood. They can also use any kind of weapon for physical attacks, even their bare hands if they must (Which can make some interesting note patterns as well!). They also hope to gain some summoning skill, but not off the bat or for a while, for that matter. Forming such a close bond (and probably with the aid of the bracelets), Jay and Jeremy have developed a mental link and can communicate telepathically, no matter how separated they become from eachother. They can also perform combo moves together if they're in the same battle, at the cost of some MP (and the other brother's turn for that round), but they can create some interesting harmonies together and deal a lot of hurt to the unfortunate target.
Bio: "The J-twins", as Jay and Jeremy have been called (even though they're not actual twins, just really close brothers), are freelance investigators/detectives, though they ARE certified. They have a fascination with the paranormal and things that cannot be explained (as well as music; they LOVE music... did I mention how much they adore music?). They received the materials to make the mysterious bracelets in a package from an anonymous sender and they assembled the unusual charms on their own, following the instructions within the package. Because of this, the bracelets have adapted to the brothers' personalities and somehow, have acquired supernatural powers even in "real life", and the brothers keep them on as often as possible because of how important they seem to be. The brothers have had many adventures and misadventures, so they have a lot of experience despite their young age. Nothing like what is transpiring now has happened before, though, at least as far back as Jay and Jeremy can remember... which isn't particularly long ago, actually.
One day, When the brothers started reading reports of people entering a "catatonic state" and not being able to come to after the victims bought, installed, and logged into a mysterious virtual-reality role-playing game, they decided to conduct their own search and each picked up a copy of it with the full intent of investigating the cause of the "loading interferences" and figuring out a way to escape that fictional universe and bring as many people as possible with them or even just repair the log-out system (if the players are willing to go, that is... Some people seem to enjoy video games so much they don't mind living in one forever, forsaking their real [or otherwise] life in favor of a different, illusory one. At least, that's what the J-twins have realized and gathered from experience.). They don't know if they'll get anything out of the game (other than entertainment, excitement of the mystery, and meeting new people) because you'd think with virtual reality, since YOU'RE in the game, your real-life "stats" would increase. Nevertheless, they'll do the best they can to "level themselves up" as much as possible before they find the answers they're seeking.
They're jovial, polite, and love meeting new people and making new friends, though they occasionally give off a philosophical aura of seriousness that may put some people off (and, occasionally, can get too serious for the moment). Despite this, they can be humorous and even wacky at times, always enjoying a good laugh. They're all seriousness when it comes to important situations though and can spout some deep comments when they're feeling like it. As far as the virtual-reality RPG goes, they'll never forget they are inside a game and will do what they can to make sure nobody around them does either. If worse comes to worst and they can't find a way out, which they know all too well might happen (though it'll take some serious skill to make them give up the chase), they'll do what they can to enjoy it, spending their remaining days doing stuff inside the game, knowing all too well the world well-and-truly "around" them is passing them by...
THE END! Phew.
