"Ben, you've taken me to some odd place before," Athena scowled as the two of them entered the hotel. "But why the hell did you bring me to this place!"

"Well," Ben started, apparently never thinking about a reason. "This was the place where that defense attorney died, right? I mean, don't you want to pay your respects?"

The blue haired defense attorney turned on her dim-witted partner. "Listen, Ben. First off, the attorney you speak off is Mia Fey, of whom I've had little relations with, so I have no reason to visit her death sight. Second this wasn't the place she was murdered. The place was the Wright and Co. building right next door. Third..." she slapped him upside the head.

"Ow!" He shouted, covering his now read face. "You didn't have to hit so hard."

"If I didn't you would feel it," she replied coldly.

Erie walked into the large lobby of the Water Gate-er- Gatewater hotel. His phone buzzed in his pocket and he reached in and pulled it to his ear.
"Hello? Yes Mr. Rodson, I'm here. " He said in a whisper. He came here on an assignment. To kill a young man in room 123.

He sat down in a small chair, his briefcase set by his feet. He had a black suit with a bright yellow tie. He was kind of noticable.

In the midst of all the commotion and conversations happening in the room, a young girl with soft black hair reaching to her shoulders walked into the check-in area. Her light blue eyes shining violet in the light of the hotel. She silently squeezed past the people and got through to the counter where the clerk was, and requested a room. "Oh, excuse me, but if you aren't to busy, I'd like a room. Nothing to fancy though," she said with a sweet smile on her face, "Maybe one with the Wright & Co. in view?" The girl looked around in surprise as many people yelled out remarks like, "HEY! THAT'S MY ROOM!" and "NO IT'S MINE!" The girl turned back to the clerk and added, "Well if one is free I'd like a room please. Violetta Blue. Ace Detective and Lawyer in training, sir." With a smile she received a key to a room that had a decent room of Wright & Co, maybe not the best though. With a sickly sweet smile on her face she bid him adieu and entered her room for the night.

After hearing the boy say that, Jay thought about it for a second. Then...

"I know Detective Gumshoe better than YOU ever will, man, and I can safely say he does NOT 'just slow us down'! He does his job pretty good. It's just when Phoenix Wright's on a case, he can't help but... help him out. Gumshoe and Wright are really good friends! Just like I'm his friend too. Plus, if I recall correctly, Gumshoe has actually SAVED PHOENIX'S LIFE a couple of times. Remember the case of State v. Powers? I'm sure you don't... Well, that's just one example of how Gumshoe got Wright out of a tight spot, so don't be dissin' the good Detective, 'kay? 'Kay!"
