Maya's Matagma. It lets me see the locks on peoples hearts.

My cell phone. It has Text, call waiting, and it was just stolen.

Iris's Cell Phone. Iris has it. Dahlia has the battery.

That would be me.

Maya Fey. Mia's sister. The Master of Kurain Village and the Kurain Channeling Technique.

Dahlia Hawthorn. Dead Serial Killer. Has been Channeled into a new medium's body. Bears a grudge against Mia and Maya Fey.

Iris. Dahlia's Sister. Lives at the Hazakura Temple.

Ameture Channeler. Used to channel Dahlia Hawthorn. Believed to be kidnapped.

Leon Nihil. Mysterious Vigilante. Wears body armor and a mask. Works for Dahlia. We dont know why

Mysterious Hotdog salesman.: There is something myterious about that hotdog salesman..

Clark Riven. Suspisious Character last seen with missing medium. Wears a mask. I wonder why.

Phoenix slept in the Winding Way's side room, waiting for Maya to return from the new medium's first channeling. Usually at this time Pearls would go out with Phoenix and Maya to get hamburgers. It had become sort of ritualistic, but Maya's first duty was to be master of Kurain. And so, Phoenix waited...

His stomach rumbled. He woke up, and said to himself, "Man, this channeling is taking forever. I suppose the channeler is new." His stomach rumbled again. "But could she get it over with already?"

Within the dim Channeling Chamber of Fey Manor, two presences stirred. One of those, a raven-haired woman who was and was not the young medium hired to perform her first professional channeling earlier that day, had just unlocked the door sealing her in the room. She slowly and quietly cracked the door just enough to see the attendant sitting outside. The sight that met her eyes caused her to reel back and silently shut the gate again.

"Maya Fey?!" the woman hissed at the other person in the Chamber, a masked man wearing an ivory tuxedo. "Why didn't you tell me she was sitting right there?"

Leon stood behind the doors with his gun in his left hand. He was walking up behind Dahlia. When she turned around he simply replied. "..you didn't ask." Then he shrugged. "Whats the problem this makes our job easier, and faster." Then he hid behind the other door, ready to jump out.

Maya heard the door unlock, and gave a slight jump. She didn't even hear conversation going on, much less a finishing of the channeling. She walked away from the heavy doors and faced them, waiting to either congratulate or console the new medium. Channellings are hard, after all.

Phoenix sat up in his mat. "Ugh.. its impossible to sleep on this stomach." He looked out into the winding way. "C'mon, Pearls. Lets go check on the channeling." He got up and walked into the blinding bright light. He stood still to adjust.

"Idiot!" the woman snapped at her 'servant.' "Even if we could get away with it in broad daylight, doing it right now would be completely meaningless!"

She fell silent, hearing motion outside. "Great. Great. We have to talk our way out of here somehow," she muttered, pulling her hood over her head. "I could leave for a while, but I don't think the medium would be so cooperative next time..."

Leon would sigh. "..I dont HAVE to help you, you know." Then he chuckled. "..who am I kidding? Alright, we'll need to talk our way out, but remeber we have guns, they are our trump card. Nearly no one carries a gun in Kurain Village. I'm wearing a mask, so they cant see my face, if anyone is going to break the law, I'll volunteer." He walked out the door with Dahlia neer him, her hood was up so her face would be hard to see. "..lets just walk out and see if they stop us." he whispered to her.

Maya saw the new channeler walking out of the chamber. She was standing unusually straight, but that was a usual side effect of channeling. She was standing right in front of the doors as the pair walked in. Maya noticed the Hazakura hood on the channeler. "Good choice on the hood!" She said. "So, how did our new medium do in there?" She leaned forward to try and see under the hood, tilting her head playfully.

Phoenix saw the hooded figure walking out of the room, and called Pearl over. "I think they're finished, Pearls. Let's get going." He continued toward Maya.

Urk... the robed woman thought to herself. She put her hand to her mouth and faked a coughing fit, hoping it would get the Master to keep her distance. "T-thank you, Mystic Maya. I am unworthy of your praise..." she wheezed in a scratchy voice.

From under her hood, the possessed medium caught a glimpse of the approaching man. It took her an enormous amount of self-control to keep from flinching. PHOENIX WRIGHT?! Could you have POSSIBLY picked a worse day to do this, Leon?

Leon would try to grab Maya by the sholder. "..She is an exellent channeler, but I think she wants some time to rest, she seemed terribly tired afterwords." He then turned to look at Phoenix Wright, and put his hand on the gun in his chest, not yet pulling it out, so it was still concealed. He gave a fake smile to Phoenix, then walked back to Dahlia.

Maya frowned. "Aww, that's too bad. Thanks for offering to take care of her." Phoenix walked into the room. He offered, "There's still an un-slept in mat available in the winding way's side room."

The woman gave a silent nod of approval and followed Maya's lead, lowering her head further as she passed the spiky-haired man to avoid locking eyes with him at all costs.

He walked beside Dahlia twords the winding way. He was looking directly at Phoenix, why? So Phoenix in turn would look directly at him...and NOT Dahlia. Then they would get to the winding way and he whispered to Dahlia. "..so what now?"

Phoenix locked his gaze with the mysterious man. "What a wierdo..." he thought. He decided to wait in the room outside the channeling chamber for Maya to return.

Maya led the channeler and the man to the Winding Way's side room. She beckoned for the channeler to lie down in the mat, and turned to the masked man. "Excuse me," she said to him, "but she needs her rest... so..." She waited for him to take the polite hint.

Leon sighed standing up. "Your are correct she needs her rest. Lets leave her alone." He stood up to leave, but waited for Maya. He wasnt going to leave untill she did, giving Dahlia the period alone she needed. They would be in different places, but Its not like Leon was hard to find anyway, he wore a tuxedo and a mask.

Leon took the hint. He obliterated his better judgement and followed Dahlia's. Nodding he turned around and walked into the Winding Way. He stood in the little area with the Insinerator, waiting.

Maya walked into the doorway of the area outside the channeling chamber. "You can stay if you want," she called back, "but it's going to get pretty boring here. Unless... you WANT to stay for her..." She walked out, and the sound of a little girl giggling was heard. She started to leave with Phoenix.

Leon would sigh. Then he would open the door and slip out heading twords Phoenix and Maya. He figured they were going out for hamburgers, so he walked into a bathroom and switched masks. He then made a few adjustments to his white tuxedo using some random red fabric from the Winding Way, and made a makeshaft Burger Stand Vendor. He ran outside, tipped over a box and called out to Phoenix and Maya. "Hamburgers! Get your Hamburgers! Everybody loves a Hamburger!" He said in a fake voice.

Phoenix and Maya walked out of Kurain but turned to hear the shouting. Maya jumped up and down. "Common Nick! Lets go get a Hamburger!" "..Maya, its just a stand, lets go somewhere good."
"But Nick! That man walked all the way to Kurain to sell hamburgers! And remeber how good the Samurai Dogs were? They came from a stand too." Nick simply sighed.
"Fine Maya, lets go." He walked up to the man. He looked at him for a few seconds then shrugged it off and said "Alright three hamburgers please."

Leon smiled however he did not have any hamburgers to give. He sighed. "I'm sorry we just ran out of hamburgers, but you see that place over there?" He put his arm around Phoenix with his left hand, using his right hand to point twords a city. "They have great Hamburgers there." While he talked he pulled Phoenix's Phone from his pocket. "I'm sorry to have wasted your time." Then he waved to them and walked back to Kurain. He changed masks back and ripped the extra cloth off and then returned to Dahlia. "...here you go." He said handing her the phone.

Phoenix sighed. "What was that all about--" Maya stamped her foot down. "Come on, Nick! We're getting hamburgers if it's the last thing we do!" Pearl jumped and said, "Come on, Mr. Nick! If it's the last thing we do!" Phoenix slumped over and thought, "(Why all the finality to this?!?)" He headed for the train station with Maya and Pearl.

He walked out of Kurain and to a car that was driven up to the side of a street near the village. The windows were broken on the sides and the car appeared to be on even before they entered. "...its hotwired. Or we could just take the train." He turned to look at Dahlia.

Leon sat down and shot off twords the mountain. He stopped the car at the base of the mountain, and got out, he diddnt have a key, so he just let it stay on. "What did you want here, besides old memories..?"

He continued to wear his white mask with the purple scarish line on its left eye. "...Is this better?" He looked at himself and sighed. "Why did we want to bring Iris here?"

Iris headed out from Hazakura Temple right after she rang the lights out bell. She snuck out, as she didn't want Bikini to find out she was meeting with someone late at night. Iris thought that she might get worried...

She walked along the path to the bridge, sighing as the stars above her began to be covered by storm clouds.

She sighed. "I'll have to move quickly if I want to see clearly."

Dahlia decided to join in on the sigh-fest. "Leon, asking questions like these really makes me question your credentials. I want to speak with my sister privately. The best place to do that would be in an isolated little hovel like this."

She paced around the room while loading her firearm, mumbling something about the place being a dump and why couldn't Iris bother cleaning up once in a while seeing as she spent all her time up here in the boonies so what else could she possibly be doing here, then moved to the corner to the lefthand of the entrance to the training chamber.
