In short, there shouldn't be a Frank West, or a Brad or Jessie (unless you REALLY WANT THEM in the RP!). But we will need an Otis (who will call the survivors to get them to help others), and people to act as other chars who I will PM later on.
Basically, when you RP in this, you realize there will be spoilers, and that they will NOT be tagged. If you don't wanna be spoiled the ending of Dead Rising, DO NOT RP OR READ.
IF, however, you do not care about spoilers, have beaten the game already, or will never play it, then please, read on.
What we need are:
- Survivors (that will either fight or converse in the Security Room when they find stuff on the security monitors.)
- Psychopaths (The people that have to be fought, that went partially insane because of the zombie infestation. Can appear as normal characters early on before the attack actually happens. Give them crazy attitudes, watch Deadrising videos if you need ideas.)
- Convicts (There will be some, just like in the game, at Leisure Park. They'll be driving that Jeep as well. Just need one or two people to RP as them.)
Other than that, I believe we'd be set.
Here's the bio rules I want you to follow:
- Can be any age
- Any attitudes welcome, and the game is VERY gory, so it may end up this way in the RP. If you feel that you wish it to have restrictions, PM me or post as such here. Let's not get out of hand, however. Excess gore and violence is unnecessary, but there will be a moderate to high amount of it in this RP at the very least.
- Have fun! You can be any char from the game if you wish, or make a new character!

Name: Clay Kalingo (Yes, the same Clay from the old Zombie Survival RP. Being remade for here. And a last name change, since I can't remember his old one.)

Appearance: Rough hairstyle, has no certain taste in clothes except that he despises purple, pink and orange. Likes to wear hats sometimes, mostly because he doesn't care about his hair.
Personality: Clay is serious. He normally does not joke around, and when a situation arises, he's the first one to react. He looks out for others, and usually doesn't care about himself.
Other: N/A.
The RP will start once we get some more people in here.

And I said if everyone willed it, I would allow a Frank to be in the game... however, I don't think there should really be a 'leader'... most survivors will be splitting up on missions. There can be leaders set for each of those, if necessary. You know, a leader for each mission.
Also, I will leave it up to all of you what we do about the hours. Whether I do it alone in each post, or whether everyone can be trusted to keep up with it themselves (Some posts won't be in line with others, and will have to be tagged with how much earlier in the story it should be). That is left up to all of you.))

Appearance: Short for her age, Skinnyish wearing baggy cargo shorts (Men's shorts if you must know..for all the pockets! The end of the shorts hit her about mid-calf) A black t-shirt with the BFG creed on the back with a dark purple long sleeved shirt with holes for her thumbs (Goes over her hands a bit)
Personality: Ryn is a bit off her rocker, something in her childhood started her saying one thing, "Mew!" or any variation of the word. Acts somewhat cat like and is quite bouncy unless her "intuiton' make her think other wise...At that point, she will act much like a frightened child..but with more control (Yeah...Done typing XD)
Other: Starts out with a Katana (Strapped to her back) and a baseball bat

Appearance: Long, yellow hair. One yellow eye, the other blue. Moderately short and thin. However, after the infesation, he become mutated from whatever caused the zombie outbreak. Afterwards, he has a mane of orange hair, and has two three-pronged long claws on either arm in place of a hand.
Personality: Quite relaxed, but instantly attacks people who annoy him or enroach in his territory.
Other: Has retrograde amnesia.

Yeah, you can be any char from the game (We don't HAVE to have an Otis, since everyone's gonna have transceivers and there will be one or two people staying behind in the security room to alert the parties of survivors or psychopaths.
And sure, you can be Carlito. Of course, this RP won't entirely follow the game, so I don't expect to see Case 7-2 happening in the game (unless you really want it to, of course), but I do hope we'll get to fight him more than once. :D (Assuming you're making him psychopath again)

Technically, the chara you created is a mutation XD But he could just be inbetween human and zombie (in the middle of the zombification process), so he's fine.
99% of Psychopaths aren't zombies at all, and will never turn into such (there are none that are even partially zombie in Dead Rising), but your character is fine. It's more interesting as a mutation.

Once a couple more survivors join, we shall begin. Also, I would like all survivors to note whether they'll be saved later or they start in the security room or the helipad (from being dropped off by Ed, the pilot).

Appearance: A tall Mexican with short, lazily brushed back black hair. Brown eyes and the bags under them seem to give off the vibe that he doesn't sleep for days at a time. He wears a pendant around his neck and seems to value it highly. He also seems to have a thing for butterflies, as they're incorporated into the design of his white shirt and his belt which hold up his classy black pants.
Personality: A rather dark character. It's nearly impossible to gain his trust. Especially if you're American. He has a short temper and can be incredibly violent, but has a softer side that only his sister can see.
Other: He hates Americans because of what happened to his home town, and won't hesitate to shoot at anyone.
I suppose Max/Franziska and Ron/Dessie. You should too.

A helicopter dropped a man onto the roof of the mall. "So this is the mall I was sent to investigate?" He jumped off the helicopter onto the roof. The pilot yelled to him. "I'll see you in 72 hours, don't be late!" The man yelled back at him. "Alright I'll get my scoop and meet you back here. Yet another day in the adventurous life of Kevin West, Ace Journalist." He sighed as he walked down the stairs into some kind of security room. "Wierd... its empty." he walked into an elevator and walked out ariving in the Entrance Plaza seeing a bunch of people barricading the main door. "What the hell is going on?" He asked as he saw hundreds of zombies trying to break down the door. He walked up to a man and took a picture of him pushing up against the door holding the zombied back. "Oh ya, that'll make a good headline. 'Zombies Invade Mall.' Perfect!"

Clay jumped back, having grabbed a 2"x4" before hearing Kevin speak. "Alright, you head on up there, I'm gonna see if I can't drag any survivors up with me." He then began whacking zombies over the head with the 2"x4", looking around for more survivors in the Entrance Plaza. "COME ON, EVERYONE! GET UPSTAIRS! MOVE!"
((The reason I did this last bit is because in case any of the RPers wanted to start in the Entrance Plaza, they can start posting.))

"Sorry!" came Otis' shout. "We already welded the door shut... I don't know how to unweld it! We have another entrance through Paradise Plaza though... come on through there!"
Clay swore under his breath, and ran out of the hallway back into the Entrance Plaza. As he guessed, it was swarming with zombies. He took his 2"x4" and whacked zombies as he ran through the crowds and to the gate separating the Entrance Plaza from Paradise Plaza. He quickly found the panel that opened the gate, and ducked under it as it malfunctioned and slid back down. He turned around to see more zombies. "... Shit!" He waded through those too, looking for any survivors. "Hello? Anyone there!?"
