A man was walking down the quiet street. The sun was just starting to rise over the nearby hills and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. He put his hands into the pockets of his brown leather jacket to keep them out of the cold wind that was blowing. He felt the keys in his right hand and smiled. It took him a long time to get them and now it was time to move on to the next chapter of his life.
He enjoyed walking. It was good for him. He breathed in the clean air of the quiet little town. He had stayed with his grandfather on a farm on the outskirts of town one summer. 'I wonder who all is still here?' He thought. 'Will the remember me?'
He finally came to a small, one story, run down green building in the center of town. The paint was fading, the windows were all broken, and the entire place was in a state of disrepair. Donald Serrot let out a sigh, adjusted the fedora on his head, and grabbed a hammer. It was time to start working on the coffee shop he always wanted to open.

Phoenix walked round the corner and saw Don working on the shop. Phoenix walked to him and said '.... Don, you were always strange....' And then realised he was'nt mad, he was just working on the shop and asked 'Do you need some help?'.

Don looked at the colors. "Hmmm... Well, I'm centering the shop around the theme "The Fragrance of Dark Coffee". Probably a dark brown would be good. But not to dark. I don't want this to be a dark place that people won't want to go to."
Don looked at the paint some more. "I think we need to work on the building more before we worry about paint though." As he said this a window fell off and shattered on the ground.

Soan nodded, then went into the back again. He came out with a dark kind of brown, similar to Donald's description. "This okay?"
In the back room, however, there were fingerprint on the walls from where Soan had been testing, using his middle finger on his right hand.

Set got the message. He had converted Soan's watch into a transmitter to call him. Just now wasn't the best time. He fired one bullet, and it didn't do much. He swore. "Kevlar." he identified. Why his employer had decided to get involved with the mafia was beyond him. Anyway, he decided to shoot the person who was holding a grudge against his employer in the leg with a tranquilizer. It kept him asleep, and he left it in the boot of Seth's family car. John would find it. Anyway, he had a call to make. Set turned, and ran down the street.

Don saw Soan cut himself. "I think I have some bandages inside." he said, "Wait here." He went inside to find some bandages. He looked at the peeling wallpaper and the roted floor boards and imagined what it would be like when it was finished. He could hear the jazz music and smell the coffee. He could see the people at tables talking and enjoying the coffee.
He walked into the kitchen and opened some of the drawers until he found an old first aid kit. He took it outside and gave it to Soan. "You can take care of that cut." Don said. "We don't have any running water so I'll have to get a jug of water out here so we at least have something to drink. I have my phone with me. Here, let me write down the number." Don gave Soan his number and headed into town. 'I hope those two don't destroy the place while I'm gone. 'Don thought to himself.

Daisy stared at the building doors. "Did Somebody just walk in there..." She said to the air next to her. She didn't really think anybody went into places like that... unless they needed help... She went up to the door and opened it. "Hellooooo." She called out.

"Wow! Really? This will be so much fun!" Violet dug into her bag and grabbed her sketch book. She usually drew people, but this time, it was designs, "Any colors you absolutely don't want? Any patterns you don't want? Any certain designs you would like? Any certain colors? Hehe..." Violet had already started sketching when she asked Don these questions.

She looked up, and turned her sketch book to face the brothers, "Check it out!" The picture held many striped designs for the walls, tables and chairs. They all had numbers in them, and the numbers stood for a color that was put at the top, "It's fun to design. It isn't exactly my area of art, but I'm open to new things!"
