If someone has a webcam attached to their computer, whenever that person is typing, the webcam will be activated and record the user so the rest of us can spot nervous tells to see if they're lying. This way, "pics or it didn't happen" is a thing of the past.

People whose opinion differs from that of the majority are prone to getting downvoted, discouraging them from posting their opinions even if they aren't breaking the rules by doing so. In addition, users who are just generally popular are prone to getting upvoted no matter what they say. Essentially, Court Records becomes a YouTube or Yahoo! comments section.
