Same thing here; when I first played Ghost Trick, I beat it in three days, then only picked it up again once. That's the only problem I have with visual novels like that and GS, there's next to no replay value.

Thats not true, I have actually played both series and beaten them more than 20 times. :hotti:

Why? Why would you want to play them again? When I get 100% in a game like Zelda or Mario, I generally never play it again for a long time, since I see no reason to play them as I've already got everything. I have ADHD, so maybe that's the problem.

Are you sure you mean ADHD? ADHD makes me think more that you stop mid-play cause you get distracted doing other things... or I'm confusing this with ADD.

I sort of do the same. I don't play AA much anymore, because I know the cases in and out. I still play the odd case off and on, but only because it's one that I either somewhat like or want to make sure of something. Like, figure something out. But it also happens that if I finish a game, I start a new playthrough right afterwards... cause I had so much fun.
But if I 100% a game, depending on how long it took me or how tedious it was, I would take a break.

I think that cosplaying as Phoenix would be pretty easy. All you would need is a blue suit, a red tie, some hair gel, and voila! I think he's one of the easiest characters to cosplay as.

Just use hair gel and/or hair spray and spike it back in the right way and you can do it. You have to have juuuuust the right length of hair, though, not too short and not too long. I've seen people pull it off.

I'd like to cosplay sometime but I am not the best at sewing, I don't have the money to buy any pre-made costume and overall, I don't think I'm extroverted enough to pull the acting part off. That is what would scare me, if I cosplayed and went to an Anime-Con. Everybody wanting to take a picture of my cosplay and having to act a certain way when encountering a certain character cosplayer.

Like how EVERY SINGLE Aerith cosplayer I see HAS to make a Aerith-praying-Sephiroth-about-to-stab-her picture. Because by god, we totally need that a million times.

I actually have material for Aerith's dress, I wanted to make it myself but I never found a pattern for it. Speaking of easy cosplays, I'm guessing easiest for me to do would be, like, Grell from Kuroshitsuji. I already have green eyes and am pretty much blind and helpless without my glasses. (I'd like to cosplay Sebastian... but considering the glasses thing, I guess I'd have to, like, cosplay his tutor/professor form...)

And yeah, a ton of cosplay ends up looking weird cause the hair is so hard to pull off...

Well, you don't have to be sociable just because you are cosplaying. I suppose it's almost impossible to avoid some photos and comments, but if a cosplayer approach you, you can tell them to go the hell away anytime you want. However, I don't see the point in going to an anime convent without socializing a bit. Yeah I guess you can stay by yourself looking around, but most of the times, there's always a group of interesting people with tastes in common.
But of course, it's not everyone who feels comfortable with this kind of situation.

Grell? He is that androgynous character, right? I think I saw one girl cosplaying him one of these days...

There are never any conventions in my area, so there isn't an opportunity for me to cosplay. Thus, I've never done it before. It'd be cool to dress as Lupin III or Okabe Rintarou, though.

For a while, there were three stray kittens living near a shopping center in my neighborhood. The vet's office there has been trying to catch them for a while. No idea if they succeeded, but I haven't seen the kittens for some time. The father? A cat living with one of the residents. Spaying and neutering are good ideas. It's standard procedure at the shelter I volunteer at; any animal brought in that can be sterilized is sterilized.

*sigh* I've been thinking about neutering her for a while now, but I'm so paranoid that I fear something wrong might happen during the procedure. I have problems with trusting my cat to any vet (yeah I'm that paranoid) but soon I'll do that anyway.
Btw I already admire you for your volunteer work. You seem to care about animals and I respect that.

Well I can only tolerate a large crowd for so long... my husband went to a convention once and he said it wasn't all that fun. But I never went to one yet, mostly because I never had the money to go or was too young to go on my own and my mother wouldn't join me or they were never close enough, back to the previous part. I'd like to go, see what a large mass of anime and game fans would be like.

I'm sure I could stand the crowd and all that, but I would like to be left alone at times... I would go with my husband, though, even if I have to force him. So I have at least one person I can "hide" behind if it gets too much for me.

Grell isn't exactly androgynous... (at least not any more than Seb) but he's the shinigami who wishes he was a woman so he could give birth and is absolutely in love lust with Sebastian. Which is another good reason to cosplay him, I can easily pull off the fangirl side when seeing a Sebastian cosplayer. And I have been contemplating on dyeing my hair red.

Use the whip on her! And by whip I mean one of those cat toy whips. Smack her tush with it, she'll love it. We bordered a cat for a few weeks and she went into heat. Bothered us at night with meowing and my mom smacked her tush with the whip and she loved it.

As for the spaying, I know it may seem paranoid but I can understand. I do feel bad for our cats when we neuter them, despite them being inside cats, but I do also find it hilarous, seeing them afterwards, shaven tummy and some stitches and trying to walk around while still being all woozy... pfff, it's funny, okay? XD

Yeah I would recommend for you to do that. Drag him with you or any other close person, I always do that in any social situation which makes me feel a little insecure given that almost everyone is walking with groups. Anime convents can be boring as any event can possibly be, but I think that in your case it will be probably an enjoyable experience, since you seem to really like manga, games and japanese art in general. For me, particulary, just the fact alone that I'm in a place full of people sharing things related to my interests is pleasurable.
The main problem over here is the monstruous quantity of people cosplaying charaters like... Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach or Sasuke from Naruto. Man, can't they be a little more innovative?

Ah, that character. He's not "androgynous", but for some reason I tend to see long-haired guys in manga as feminine creatures... Even Kanda from D. Gray-Man.

Never heard about that whip, but there's a very huge pet store on my street... I'll look for it. She really needs something to distract her during her heat, otherwise she'll see my leg as a penis forever.
How many cats do you have? Just remembered my childhood, I had four cats in my house. Since we moved to this shitty apartment, there's no way to raise more than two cats... That's sad.

Generally two cats, minimum.
Sometimes we border a cat or two, for my mother's friends who are going on vacation. Sometimes we have four, taking in the two cats of my mother's boyfriend, example when the two of them go on a vacation or so.
