It's incredibly concentrated and strong.....so if you're not used to it it can definitely leave you with a bit of stagger in your step. As for others getting it, well... I usually try my best to keep others away from and out of my room, so they can't take it. Assuming people want it."

He brandished his claws at the MonoRoomba, but it didn't seem to react. It looked for a moment like Monokuma might charge the cleaner, but instead, he headfirst dove into the elevator and the doors closed. The students listened as the elevator seemed to descend back down into the casino.
"Soooooo.... you think we can go?" asked Lyla uncertainly.
"I am unsure... Lady Everell..." replied Kagayaki.
Awkward silence overtook the courtroom for what seemed like a long time before the students heard the elevator again. Monokuma emerged-- in his hands was one of the display placards from the Craps Room.
"W-what are you doing?" asked Anissa suspiciously.
"THIS!" Monokuma replied, freeing the bamboo chute from its placard and tossing the now-empty placard on the ground behind him.
"SELF PRESERVATION ROUTINE INITIATED!" said Monoroomba.
Monokuma brandished the bamboo as a sword and charged the MonoRoomba, which turned around and ran. A several second chase scene unfolded in front of the students, Monokuma lept up and swung downward. The chute broke in two as it snapped against the very metal body of MonoRoomba.
"WAIT. HOLLOWED OUT WOOD CANNOT DAMAGE MY ALUMINUM ALLOY PLATING..." said MonoRoomba.
"Ehhhhhhhhhh?!?" Monokuma seemed surprised for a moment. "W-w-well... it's not about causing damage! It's about sending a message. I'm sure you've learned your lesson..." he said, as he tossed the "hilt" of his bamboo chute behind him, leaving only two broken pieces and an empty placard, designed for holding two chutes.
He then made his way back to his podium and said, "Well, don't let me stop you from continuing!"
