"Littering is pretty much vandalism, don't you think? And there IS a no vandalism rule. I'm rather sure Monokuma will just see all kinds of littering as vandalism. And seeing how the Monoroomba did mention that we have no showers or bathrooms, well, I'm inclined to think a lot of the things we mentioned will count as vandalism."

Dale cracked his knuckles. "Sounds like a challenge to me." He then went to the kitchen, grabbed the pipe, and unleashed hell on the windows in there.

It became quickly apparent that the windows were nigh on indestructible, but that didn't seem to stop him. It seems he'd found his punching bag. The mansion soon became full of the sounds of grunting and loud ringing as the pipe bounced fruitlessly off the windows and walls of each room in turn.

Casey heads to the front door with a handful of pencils, knives, and other similar things. She begins work trying to figure out how to open it, with her ear pressed up against it.

Kagayaki spun on her heel and took a step towards the Library. "I believe I shall examine the books here. Perhaps there is a clue within one of them that may assist us in understanding the nature of this place. Would anyone care to join me?"

The door opening allowed the sounds inside to escape clearer - the sound of metal repeatedly clashing against something entirely immovable. Noticing their arrival, Dale stopped his futile attempts to break down the wall and turned around. "Ah, sorry. Think I'm done here anyway." He said, tossing the pipe aside and letting it land somewhere in the library. He didn't seem put off by his inability to progress; in fact, he seemed somewhat satisfied now.

"Wow, Sachiko!" Akio was looking at the plant in the conservatory. "You must've really been taking good care of Audrey! She's already gotten way bigger!" He put his fist next to it for comparison.

"A-Ah. Thanks." Sachiko smiled.

Monokuma showed up with a shoebox and a toilet paper roll. “Sorry, did you guys miss me? I was living it up in the outside world.”

“It’s not that bad here.” Molly scoffed.

“Yeah, this motive is lame as hell!” Akio agreed. “We’re gonna die of boredom before you get one of us to kill someone.”

“Is that shoebox part of the motive?” Shirly wondered.

“Huh?” Monokuma looked at it. “Oh, no. I was just using it to look at the solar eclipse.”

“Nonsense.” Kagayaki shook her head. “There’s not supposed to be a solar eclipse for another 5 months.”

“Yeah, we’ve only been here for a few hours by my calculation.” S nodded.

“Oh, did I forget to tell you guys?” Monokuma grinned. “My bad.”

“T-Tell us what?” Lyla said.

“Time moves a bit differently in the game. Every day you guys spend in here is one year in the outside world.”

“WHAT?!” Dale shouted, but calmed himself. He began to count on his fingers. “That’s ridiculous. You’re saying that for the few hours we’ve been here...it’s already been 5 months…”

“You guys should know by now I’m not one to lie. Anyway, motive stays the same. None of you can leave here until a murder happens and the class trial is completed.”

“O-Oh god…” Anissa hugged herself, shivering.

“Oh and one more thing.” Monokuma added. “Whoever decides to kill next--they’ll get a bit of an advantage in the next trial. See ya!”

Dale became fidgety for a few moments, before rushing back to the library to pick up the pipe. He began pounding the walls again with a new desperation. "One day, one year? You've got to be messing with me, I can't accept that!" He yelled, panic clear in his voice.

Without warning, Akio angrily slaps Shirly square across the face and walks away, mumbling.

"...Kill ourselves for what? So this instagram thot can take pictures of her coffee..?" He grumbled as he stormed back to the library.
