Bishop turned to everyone. "We're not leaving yet. I want everyone to contribute to what I'm about to say. We've all been dancing around issues or somewhat ignoring what others have been saying. Nobody is leaving until we resolve who killed Neo. I have 5 lights, so I'm not likely to survive this anyway.
"First of all, why haven't any of you been talking about Ant and D? D has been suspicious the entire game and we now know for a fact that they're Laurent Sharpe and Allison Caldwell, the people behind the SSF experiments. None of you had anything to say about that?
"Second of all, Neo's killer. The killer submitted their request to kill Neo before the judgement phase ended and it came into effect when the phase changed. Why would the killer vote to penalize Neo when they were going to kill him anyway? They wouldn't. Neo's killer voted for me in the last judgement phase.
"Finally, my power. I can select a person and see who they voted for in the last judgement phase. Admittedly, I forgot to vote in the last judgement phase due to the pace of the game changing. I want everyone right now to tell me who they voted for in the last judgement phase. I will use my power on one person (we can decide together if you like) and we'll leave the liar behind. No excuses. If someone did vote for me or Neo and has an explanation, we will listen. We're figuring out the mystery here and now.

Then Bishop started speaking. About his power, Neo's killer, Zero, and SSF. She was honestly starting to get bored of his attitude.
D was about to speaks out, but she didn't because the JUDGE spokes out.
"First of all, I voted for you last phase, Bishop. My reason for the vote was simply that you caused the whole scene between me and Persephone after I tried to slap you. MOST. AWKWARD. MOMENT. EVER! I won't forgives you for that. Plus, I have nothing to do with Neo's murder, because I didn't know a gun was in the game." D said, still remembering that event that happened to her.
"But, enough is enough. Let's just do what the JUDGE asked us to do." D said as she sat down on one of the chairs. This time, she sat a few seats away from Ant.

"Speaking of guns, I have some information on Neo's death." said Dry, as he walked to take his seat. "It was Vii who executed Neo. I know this 100% for certain since I watched him do it. I don't have a camera on me, so I don't have any proof, but if that monitor room back in the main building records, that should confirm my story."
"You might ask why I was there in the first place. You see, the reason why none of you found anything on either Neo or Bishop was because I got to them first." said Dry. "They were some of the few whose motives I don't quite understand, and I was hoping to find a clue based on the stuff that they had. Unfortunately..." said Dry, who glanced over at Bishop, "...or perhaps 'fortunately', Bishop was completely honest with what items he had. The Luminol and the experimental reports with D's... er, rather, Alison Cauldwell's... name signed on them. You can have them back if you want."
(Dry offered the Luminol and reports to Bishop)
"Just as I was finished grabbing the items off of Neo, I heard someone approaching, so I ducked around a corner-- but I still peered around it. There I saw Vii calmly walk up to Neo with a gun and shoot his unconscious body." said Dry. "Speculating as to his motive is... difficult. Unfortunately, I also know that the gun has one more bullet in it. So if Vii still has the gun, he can use it to kill another of us."
"Since I'm being open (not like he's been that way all game), I should let you know what Neo had as well." said Dry. "I found the 'Eighty Servitor Judges' note, that I was never able to figure out, but he also had a 'Secret Ballot', which allowed him to vote twice during judgement phases. Not that it helped him, the poor bastard. But the really weird stuff he had were the last two items-- He also had cleaning gear (with bleach included) and... this."
Dry limply held the knife from its handle. "I actually had a mind to use the luminol on the knife to see if Neo had used it, but... well, I decided not to. None of the bodies we've found so far included stab wounds, and he had the means to clean the knife if he did use it. Still, Neo had nothing in the way of identification, just like the rest of us, I suspect, so without knowing whether Neo got the knife here, or whether he brought it with him, it didn't provide me with any information about him."

I can't say for sure where the knife came from though. I guess that might indicate it came from the coffin, but who knows.
The gavel token was in room 8, which means either Vii or Persephone or Dry has it.
Queen's looking haggard at this point of the game, and she hovers nervously over the seat she intends to take.
Anyway, the last room here will probably just involve us solving puzzles, like we've had to for the safes. I'm a little worried that beginning this may prove fatal for D at this point, since she can't respond. I really thought all nine of us could have made it out of here. Looks like not everyone felt the same way.

Contrary to the situation, Dry smirked. "I didn't wanna say anything because I didn't want to seem like I was braggin'... but ya know I'm a little bit proud of figuring that out. ""He's mad...this has gone on for far too long.
Jamie, used to be such a kind man but his time in SSF broke him. I can't say I blame him, mutilated and tortured would drive anyone mad.
At first it was fantastic, we explored our newfound powers in peace, as a Scientist I'd say it was thrilling if we weren't being hunted all the time. As it went on though...Jamie got worse. It's been hard caring for him, life hasn't been easy. Moving every couple of days, but with Jamie's new powers it was...almost fun. Being one step ahead of the game, having a chance to rub it in SSF's face. We were never short for money either. Being able to observe timelines allows you a lot of opportunities to make money.
It's just too much now though...he's grown a bit more independent since he hatched this plan, probably because he doesn't trust me I think. He developed a new power yesterday...I need to go along with it now.
He wants to find himself a new body...something to cure his 'condition'. With the Morphogenetic field, one can send their thoughts through time and space to another individual. This was the first basic power we shared. The second one was that he could examine his consciousness in other timelines...swapping perspectives temporarily. I recently discovered first hand that he has extended this power to other individuals in the current timeline. The other night...he tried to control me.
It's a strange sensation...almost painful...replacing your thoughts with his own...swapping perspectives, losing control. Fortunately he didn't go through with it the whole way...it was just a threat really. If he can't control someone else with this plan then he'll need to control me and live that way. So I can't do anything about it...I need to help him.
If I can just resolve this then I can cut ties with him...leave this life and start living for myself. Danny has been a constant help through this...I don't think I could have done it without him. I don't really want to risk him being involved with this but I might need his help.
I'm going to analyse the data and choose targets for Jamie tonight."
My best guess would be that Jamie is Vii
