I find it hard to care as well

We were probably all lied to from the beginning

Cesar probably has the you-know-what role hence why he voted for this proposal

We can't all have the same VANILLA role, though. There's a bomber at the very least

I would figure the bomber would vote for less rooms searched, but I don't really suspect any of us of voting for that reason.

No, I meant Cesar has the "knows who Zero is" role

So he's like "wow, this game is fucked" and voted for Lucky's proposal

Cold was probably killed by Cesar with a 0 bracelet or something

Or maybe there is an x bracelet

It couldn't have been Pierre and Giggles, or Slezak though

I thought I had a rule like this but couldn't find it so I assumed I meant to write it but forgot, in which case I wouldn't have been able to enforce it. If I did actually say that somewhere, though, it means I fucked up and I apologize.

I always inteprerted that rule as "the two players can't kill the solo together" but just one of them was fine.

But the solo can't kill any member of the pair so if it is "vice versa", then any member of the pair can't kill the solo

Trace smiled and looked up towards where he imagined a camera looking in on them might be located.

Don't worry, friend Jumpfight. We're all people here and it's just a game. When this is over, how about I take us all out for drinks, eh? Then we can look back at all the fun times we've had in this game and laugh hysterically. That goes for everyone else as well.

I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but if a game stresses you out and you're not having fun, then something is wrong. The whole point of these games is to have a good time and enjoy yourself. I know I am.

Lucky raised an eyebrow at Jumpfight's plea.

Big talk considering how vindictive you've been towards "the most obvious zero team".
He sighed leaning against the wall by the intercom having had a fruitless search.

Y'all should be happy, seems lady luck favours you guys. You got the kitchen, first sign of food we've had in days. Ol' Lucky is wasting away, save me something if you could and I'll bring you all a pillow back from this master suite.

Lucky laughed slightly before shaking his head slightly as he idly watched the others go about their investigation.

In any case, I only promised to not search anything in the event that Neptune gave up his plan to kill one or both of us. He did not, so I saw no reason not to. It was a bargaining chip based on trust. You give to get. He didn't ante up so he don't get to call anything of mine.

Lucky flicked his dime thoroughly bored.

Besides, there's only three points to search here. There's the chance that if we didn't search every place we might miss the bomb code entirely. Since our kind GM has told us there's no going back...and actively controls the elevators allowing us to go back, if we missed the bomb code by keeping me out then NO ONE would escape this place except the bomber.

I'll fold for now, see you back in the corridor.

Lucky cut off the intercom and went to test the comfiness of the bed. Had to indulge in whatever luxuries you could get in a situation like this after all.

Lucky shrugged enjoying the comfort of the bed for the moment. It was incredibly tempting to doze off in this comfort and even harder to care at this point in time.

Are you sure?

Quote:
Neptune, Lucky, and Giggles find a master bedroom behind Door 8. There's a princess-style bed on one wall, a vanity on the opposite one, and a walk-in closet, all colored in delicate pinks and pastels

Lucky sighed closing his eyes and tilting his hat down.

It's alright though, people make mistakes.

Lucky nodded expectantly

Well that's ok Neptune...like I said...mistakes. So you see it could be detrimental not to let me search this place. If you are still set against me then consider it a "necessary evil" for now.

Hey guys, while I'm in this fridge, let me tell you all about a little something called Ice-9.

On second thought, I'd better concentrate on handling this meat. It's... really hard.

Now that I've single-handedly lowered this thread's "brow" level to the ground, back to searching for me.

I know you'll say no but I think it's fair to ask considering the situation and how you've aligned yourself with Lucky

Trace looked confused, even though he was speaking through an intercom.

Neptune, don't you see I no longer have the keyboard? I plugged it into the computer and never took it back. I take that to mean that it's still there, in other words not in my possession.

GM please clarify this. Thank you.

Lucky's eyes snapped open with a sudden realisation. He hadn't even noticed himself drifting off on the bed, though it made an amazing difference being able to sleep on a proper bed for once.

Hopping out of bed Lucky moved over to the intercom

*click*

Hey to all you players over in the pantry there...it's probably extremely important that you retrieve any of Cold's belongings and his BRACELET else we're going to have some real trouble come the next Elevator shift. It would also be an ideal opportunity to...confirm his demise so to speak.

Lucky's face grimaced slightly, he might have had a hand in his death but picking through the remains of a dead body didn't seem like an appealing option at all.

We wanna make sure we're playing with a full deck after all, Cold might have some vital cards we need to win.

If someone is pushed through a door, they'll be declared as "missing." They can't post anymore and the only trace you'll find of them is their bracelets at the start of the next day.

Couple other restrictions though:

- Pair players can't try to kill the solo they went in the most recent elevator with and vice versa

- Only the first kill attempt will be counted whether it worked or not, so whoever does it first gets it

And you can call me whatever you like ♡
