In a bad quality...I note it here...I found these pretty obvious proofreading errors in GS2.

Not very humoristic, but just wanted to point them out for fun. And no, I didn't took a pic of THE MIRACLE NEVER HAPPEN, but I saw it.

You think those are bad? In Apollo Justice, there is a typo within the first 5 minutes of case 1!

Talk about lazy proofreading... :yogi:

What about when PearlChannel!Mia referred to Adrian as Mr. Andrews?

Now that was kind of embarrassing (though in a way, supports Edgeworth's statement about Adrian Andrews being an androgynous name :gant: ).

Edit: Ooohh, I'm a medium-in-training now! Yay!

I see nothing wrong with it here. The rest are understandable, though.

I think I saw that once or twice...

And there was the part he said "co-dependant" rather than "co-dependent."

Yes... that term only pops up in 2-4 when Adrian Andrews is being described.

Since I see it that way too, I'll explain why I think so: Mia farks up people's names often. :D

Or Mia was tricking Shelly de Killer into thinking about him being the client, not Engarde.

How could Shelly de Killer hear all the way into the defendant's lobby the day before he was even a witness?

The whole of the third case is full of typos and grammar crimes... I found it really distracting.

There's one where Phoenix says, "he wasn't even at the scene crime."
Maya tells Max, "You don't seem like you're usual cheery self."
There are a couple of times where "it's" is used instead of "its".
"Per se" is written as "per say" in the game. Same with "coup de grâce" being spelled "coup d'grace".
And there was the usual inconsistent weirdness with von Karma's name.

There are loads more, too... those are just the ones I can remember.

(I'm so boring.)

EDIT: Oh! How could I forget "alright"? "Alright" isn't a word, Capcom. WHEN WILL YOU LEARN?

Alright is in the dictionary, therefore it's a word.
Not to mention everyone uses it.

It's in most dictionaries, but they all list it as nonstandard.

"Irregardless" is in the Oxford English Dictionary, but that doesn't mean it's OK to use it...

In the german version are a lot of mistakes, too. I can't remember 'em all but there are a lot of childish mistakes e.g. not "dass" but "das" (mistakes the kids in elementary school make :igarashi: )
It's quite annoying but I usually play too fast to have long time for being annoyed :yuusaku:

I remember seeing that! But I don't remember exactly what the typo actually was, but I think it was a misspelled word.

But yeah, I have noticed typos in the AA games, most of the ones already mentioned. They need better proofreaders over at Capcom, or less lazy ones :Hoboright:

2-3: Think it was either the first or second time Maya and Phoenix went to talk to Max...

The first time I played all of the cases, I was too busy solving the case to mind the errors, but the second time, it was kind of irritating to notice. And 'alright' is fine as a word, since many people use the word, and dictionaries can get updated. :keiko:
I've been away for far too long.
So long, in fact, that all of my signatures now exist behind a paywall.

"They" is a plural pronoun, but "client" is singular. Technically, it's grammatically incorrect, but a lot of people use it that way.
