Oos, you've got to learn to share. Set up a rotation scehduel with Luke and Curtis...
Mon: Luke
Tues: Curtis
Wed: Oos
Thur: Luke
Fri: Curtis
Sat: Oos
Sunday works differently that each week it changes who gets him. The first week it would be Luke, the second week Curtis gets him, and the thrid week you do.
Unfortunatly this means that Curtis doesn't get any consecutive days with Richard...but that's ok, because it just make the time they get to have more special!
Or you can be nice and give him a day off so he can recover...
