If you look closely at Ini's hair, it's not short, but curled tightly at the end. It looks like when it's uncurled, it would be about the same length as Mimi's. It's perfectly possible that Ini's hair wasn't styled the way we know it on the night of the accident.

That chapter shocked me too
... Shocked me because I didn't realize how bad a chapter in a PW game could be. Seriously, I think 2-2 is the worst chapter in the series by far (followed by 2-3)- JFA would've been terrible had it not been for 2-4's awesomeness.

2-2 and 2-4 were both amazing. 2-4 just had more of a shock factor to it (which is why everyone says it is better)
