Your question is why de Killer doesn't doesn't kill Phoenix now that the trial is over, right? He probably feels confident that he can hide, despite his face being known. After all, he shows his face to all his clients; he showed his face to Maya; and Will Powers saw his face--and described it, in court--as well.
Furthermore, the facade we know as "de Killer" could even be a disguise he wore throughout the case.
