I'd say that since that was not really him, it doesn't count.
Also, I've not played the case, but he may have been cleared of the loss since it wasn't really him (Cleared officially in the game, I mean.)

Regarding the T&T case, I think since it was revealed that it was in fact an imposter, and he won the appeal, it didn't really count as a loss. During the course of the case Phoenix finds what he needs to prove everything and thus clearing him of it.
