Something that I noticed...

In 2-3 hen you look at Max's poster it clearly shows him with his three symbols. But something that I noticed was that the hat was clearly different to the one shown that Phoenix gets as evidence. The feather in the hat that he gets is a peacock feather but the one in the poster is bright green - is that just a mistake or did I miss anything at it was explained!?
