I think so, but the PRE-ORDER bonus gift (Not announced yet) for Phoenix Wright 3 is only exclusive to Gamestop and EBgames.
I pre-ordered Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice For All around the month of January at GAME CRAZY and I received my copy and I kind of asked them, "Uh sir? Don't I get a pre-order gift with the purchased copy?" and they said, "No...I think the goodies are only exclusive to Gamestop and EBgames. Sorry..."
Im pretty sure that Game Crazy will be doing pre-orders soon...
