Dahlia doesn't take on Maya's hairstyle and after the recess after Dahlia leaves Maya's body, Maya is in her normal clothes, while she was in Dahlia/Iris' when she was channeling Dahlia. I realize it's probably just to make you think it was really Iris, but it's strange.

Emailed it in as a Contradiction.

Dahlia mentions while testifying that while being channeled by Misty, she styled her hair so that she looked like Iris (to frame her). There's no reason that she could do the same with Maya's hair. When the spirit is released, Maya's hair is still down. Its only when she comes back that its her normal style.

She probably had plenty of time to get changed out of whatever she had been wearing for the "Special Course" training and back into her regular attire during that recess after Dahlia's ghost was kicked out.

Or the artists for the game were too lazy to do a set of sprites of Maya in that getup with her hair down for the final part of the case when she was on the stand =p
