I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not (one of the many flaws of the internet
), but I thought that most oriental dragons were associated with water. Either as rain-bringers or river gods, in chinese mythology at least. I'm not too sure whether this carries over to Japan or not though.

I don't care what the game said: whatever the hell he came down with, it wasn't just a cold. Simple colds don't make people look green, give them fevers of 104*, or force them to fade in and out of consciousness.
(In retrospect, I wonder if he just told everyone he ran into that it was just a cold so they wouldn't force him off the case due to his illness....)

Yes; finally! Someone else thought they saw that, too. But now that I'm replaying the case, I can't find the ruddy quote that made me think that. >_<
I wasn't horribly shocked that Phoenix survived, but I was more surprised that he seemed to be found so relatively quickly. If that current was as swift as everyone says it is, just how far downstream did he end up (Alternatively, how many rocks did he hit to prevent him from ending up downstream *winces*)?

If it was there, it was probably one of those optional conversations you can easily miss if you don't present the right thing or trigger the right event... or something.. gah.. must examine everything all over again! @_@;; Now that someone else has confirmed reading this too, I know I'm at least not ENTIRELY delusional.. xD;
