My favorites were pretty much every character theme on this soundtrack. I like Elise's theme a lot, especially. Reminescence~Shadow on the Bridge is my favorite reminiscence theme.
And god was Search~Core 2002 overplayed

I never really listened to Dahlia's theme properly during the game because I hated her so much, but then during that last trial when Iris suddenly comes out and makes her confession, and that theme starts playing, only it's suddenly not Dahlia's theme anymore, but Iris' Theme! I really cried during that moment. Now that theme is one of my new favorites. It's kind of amazing how a piece of music can be shaped by the character it's associated with.
(You know, that's really poetic justice right there. Dahlia's got nothing at the end of that trial, not even her own theme music!

Prologue/Turnabout Beginnings - ...What the crap is this? The first few seconds are good, but then it goes into that retarded boop boop beep first gen NES-sounding tune and uggggggh Just no.
Courtroom Lounge - Ehh, not bad. Liked JfA's better.
Trial - EPIC. This got me all weepy twice at the end (I think you know which parts) which I admit isn't terribly hard to do but shuddup it's awesome.
Examination ~ Moderate/Allegro - I didn't care much for Moderate at first, but it grew on me. Allegro is probably my favorite out of the three, something about the way it starts just gets me all "Okay, enough screwing around, time to end this!"
Objection! - Still liking the original most.
Cornered '04/Cross-Examining/whatever - If this was closer to the Special Blend remix, it'd be the most epic epic of everything ever. It's still great, though Cornered '01 edges it out of being best.
Distant Traces of Beauty -
Fragrance of Dark Coffee - I'll give this to Godot, he does have the best prosecutor's theme. Jazzy.
Jingle ~ Can't Turn Back to Everyday Life - Second best, again JfA tops it.
Search ~ Opening '04 - Uh, this is alright, I guess.
Stolen Turnabout - This reminds me of Lupin or something.
Lordly Tailor - It sounds like a regal...department store. So it works!
Elegy of the Captured - Liked JfA's better, this version is almost too sad, like it should be a Reminisce track.
Mask*jazzhands*DeMasque - I was pleasantly suprised, usually tracks like this get on my nerves really quickly.
Luke Atmey - I'm running out of ways to say "This song is good" and I'm only halfway down the list. Sigh. Great theme for a cocky attention whore.
Larry Butz - See my comments on Mask*jazzhands*DeMasque. Why did they wait until the third game to give Larry his own theme music??
I'll do the rest later, if I remember.

Not only does it have several parts to the music, it fits the theme very well, and for the epicness it contains a hint of GS3 'Victory' theme in it. Victory theme is also good.
Courtroom/Trial/Search-Opening themes are much better than PWAA and JFA.
Objection/Cornered themes are as good as PWAA and better than JFA.
