Hi there!

Gyakuten Saiban 3 has got an "USK"-rating (something like PEGI) in Germany.

Quote:
Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations

Alterseinstufung: Freigegeben ohne Altersbeschränkung gemäß § 14 JuSchG
Prüfdatum: 21.05.2008 Publisher: CEG Interactive Entertainment GmbH USK Nr.: 21500/08

Sprache: multilingual System: Nintendo DS

Genre: Denkspiel

It means, that anyone is allowed to buy and play it (in Germany). No restrictions (like 16+ or so). For Germany, a "USK"-rating (see http://www.usk.de) means most likely that it will be released in the next months. This is no confirmation, but it is a big hint in most cases.

Really? Thank god for that, then. *Breathes a sigh of relief.*
There I was worrying about it not coming out in Europe at all, and having to petition. XD Or import from America and not having the other language options.
Ah, this is the best news all day.
Thanks. (Well, it may not quite be a confirmation, but still!)
Somehow, I've managed to get stamped as...

What's PEGI? Is that like a T rating in America?

PEGI = European ESRB only with less fail

USK = German ratings board; more specific than PEGI
Does we even do these things anymore?

I do wonder if it will still be released in France, and if so, what the game's rating in France will be. It definitely seems that Germany will be getting a release of GS3, but this does not necessarily confirm Europe entirely. I wonder if it will still be held back in Britain and France due to possible misinterpretation by certain players who view it as discrimination ( :cough: I never even talked to that stuck-up British wannabe) and/or stereotyping ( :flowsers: )?

As a whole, Britain is famous for its comedy, in particular its self-depracating comedy. I doubt any Brit would be offended by T&T - I certainly wasn't! :P

Isn't it possible that Germany might get it but others won't?

Oh, and congrats Germans. You're going to get the full saga. Hopefully you other guys get that as well. :will:

What about Edgy? Isn't he kinda a shot at England?

Haven't there been any shots at America? The American ones have gotten away with any. I almost want to say that Larry is a shot at America but I'm not completly sure. Plus I guess Lotta is.

The Brittish wannabe comment could easily be changed to being about another country, make him an American wannabe or something.

I doubt it's very hard to import between European countries. Unless if the game is ONLY in German or something.

Yes. Larry and Lotta are very much shots at us.

Espeically Lotta. She's a severe shot at our South. (Even if she says she's from the Heartland)

But they're quite good, nonetheless. I love it when she goes on tangents. :godot:

I just hope that this time, there aren't as many typos as in the German version of "Apollo Justice" >_>; It's a real disgrace...

Oh and NO stupid names like "Kantilen"... I'm just glad I imported my T&T copy a few months ago from America XD

It's Klavier's name in the German version >_>; Only because "Klavier" is a German word (meaning "piano") and Capcom Europe obviously thought it would sound weird to German players... so they took Kantilen, which is even weirder than Klavier could ever be!

btw. "Kantilen" means something like a passage of a song with much singing... but still XD
