But with less than a month till then and still no confirmed date, I wouldn't hold out much hope. Nothing at all on nintendo.com.au
They probably think there's no demand, as everyone actually into the series would have bought an import copy by now.

Because we all had to import because they never released it? (Personally I had to have it ready and waiting to start the day after I finished JFA...)
Anyway, I fear it doesn't exist. Checked in 2 places today which had games 1, 2 and 4 before, but nothing. Nintendo is supposed to distribute Capcom games here, and I guess they put priority on whatever stupid actual Nintendo game they're releasing this month. Brain Training Part 9 or My Scene Baybeyzzz or whatever. Maybe they didn't because they released Professor Layton or MillionHeir and they were too 'similar'.
Oh, and I know that at least one of my AU-version games had American spellings. They just box up an identical thing to the US game. Except it had a different box art. JFA had some edits though. The miracle never happened!

Thanks!There was a rumored 'release' in Dec, but I'm 99% sure it never really occurred (never seen it anywhere, everywhere just have JFA, AJ or both).
Nintendo Australia itself is responsible for Capcom products on DS etc. Maybe you should send them 'feedback' on the issue, though I'm sure they never actually read it. Ugh, maybe we should get a petition happening or something...

That's very good, but I think you should also emphasise that the three games are 3 parts of the one STORY, and by not releasing the 3rd game they are denying us out of the rest of the STORY which runs through all 3 of games 1, 2 and 3. You notice they've been releasing games recently which they might assume are in the same genre as Phoenix Wright [Professor Layton, Millioheir, Stupid Cheap Mysteriez of the Day etc.] and might not understand that it's like not releasing the last of a 3 book trilogy which is the one novel. (They're so dumb. Every sane person wants to play all the games in immediate succession... what a wasted sales opportunity.)
