I never managed to form an emotional attachment to him, so I didn't cry at that part.

But for some weird reason I started bawling when it showed the picture Elise had been carrying around with her. Adorable and touching... guess it just pushed me over the edge.

I don't think crying blood would hurt, but it would rather, feel good, because it shows you deeply cared about something/someone and I don't think regular salty tears could do that.

Anyway on topic, No I didn't cry, but it was epic.

It was a running joke in my circle of friends that emos cry blood for tears before I even played the game... If it weren't so moving, I would have burst out laughing at that. Godot cried emo tears...

I think I may have had some tears at various parts of the game. Godot's confession, Misty's picture from the talisman, and the closing credits. I think now I have just an overall sadness that the PW arc is over. Not that I won't like AJ, but I just want to know what happens to everyone!

I agree... I had to hold back a few tears a bunch of times throughout the story-intensive cases... Especially the ending credits... The music in those credits was as emtionally-charged (in my opinion) as the ending music to Super Mario 64... Anyway, I also felt really sad because I knew the PW arc was ending and there are still some open ends that had yet to be tied up. I know where Maya's going afterwards, but how is her life going now being the master of the KCT? What will become of little Pearly? And what about Iris? Do Phoenix and her ever rebuild a working relationship? So many questions, so few answers...

i've haven't cried from a video in almost 5 years,

but the ending brought me the closest i have been to crying over a videogame. it's just that strong of an ending
