:aiga: = James Poirot or Ivan Amor

The first being based off James Bond and Hercule Poirot. The second is just a pun.

:uramidn: Lydia Cadaver

Lydia just sounds like a cool name for a gothic-like person. Or maybe Lydia like Lydia Deetz from Beetlejuice. Cadaver should be obvious.

Sabrina for Urami actually doesn't sound that bad, actually. I like it.

Paired with her, it goes from a normal name to a creepy, almost depressing name. But only with her.

CREAMY ABDUL?!

...

Friggen idiots who just edit away at Wikipedia articles for shit. That's just like when the fake Naruto character popped up. It's obvious that that isn't the real English name, as it sounds far too pathetic. Kaminogi Souryuu is Kaminogi Souryuu, until Capcom actually announces the official name.

Plus, "Creamy Abdul" sucks since it sounds like "Clammyshazam". :/

Right off I think it's a joke, but then when you have names like Dick Gumshoe, Ini & Mini Miney and (sweet lord) Apollo Justice, I truely wouldnt put it past the guys at Capcom to dub Kaminogi that or worse.

But can it really get any worse then "Creamy Abdul"?

Creamy Abdul is just a crappy pun on Kareem Abdul. At least Justice is a really last name. Wikipedia's not very reliable for speculative info.

Then again, it's probably a spammer. I know plenty.

While I'm sure a lot of you know this already, but you need to take what you read on wikipedia with a grain of salt, because the less frequently viewed articles are more likely to get spammed than others.

So, yeah, I'm pretty sure it was some 12 year old or something that thought it would be hilarious.

*cough* I edited it. Yeah, since the name has no source or hasn't appeared in an official screenshot, it's pretty much bullshit. (I edit wikipedia articles now and then, yanno)

Geez, I was almost having a heart attack 0_o That punk was probably inspired from Capcom of America's (or localization team, whatever) latest namegiving.

Creamy.. Abdul... Honestly, I think I would cry if that was true.
But it really doesn't fit the naming trends for the game. They usually are somewhat relevant to the character and their role. And... Um.. Creamy Kaminogi... Just wrong.. So. Very. Wrong.

Dunno, but someone said it was Gothic.

Urami's not too Gothic in her current design, true, but she was apparently supposed to be much more Vampire-Goth than she is, based on some of her concept sketches, like the one of her having fangs and eating a live mouse.

Besides, she's freaky in-game. I still think "Velsper" could be a good last name, but that's just me. :|

I've just thought about something...

Spoiler: Slight 3-3 spoilers
Right now, we keep talking about :uramidn: family name, but you have to remember who's granddaughter she is. You must think based of Gonta Shikabane for the family name. He's a gang leader, and :uramidn: is somewhat an emo. Now, what kind of family name could link them both? That's what you must think.

That said, Sabrina might be a good first name for :uramidn:

EDIT: Based on what I've just read, a pun for cadaver may be good as a last name.
This sig needs to be changed soon...

Am I the only one here who thinks Sabrina doesn't sound gothic?
When I think of the name Sabrina, I think of someone who's preppy and cheerful (no offense to anyone on here whose name IS Sabrina).

I think a name like Emily, Lydia, or Alice is more fitting IMO

Agreed.

I REALLY hope she doesn't get a bad name.

Gothic Girl

HEr full name. Now, THAT is bad.

On serious topics, she will probably have a dark sounding name. If it IS Sabrina, I'm firing up Sonix Warheads.

It's the same meaning. Kamen Mask was translated as Mask Mask. Mask de Masque is Mask of Mask or something. It's more or less the same.

That would be me. But now that I look at it, the name doesn't sound that gothic now. I don't know, I guess I've been watching too much Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Though I am sticking with Sabrina for her first name.
